Reviewed Jan 29, 2026We booked one night after Christmas at the last minute and were absolutely delighted to discover this gem. From the moment we arrived, the kids were already asking to stay longer. The hot tub with a TV was a huge hit, as was the pool table. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with two Christmas trees, festive bed linen, and themed décor throughout something we all loved, as we’re big Christmas fans. The outdoor covered area was fantastic too, complete with a Jacuzzi, pizza oven, and Ninja oven, making it perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Within 30 minutes of arriving, we booked a second night thankfully it was available. We stocked up, cooked lovely meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoyed dining together in the family room. I’d highly recommend this place at any time of year whether winter or summer, you’d enjoy it just as much. The hosts put so much thought and effort into the place and thought of everything to make your staff very comfortable and enjoyable.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025The place was spacious and private, bringing the dog was lovely and the water bowls a nice touch. The beds were comfy and clean, kitchen had every amenity you could need plus salt and peppers, spices which was great.
When we arrived the living room smelled of stale cigarettes which was slightly off putting to sit in, we used the cherry scented diffuser and kept twisting them which helped for a small while.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025The hot tub and grill were the best part of the property. The cosy vibes with Halloween and autumn decors just made it all the more better! Everything in the cottage is curated with care and it shows. The hosts put in a lot of effort to make the stay comfortable.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2025We (group of 5) had a great 2-night stay in Kozy Kabin. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the hot tub is amazing. Note the freezer is behind the door in the outdoor area (we didn't realise this until the last day) and the code for the entrance is in an email from Booking.com, not on the booking.com confirmation page (my mistake) Would definitely come back for another celebration or just a relaxing weekend

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024The Log Cabin in set in beautiful countryside close to the River Blackwater. Town of Lismore (beautiful) is close by (15 mins by car) and Tramore (Waterford Greenway start & very good restaurants) is about 35 minutes drive. The Cabin itself was ideal for our trip - well equipped kitchen & bedrooms comfortable. We were on a 'chill' weekend and the hot-tub and covered area were exactly what we needed to sit about and relax. Wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

Describe as luxury cabin but in reality a badly constructed shed. Electrical installation very dangerous though out.could do with a good clean .no views it’s in a compound surrounded on all sides. These comments are not given lightly but it totally ruined or first visit to Ireland.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2023A hidden gem in a peaceful and relaxing part of the Irish countryside. Unique facilities include the hot tub in the sheltered outhouse, the covered barbecue area and exclusive carpark. The perpetual peace and easy access to local attractions make it an ideal choice for small families or groups with suitable transport. The owners were lovely and struck the perfect balance of preserving our privacy while offering quick support for anything we needed.
Although located in Co. Waterford, it's closer to Cork city than Waterford city. Self-transport is a must and it's about 20 mins to the nearest stores by road.
