Everything provided, great service. great pool, great breakfasts. Ruth, on reception was so nice, helpful, smiling, a real joy to see every day.

Lovely hotel with warm welcomes from Ruth and Eleni on reception. Super comfy bed, (soft enough, which is unusual for Greece) plus a fabulous view. We were travelling independently and booked last minute for 2 nights as exploring the island, but decided to tag on an extra couple of nights as really liked the place. Breakfast is superb, all the staff fantastic, and a lovely little air conditioned gym. As a not particularly fit couple in their late 50’s we have enjoyed classes with Christina (the PT). Very few children about and all well behaved and a credit to their parents. Easy, very short walk into village (I have 2 knee replacements) and everything very accessible. Beautiful beach, enough restaurant choices for all.

Gym could be open earlier than 10am, we prefer to work out when it’s cooler and before breakfast. I’d love to see some little snacks on the lunch pool menu to enjoy whist having a drink-feta and olives, humous/ taramasalata/ spicy cheese dip/pita etc but obviously just personal preference.

God beliggenhed, dejlig, stor dyb pool. Pæne og Rene værelser, og en dejlig udsigt til havet. God morgenmad, især deres Cappuccino er rigtig god. Lækkert udvalg i poolbaren og gode pasta retter. Et specielt tak til Ruth i receptionen, som var så sød og hjælpsom med de ønsker, og forespørgsler, som vi havde under opholdet. Hun er helt klart den bedste medarbejder på Koukounaria Hotel and suites. Så tak til Ruth :)

Priserne i poolbaren og restauranten var så dyrt, at det mindede om danske priser næsten. Virkelig nogle voldsomme priser.

We had a lovely stay. A great hotel welcome, explaining to us everything and showing us around, the lady at the reception smiled all the time, overall hotel staff great job, food was delicious. We had a suite and I would recommend because of the size and the facilities, plus the spectacular view. Thanks again. You guys made us feel like it would be worth coming again!

Obiado/kolacja w obiekcie była bardzo kiepskiej jakości i ogólnie nie smaczna, do posiłku trzeba płacić za napoje jest to mega słabe bo butelkę wody powinniście dać każdemu na stół

Hotel was small, clean and staff very friendly.

Very little storage in the bedroom or bathroom. No drawers in bedroom or bathroom for storage. Had to use our suitcase to store some stuff. Not an enclosed shower so water leaked all over bathroom. If these minor things corrected then i would give this hotel an excellent rating.

Die Zimmer und besonders das Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten renoviert werden.

Lovely welcome and nice clean room. Good breakfast selection. I have been visiting Koukounaria for many years and would recommend.

Would like to see a bit more variety on the daytime menu, especially when you have just arrived and want to have a quick snack.

LA STANZA, c'era solo un piccolo armadietto neanche chiuso con 5 grucce per 4 persone, i letti molto piccoli e scomodi, tranne il matrimoniale. Il bagno molto scuro e con la doccia che non si può chiudere. Inoltre il servizio pulizie bussava alle 9.30 a volte, molto presto.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli nagyon finom, hatalmas a választék.

A félpanziós vacsoránál kétféle főételből lehetett csak választani. nem igazán voltunk kedvünkre való főétel, igaz az előételek és a desszertek nagyon finomak voltak. A szálloda mellett a szomszédok kakasokat tartanak akik egész éjjel kukorékoltak, nem tudtunk aludni tőlük ha kinyitottuk az ablakot.

The place is very well located, is calm and quiet and the staff are amazing! The food options are very good and give a great taste oportunity of the greek and other foods, with a lot of variety.

Beautiful pool. Lifeguard never switches off. Best I’ve seen. Lovely room and view . Outlook is beautiful. Location superb. Staff fantastic,and breakfast plenty of choice and lovely food. Lovely and quiet. Would definitely come back here.

Colazione varia e abbondante, buona la posizione, breve camminata per raggiungere la spiaggia, ma avevamo la macchina per girare l'isola. Le camere moderne ed attrezzate. Grazie a tutto lo staff per l'ottima vacanza e permanenza.

Abbiamo apprezzato la cena che non è a buffet, e l'ho preferita, aggiungerei magari qualche piatto o possibilità di scelta in più.

Nagyon kellemes hotel, barátságos személyzettel. A szobák tágasak, viszont egy gardróbszekrény vagy egy komód pluszban elkellene, mert keves volt a tároló a ruháknak. A reggeli svedasztalos, nagy valasztekkal, minden finom volt. A vacsora tobb fogasos menübol all, minden nap más. Az etelek finomak voltak. Gyerekeknek van lehetoseg gyerek menüt valasztani. A szallodanak van tobb medenceje is, ami szinten szuper volt. A tenger ugy 10 perc setara van, szep tiszta, homokos part, gyönyörű atltatszo vizzel, lassan melyulo. A hoteltol nem messze tobb etkezesi lehetoseg valamint tobb uzlet is talalhato

Abendessen (Hendl gegrillt) mäßig gut. Habe tüpisch griechische Speisen (Mousukka) vermisst.

