Hacienda Los Olivos, Valle de Guadalupe

El alojamiento y la alberca estuvo muy bien. Excepto algunos huéspedes que tenían música muy alta.

The staff was great specially Gabriel and Ricardo! Gabriel was very helpful when we arrived and Ricardo took over once Gabriel was gone.

I did not like the room I initially booked did not have a separation from the bedroom. I had to upgrade to a more expensive room to get the room separation for the privacy I was seeking. I also did not like to see the cow tied to a tree the poor cow was tangled in between two trees. My dad had to untangle her so the poor cow could reach her water. I also did not like where the hacienda was located I did not like having to drive through the dirt roads to get there. Also the pool was very small we were able to use it the first night of our stay but the second night it was full of people who were there until past midnight when we were told the pool closed at 11 which was disappointing to not be able to use the pool and not be able to sleep because of the people enjoying the pool.

The male receptionist I think his name was Jesus was so welcoming and very attentive of us that made our stay even better.

Location is off the beaten path but close to many wineries. Great place to disconnect and relax. We felt like we were at a private mini resort. Mini splits for each room is a BIG plus! Good sized fridge for food/drinks.

The room has artificial plug-in scents that were too strong and soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work properly. Besides the pool and jacuzzi, there aren't many other amenities. Make sure to pack or stop at the market before arriving.

It was clean. Well-kept. Nice hacienda-style building. Friendly staff.

Too far from the main road. There’s a dirt road full of potholes. Very dusty. Went there for a wedding. Was not great for my light colored dress and recently washed and polished car. I think it’s a nice place if you want a romantic, off the grid place to relax. Took a “shuttle” to the wedding location because I didn’t want to drive dark unlit unpaved roads at night- paid $65.00 to drive me 3 miles. Some hotels have free shuttles. This one didn’t.

Excelente ubicacion, cerca de varias vinicolas muy buenas y a poco minutos del restaurante Almatierra. El check in fue muy rapido al igual que el check out, las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y el lugar era muy tranquilo.

Se fue el agua en nuestro lavamanos la primera noche que nos quedamos pero se soluciono al dia siguiente.

Wonderful staff on hand

I liked the open air and hacienda style of the property. Beautiful grounds except when looking out the back, backed up to new properties being built, mountains of dirt.

This place was amazing, from the greeting by Ricardo, to the comfort of the rooms. Every detail, shows good taste by the management of this wonderful Hacienda.

Nice small, clean hotel. Pool and jacuzzi were small. Thin walls so you can hear people talking and running inside and outside the rooms. Overall is a good hotel.

The staff was very helpful and could have tacos delivered to you at pool side.

La Hacienda está cerca de muchos viñedos, está accessible y sobre todo, la atención fue muy buena. La persona que nos recibió en nuestra llegada fue muy servicial y atento. Totalmente recomendable, es un lugar para descansar y para disfrutar del Valle.

This property was a gem! It was beautifully designed and had everything you need. The staff was great, we loved our security guard the first two nights he was kind, helpful and made us feel safe. We traveled with our kids and it was fun for them too. Would come back here again.

Not really anything I didn't like, we just had a mishap with the shower head.

It was very well located but still very quiet. The property is well maintained and the staff attentive. The pool and hot tub was a real plus. The rooms was large, the shower good and beds comfortable. The best was Sunday night when we had the whole property to ourselves…. Hot tub and all!

Beautiful property with friendly staff, located in a charming, pueblo-style community. I loved the pool and jacuzzi while the pool isn’t heated, it was always at a comfortable temperature, even on chilly nights. A great bonus is that the pool stays open until 11:30 p.m., which we really appreciated. The location is convenient to many popular wineries and dining spots, though you’ll need to drive to reach them, as none are within walking distance. That said, driving wasn’t an issue for me. Sfety was never a concern during our stay I felt completely safe being out, even late at night. We ended most nights with delicious tacos from Los Originales around 11 p.m., and they were amazing every time! We missed out on the fire pit but the wood is available for sale if you would like to spend a nice night by the fire under the stars.

