Friendly staff and the included breakfast was of a high quality.

Walls were plastic and the room was filled with mosquitos. The toilet was incredibly dirty. Clearly the rooms are made to look good in pictures and the comfort of them is disregarded.

От границы не далеко, 15 мин езды. Номера хорошие, чистые. Кровати удобные. Вайфай работают отлично. Есть бар, кафе, можно вкусно покушать и выпить) Но, при этом в номере тихо. Есть чайник. Даю бутылочку воды. Вас встретит приятный, симпатичный парень, всё подскажет, расскажет.

I loved the super comfortable bed and the pillows. I melted in them and had a 10h long sleep! I loved the breakfast, so yummy! It was included in price of the room and prepared freshly and with love for me, even tailor to my late waking up times.(I kean who does that nowadays?🙏🏻) I am not kidding once you're at KJS Inn eat some more from their own restaurant I wish I had ! You feel the love in the food. And most of all I loved the people! The whole team feels like a family by now. Attentive to all my questions, helping me with my way back to the boarder by organizing a moto man :) just so naturally friendly and polite. Those were the stars of my stay Tikendr, Bhupendra, Chandra and Karina. I even received a Nepalese blessing for my future travels from them ❤️🙏🏻 Thank you familiy! The smell in the bathroom was the only thing I can think of

Staff was very helpful when I asked for local information on how to get there from the airport or how to get to the national park. In general this place is much better you would expect, it is also quite quiet, considering you are on the main road

Very nice and welcoming staff, room is really good and clean.. TV with YouTube Netflix.. very good internet! And amazing breakfast! Perfect place! Will definitely stay here if I visit here again!! Thank you soo soo much!

Cozy hotel near border to India. Beds are comfy and room is spacious enough. The bathroom is pretty small, and I wouldn't take a shower there. Staff is very nice and they make good food! Good place to sleep for passerbys heading eastwards.

The Receptionist Was Oversmart, Plus there is no geyser in the rooms, hot water is provided, on request but very slow service, N don't go through the menu rates they add their own, And say we are upgrading our menu, Staffs are not experienced, Good For Nothing, Food is just okay for once.

If you've just come from staying in India this is a welcome change to Indian hotels, clean room, nice staff, very comfortable, and great included breakfast

Resturant and bar were nice and reasonable priced. Close to the bus station.

No towel or hot water in my room. No A/C and the fan was very loud. Walls are plastic, and you can hear everything your neighbours are doing.

The walls are pretty thin, so you'll likely hear your neighbours if you have any.

Good place for stay if you need spend one night in Mahendranagar

The hotel itself was great- very comfortable bed, nice views over the city.

Most of the staff were great and overall the stay was good except for one problem. On arrival the young man at reception told me the price I had booked the room on this website was wrong and that the price for the room was around double per night. He proceeded to argue with me for a few minutes telling me it didn't matter what price Booking.com gave, the going rate was much more expensive until finally accepting the already agreed upon price. This was a very unexpected and disappointing experience after arriving in Nepal. I had brought another traveller from the border after informing him I had found a lovely hotel at a great price. After the receptionist began to argue with me the other person left to find another hotel because the customer service was so appalling. This was a very distressing experience and I found the rest of the stay rather awkward following that introduction, taking away from what otherwise is a very good hotel.

Very cosy and clean rooms. Staff was super nice and helpful. (Seriously, thanks for the great service!) Decent kitchen ground floor, second floor has a cosy bar, price was very fair. It was a nice stay.

- door was too small for the doorframe. This meant that the A/C basically had no use to cool the room unless it was on at all times. This also meant that the noise from outside and the hallway wasn't blocked off and i could hear the roadside traffic even though my room was all the way to the back of the building and on the third floor. - power inexplicably cuts every now and then, but only certain things do. The fan is still on, and so are the lights, but the wi-fi will turn off as well as the A/C. This isn't a local outage when the voltage is lowered by the power company (a brownout), as i could still perfectly receive the wifi signal from the two lodgings next door. Very strange.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We are cyclists and we could store the our bikes in a safe place. The Hotel is located in the city center, the beds are extra long and cozy. It was clean and the food was amazing! The included breakfast changed every day but especially the restaurant we can recommend highly. It was really the best food 😉 and the owner and staff was extremely friendly and helped with everything they could 🙏

In Bhimdatta, the hotel is located near the marketplace. I went for a couple of nights, as a solo rider. For me it was much enough. The rooms were clean. The staff were very nice. Helpful as well. Food was also pretty good.

A lift could have been better and running hot water would be very useful.

After India, you notice the difference. It is a very complete hotel. Comfortable beds, good location, internet works well, it is clean but above all, the staff. Dhiraj was very attentive and helpful, he even helped me get bus tickets. And you're also close to the station. by (Fabio)

For the price, I think the breakfast could be better. And I couldn't get the hot water :(