Au restaurant la mauvaise organisation du service 45 minutes pour servir l apéritif au complet Nous étions 20 personnes et les boissons étaient servies 3 par 3 un seul serveur à la fois jamais le même Chacun des serveurs s occupait d autres tables Pour trinquer tous ensemble c était très compliqué Idem pour le repas Nous n y sommes pas retournés Très mauvaise organisation à ce niveau

Wir wurden bereits bei der Ankunft sehr nett empfangen. Unglaublich freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel für unser Mietauto. Das Frühstück war großzügig und super lecker. Hier findet jeder was. Sehr saubere und große Zimmer. Die Lage ist mega für alle Ausflugsziele und Strände. Supermarkt und Lokale in der direkten Nähe, 5 Minuten zu Fuß, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss. Der Strand ist schön, Liegen mit Schirm kann gegen Gebühr in Anspruch genommen werden. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Tutto bellissimo. Personale super accogliente, sempre sorridente e pronti a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. Struttura bella funzionale, piscina molto bella. Ottima posizione in una parte dell' isola molto tranquilla ma con tutto il necessario. Qualità prezzo veramente ottimale.

Avevamo la mezza pensione e per quanto la colazione fosse ottima e continentale, per la cena dovrebbero migliorarla un pochettino. Non era così variegata e soprattutto non molto abbondante. Nota veramente negativa sono i prezzi degli extra, cibo oppure di un semplice gelato. Altissimi

Wunderbare Anlage- gepflegt, geschmackvoll, modern. Wunderbare Gartenanlage und Aussichten, da auf einem Hügel gelegen ist. Nur ein kurzer 5 minütiger Weg zum besten Sandstrand der Insel. Ruhe und ein Pool, der uns als Poolskeptiker wirklich eingeladen hat, da er richtig groß ist, total sauber und mehrere Bereiche hat. Das Personal ist tpp und das Essen superb. Wir sind wirklich begeistert gewesen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Das Hotel ist Kinderfreundlich! Auch Tierfreundlich! Es schwirren die Schwarlben umher! Alles wunderbar, gerne wieder.

Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Красивый вид. Отличный бассейн с разной глубиной . В пешей доступности магазины, бары , пляж…В комнате был чайник, чай, кофе . Каждый день меняли полотенца. Вкусный кофе. На территории есть ресторан с вкусной едой.

Завтрак был не особо разнообразный и выбор блюд был небольшой. Изоляция в номере плохая. Полностью слышно всё с лестницы, с лифта, с соседних номеров. Сильно скрипела кровать при каждом движении.

Location is ok, close to beach. Hotel is clean and has very nice sureandings. Close to beach, restaurants. Staff is friendly, reception staff is great. Breakfast is ok.

Pillows-we most unconfortable pillows I gave ever slept. Received replacement but there were same. Hotel/rooms don't look like on the Booking pictures.Is outdated. Half board option - dinner/supper meal was a disaster. It was like a budget motel food, hardly eatable. I could see that other gueasts had similar impression. You have to even pay for a water with that meal.

Sniadania i pomocna Pani na recepcji!

We visít koukounaria every year since 2015. We love this place, very warmful staff and beautiful area. The breakfast and the dinner is tasty, Greek style in the evening. Nice and clean rooms. Good wifi, clean swimming pool with relaxing area. They make your holiday happy. We come back next year.

Everything was perfect

The staff were very friendly and helpful! This location is very good. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach.

The cleaning services, the pool, the staff especially reception guys.

Maybe the breakfast could be a bit more different on daily basis.

Het is niet dat het niet beviel maar de badkamer mag wel schoner. Vooral de voegen van de tegels hadden schimmel

Man konnte direkt an der Unterkunft parken und war zu Fuß super schnell an einem der schönsten Sandstrände auf Zakynthos und tollen Restaurants. Lage war alles top🌟 Wir hatten nur Frühstück und waren mit dem Buffet soweit zufrieden - gab von allem etwas und vor allem bei den Süßspeisen gab es eine große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl😋

Im Bad lies sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, weshalb es nach dem Duschen ziemlich stickig und alles angelaufen war. Haben dann nur über die Balkontür gelüftet. Außerdem war in der Dusche leichter Schimmel.

Mattress is too soft

The hotel was in a good location and was kept exceptionally clean, spotless in fact. The staff were very accommodating, we appreciated their efforts to make our stay a memorable one with particularly good service from Mariol and Adiola who always had a smile. The pool was cleaned rigourously everyday as was the surrounding area. I can honestly say I didn't see one piece of litter or anything in the pool itself. Well done to all the staff that work at this hotel.

Das Beste an diesem Hotel war das wunderbare Personal, die sehr hilfsbereiten und netten Kellner. Die Barkeeper waren über fünf Jahre alt. Das Menü und die Abendessen waren super.

Schade, dass es keinen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel gibt, die Fahrt dorthin kostet ca. 35 Euro.