This wasn’t made clear to me but the check in guy, as soon as we walk up to the reception starts screaming that we haven’t paid in Spanish. We only had one Spanish speaker, so despite us having the booking details on our phone, he refused to acknowledge us but only look and speak to him. And then he charged us incorrectly, and made it seem like our fault. 30 mins later, we got keys to our room. The room smelled bad, specially the bathroom, like it hadn’t been aired out enough. And the bed was so hard, we all woke up with pain. Anyway; this place provides bare minimum amenities with awful service. I do not recommend. Specially not for $240. Oh and 2 days later, I see 4 different (incorrect) charges from them on my credit card, instead of the agreed to charges for the room. What a mess!

Very clean and quite area but, we did not keep nor did we use your blow dryer.

Gorgeous property, clean and cozy and so beautiful. Excellent staff and the area is majestic.

The lodging conditions are good, but honestly overpriced, the room is just acceptable, small television screen, no room service, with external service that takes more than an hour and a half, and insufficient water supply.

This place is well taken care of. Rooms big, plenty of space. Pool is a plus with a jacuzzi open until late at night. FYI.. jacuzzi only on after 6pm. Reception very attentive to your needs and concerns.

Such a cute hotel with beautiful grounds. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the rooms were large with comfy beds.

Nothing to do with the actual hotel, just the roads getting in where a little hard to navigate (mostly google and the weather's problem)

Had little bugs show up but it’s to be expected when you’re out in the fields. Very courteous staff. Roads can be messy in the rain. Bring your own water and snacks.

Location was hard to find, very bumpy roads to get to the destination, also if you use google maps it might not lead you to the hotel. Overall, place was nice and quiet, staff was very welcoming and friendly.

It was very comfortable and nice recently updated place. Rooms are very spacious and customer service was great. Only thing was the dogs inside the hotel and they wouldn't stop barking in the middle of the night as well as some other customers with kids staying on the second floor. I will definitely stay here again but strongly suggest to place customers with toddlers in the first level since it was almost impossible to sleep due to the kids running all night. And to keep the dogs a bit far from the rooms. Everything else was great

I used this property for a weekend getaway with my closest friends. We got the suite with two bedrooms, both had king sized bed. The rooms were large and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were super soft and smelled clean. It was really relaxing to sleep on them. The suite had a small sitting room with a small fridge and microwave. We had mini split units and hot water. We used the jacuzzi at night which took some time to heat up. Let them know to hear it up as it does take about 35 minutes. I really enjoyed this spot and would definitely come back. Some of the guests were noisy into the wee hours of the night, but we were able to stay asleep. The staff was really helpful. Only note will be for the ladies, but this is in general to the area. Lots of dirt roads so just wipe your heels before entering the room.

The room and living area were nice, and everything seemed pretty clean and well taken care of

The coffee maker had mold in it, and don't particularly like being called a gringo by other guests at the pool area...lol Additionally, the code for the room was 1234, so that did not make us feel particularly safe as that's anybody's first guess.

The property itself is beautiful, the personel where attentive. Clean and modern. The only minus is the noise from the rooms upstairs, some guests were just inconsiderate.

The place was very cute and the rooms were large and clean and comfortable! Staff was pleasant.

Not good for smaller kids. Next to the pool/hottub was a large square open pit. I was constantly worried kids would fall in. Only 3 lounge chairs so if there are more than 3 people staying it’s not great. We didn’t have hot water in the shower all the time.

The hotel was nice - very clean and comfortable. It is a bit remote and would be a challenge if you don’t have a vehicle. There is no restaurant or bar on site. However, the property is set up beautifully with a pool and hot tub and gathering area with tables and fire pits. You’ll get to meet the other guests for sure which we really enjoyed. Overall we were very pleased….the value we received was great for the price we paid and we would definitely consider staying at Hacienda Los Olivos on our next visit to Valle de Guadalupe.

Location was tucked away within the town. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool in the afternoon!
