sé que son politicas generales del establecimiento por garantizar seguridad. Pero para mi necesidad busqué un espacio asi de amplio para poder reunirme con mi equipo de trabajo y no se permitian visitas. De resto todo estuvo perfecto.

This apartment was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was very clean (which is of high importance to me), well-equipped with everything you need for your stay including kitchen appliances AND even a steamer for your delicate clothing. The bed was very comfortable with soft bedding. And the location was a prime location with EVERYTHING being a 3-10 minute walk away in El Poblado. I was very very happy I chose this place for my first stay in Medellin!

This is a converted industrial building. I suspect the conversion was over 20 years ago. The security is very tight, so you will have to upload your ID (passport) ahead of time and then fill out a form and present your passport again to the guards when you arrive. The guards are super nice and you can get deliveries but the guard will notify you and you will have to come down. The guards only speak Spanish, so if you speak a different language, either brush up on your Spanish or use a translator. You cannot have any visitors. Period. I sort of get that because it is a BIG space and screams PARTY. I don't blame them for not allowing anyone else in. The ping pong table was a plus. Our first days were cold and rainy, so we played ping pong a lot. There is no heat in the unit. The kitchen and bathrioms have concrete floors. The ceiling is very high and concrete as well, which added to the damp and cold. The apartment has a lot of windows,, very nice blinds, but situated where it does not get any direct sunlight. This is preferred on hot days. When it finally warmed outside, the apartment became torerably warm. I should mention that we live in an area that is very hot, about 37 (98.6), so of course we are mich more sensitive to cold. My brother, who lives in a cooler climate was comfortable. The location is convenient y located to restaurants and a short Uber to malls for shopping. Ubers are in good supply and usually arrive in 2-5 minutes.

Il migliore appartamento in cui sia mai stato (non solo in Colombia) ad un prezzo ragionevole. Cura dei dettagli e dell'arredamento, due letti enormi e comodi, una cucina super fornita, divano extra large super comodo e posizione centralissima nel miglior quartiere di Medellin ma lontano dal chiasso. Davvero eccezionale.

Wonderful location. This was generally pretty quiet even though they’re building a condo right next to it. It’s next to everything l, but still far enough away to be private and quiet. We could hear the stream in the background when we opened up the double sliding doors. This place is big inside too. Only four guests allowed and no visitors allowed. Anyone coming into the building must be on the list ahead of time so it keeps out any unscrupulous activity. You can walk to several restaurants right across the street. It was so nice having a washer/dryer too. The elevator is fast and the security is awesome and very friendly. I’d stay here again. Even though it’s El Poblado you still need to be mindful of your surroundings and aware all the time and be careful. To me it’s one of the best locations in the whole area. I loved the restaurants Pesquiera, Olivia, Rooftop Bar, Mar & Fuego and Egeo.

No knife sharpener, curtains for walls between the bedrooms. Hot water could have been a little hotter, needs more plugins, no air conditioning, but there’s fans and wasn’t too hot even in July.

The loft space is very nice and spacious, and pictures are accurate. The location is fantastic for Poblado. The building is safe and quiet.

Please be aware of the building access restrictions for guests. It's not possible to have friends visit who have not registered passports prior to the start of the stay (i.e. it's not possible to add anybody after you arrive).