Great location, friendly staff. Room was a good size, comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Being a female staying alone, I would have preferred to have stayed in the main block by reception, just for when returning home late at night. That said, I’m sure had I mentioned it then this request would have been accommodated.

Overall, hotel was awesome. We were super happy with 1) accommodation, 2) staff), 3) facilities, 4) swimming pool, 5) cleanliness ... We had very nice accommodation and large balcony, with a beautiful view over the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel definitely over-achieved our expectations.

Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, wenige Minuten zum Strand und zur Hauptstraße mit Ess-Lokalen. GRoßer gepflegter Pool mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten. Erhielten überraschendes, kostenfreies upgrade auf eine Suite !

Our room was lovely! Staff were lovely. The pool was clean and great.

Unfortunately the Breakast was not great. There is also the wasps around all the food.

A szoba kényelmes és szépen rendben tartott volt. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet. Az ételek bőségesek, választékosak és nagyon ízletesek voltak. Reggeli és vacsora is teljesen rugalmas, mindig volt szabad asztal. A vacsoránál a zeneszó nagyon hangulatossá tette az estét.

Τρομερή τοποθεσία, μέσα στα πεύκα. Αψογο σέρβις, καθημερινο καθάρισμα στα δωμάτια. Η πισινα πεντακάθαρη κ πολύ μεγάλη. Πήγαινα ξανά ανεπιφύλακτα.

Formidable séjour dans cet hôtel, accueil sympathique le cadre est magnifique, très grande piscine au calme , accès à la plage 5 à 10mn à pied. Petit déjeuner au top. Nous reviendrons.

La posizione. Il letto comodo

Il letto era troppo vicino alla porta. La colazione vasta ma un po' ripetitiva. L'assenza dell'aria condizionata ovunque anche nella sala da colazione.

Piscina e stanze pulitissime. Struttura a 150 metri dal mare delle spiagge bellissime e decine di locali. Spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata anche con sport acquatici 8 euro 2 lettini ed un ombrellone intera giornata.

Il Ristorante nonostante la mezza pensione non era all' altezza degli standard a cui siamo abituati noi italiani. Poche pietanze che tardavano ad arrivare ( anche un ora di attesa per ordinare) e non hanno assolutamente un menù per bambini che devono ordinare le cose degli adulti. Costo delle bibite molto elevato. Wifi non funzionava nelle stanze se non solo in piscina. Aria condizionata funziona bene ma appena la accendevi per 20 minuti c'era un odore nauseante tipo pipì di gatto .

Hotel straordinario, staff eccellente e molto cortese. Colazione continentale ben assortita, cena tipica greca. Le camere sono molto pulite e luminose. Struttura molto vicina al beach club " Buca lounge bar", altrettanto eccellente nel servizio. Acqua limpidissimo con litorale sabbioso. Vacanza da ripetere. Assolutamente top.

- Eintöniges Frühstück - Abendessen Geschmacklich okay - Wir mussten unsere Handtücher für den Pool dreimal wechseln, weil sie jedes Mal mit Flecken versehen waren. - Das Handtuch zum Pool kann nur einmal umsonst gewechselt werden (5€) - Relativ kleiner Lift - Manchmal stank das Bad nach der Reinigung, etwas zu sehr nach Chemie

The pool and sunbathing area were fantastic, lots of space and refreshing water as it was super hot! The staff were incredible and made our stay, without these I would be scoring this hotel a lot lower

I didn’t feel like the property was a 4 star rating. I think if I would have known better I would have expected to pay less. No working wifi, AC wasn’t working so had to switch rooms, TV wasn’t working, taps were spraying out all over, breakfast wasn’t hot (Luke warm) and we tried at different times, life was extremely old so used the stairs, no extra pillows in the room.

Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό! Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και γευστικό!

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε! Ισως η πίεση του νερού στο μπάνιο, αλλά φυσιολογικό για νησί.

Colazione a self service, varia e abbondante, sia dolce che salato. Distributore per bevande calde. Hotel a 5 minuti dal mare e dai vari ristoranti. Posizione comoda per girare l'isola, 20 minuti circa a nord di Zante..

Avevamo prenotato una camera con balcone ma al nostro arrivo non c'erano camere disponibili e nemmrno il giorno successivo. Ci hanno assegnato una suite a piano terreno dove siamo state bene ma per noi è stato un fastidioso ripiego.

Too much light in the room in the morning

We wanted to book for 6days but rooms were full and we were only able to book 1day in 1 room and 5 days in an other due to room availability. Upon arrival they told us they upgraded our room (chic) to a junior suite (with no extra charge!) so we could stay in that for the whole week and don't need to check in and check out again which was very kind first impression and made our day. Room were awesome, location is great easy to walk anywhere cool restaurants nearby, breakfast selection is enormous you can eat whatever you want, staff is super friendly. Pool is nice and warm with sunbeds.

there were 3 suites next to each other on the first floor and they had the same "entrance" area which was were loud like a tunnel, you could hear inside the rooms when somebody arrived or left (not to mention the loud neighboors). Also the bed was a bit too soft
