Aquecimento do quarto e do banheiro. Utensílios de cozinha. Atendimento na portaria e recepção da Maria Magdalena para ter as chaves e facilitar o troco com o pagamento em dólares.

Muito pouca coisa a acrescentar. A TV não tinha canais de TV aberta que transmitissem os jogos da Copa do Mundo de Futebol, por ocasião da visita. O vizinho de cima poderia colaborar com menos barulho após as 10h. Mas nada disso chegou a ser um problema.

Perfecto para una pareja. Ubicación muy adecuada.., centrado en el Recoleta. Acceso cómodo y fácil. Cocina equipada y abierta al comedor y zona de estar. Magdalena muy amable y dispuesta hace fácil y amistosa la recepción. No queremos olvidarnos de Antonio "El Encargado" del edificio, un persona estupenda. Pero lo que más nos facilitó la estancia en Buenos Aires haciéndola cómoda y agradable, fue la buena comunicación fácil, amistosa y fluida con Patricio el propietario del Apartamento, ya que su buena disposición, nos ayudó mucho a resolver un problema por el cual tuvimos que alargar la estancia, Fue amable y generoso. Gracias Patricio.

Excelente ubicacion

Os anfitriões são fantasticos, nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterias, metro e diversas paradas de onibus. Local muito seguro. O senhor Patricio e a Sra Maria nos auxiliaram muito desde o inicio ! Pegamos a chave com a Sra Maria e nos explicou tudo sobre a vizinhança e ficou de prontidão para tudo que precisavamos. Contamos tambem com a ajuda do porteiro, Seu Antonio, pessoa fantastica que nos ajudou demais com tudo que pediamos. Nos sentimos em casa nos dias que passamos lá. Tudo muito limpo, arrumado, apartamento com tudo que voce pode vir a precisar ! Vale muito a pena!

I loved staying in this lovely, light-filled and spacious apartment. Everything needed was there, the building was secure and I was excited to have a bathtub! The host was attentive and accommodating.

I want to thank Ms. Maria & Antonio ( I believe is his name. Maria's husband) very nice folks. Always willing to assist in whatever is needed. There was another gentleman who works at the reception, excellent person. The whole group was very polite and helpful in all. The Aptt. is comfortable and bright. Maria does hand you a clean, well-organized & equipped Aptt. Nice to have the sun peeking in the mornings. The bedroom is of a good size, and the bed is really good, I enjoyed sleeping on it. Unfortunately, we had a tight schedule and could not enjoy the bed as much as I would have liked.

Well, the floor needs some attention as the faux wood laminates are lifting and you keep bouncing your toes, crocks on them as you move around. It is not all leveled (Age, lack of attention?) The bathroom is tiny. You have to be slim or enter side walking. My presumption is, to turn around could be a challenge if you are 85k up. To dry yourself after shower (By the way, the bathtub is perfect, it is the space to enter and use the sink or toilet.) you cannot really step out of the tub do dry you self. You have to dry inside the tub and then step out. Nevertheless, it is a nice, bright and clean apartment.

Excellent location and very welcoming host. The flat was spatious and very comfortable. At walking distance from city center and major means of public transport. Very clean and good heating. For lomger stays it would be good to have a washing machine for laundry.

The location is great. It is close to most attractions and transportation. Mari and Antonio are outstanding persons. The apartment is very spacious and up to date. We certainly recommend it.
