Worst location, need a bigger sign for anyone to see, driver had to circling the block several times before one of the passengers noticed a small sign, when we finally pulled up the driveway leads to the hotel lobby then we saw a large sign painted on the driveway inside the building, makes no sense…

Location is very convenient

Japan style room too small, walk way make little wider,

Keep more tea and coffee in the room. There were 4 of us and they only give 2. Each time we have to ask.

The room service crew is very friendly and accommodating. She always checks if we need something and if we are ok. She made our stay very enjoyable. The location is near public transportation including airport bus. Public market is also accessible for food.

Metro station was just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and surprisingly Mall is just adjacent to the metro station. There's a bunch of restaurants to choose to and some delicacies to taste.

Swimming pool was not available during our stay which my children were looking up to.

Location wise very good, right next to a station

No free water or tissue in the room, i understand the government banned single use plastic water bottles, but there are also carton water bottles which a lot of hotels are currently using

We only got 1 pillow per bed and it was very soft. Next time a bit sturdier pillows. Also water from the shower would leak out to the toilet area. Temperature wise i set it to 26 celsius, but it felt more like 20 and it was really cold.

The location and the room decorations

This is at a prime location near the MTR. Super convenient to get to anywhere in Hong Kong.

The walk towards the hotel could be challenging.

The staff is really nice, the location is really convenient with the mtr nearby. The rooms are really nice, could do with a little change of the mattresses and deeper cleaning to remove stains but overall amazing. Worth the stay and we hope to stay there again in the future.

- The room (penguin) was very cute and suitable for kids. It is a bit smaller than I would imagine. - The decorations of the lobby and other levels are very nicely done. - Majority of the staff (esp Terrence and Nick from the restaurant) are very nice and welcoming. - Roast beef and lamb from the buffet dinner were good. - There were a few parks and shopping malls nearby. The hotel is also next to the train station.

Room: - We have registered to be 3 adults and 1 kid (twin double room) but we were provided with 2 pairs of slippers, 2 glasses, 2 adult toothbrushes and 2 kids toothbrushes. We asked for more teabags and we were told that we were only allowed 2 teabags each room (we asked for another 2). Restaurant: - We bought tickets for the buffet dinner from KKday and it advertising as "Beef, Lobster, Oyster". The lobster was hard and overcooked. The oyster was tasteless and we can only get 1 at a time. The crab legs were unbearably salty. Definitely not recommended. - The restaurant was lack of staff. Can see 2 staff running around all the time and unable to clear the table fast enough. - The breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible. Most basic stuff including congee (that isn't hot enough) with 2 toppings, eggs, sausage, ham, bread, cereal and fruit only. Would rather go to the local cafe around the corner to have a more flavourful, hot breakfast. Children play area: - The reason we chose this hotel was for the play area. It was advertised to have electric cars that you can drive. When we were there the first day, only 1 car was working but it ran out of battery quickly. Second day with no car that is working. Some other items of the play area is actually broken with wire exposing.

Bathrooms were not that clean. Location is near the airport but far from most tourist spots.

CONVENIENT LOCATION. REASONABLY PRICED. FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT RECEPTION STAFF. EXCELLENT HOUSE KEEPING STAFF. INTERIOR DESIGN IN ROOM, RECEPTION AND HALLWAY IS SIMPLE BUT COMFORTABLE.

TILE GROUT AND SEALANT IN SHOWER SHOULD BE RE-DONE WITH BETTER WORKMANSHIP. WOOD PANEL DAMAGE CAUSED BY WATER BOILER STEAM NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

We lived in the Greece theme floor. It was bright and the dark blue and light blue made me feel I am in Greece.

Short stay didn’t enjoy its facilities. The free bottle water is too small

The reception hall is nicely decorated, the room, the swimming pool, the children play area are nice. It is also nice to be within short walking distance to west rail station, V-city and other shopping malls.

If there were a proper road leading the the light rail statement, that would have been better. We have to pass by the entrance of some truck loading/unloading place before we can reach the light rail station, which doesn't feel not very safe for kids.

The ventilation fan in bathroom was too loud. No sound proof wall.

Twin Bed Size is good for me, and the hotel seemed wonderful as it decorated various theme on each floor (e.g. 4/F. about Greece, 12/F. about Japan) << It sounds interesting!!

unfortunately it is very far on the city center of hk like tsim tsa tsu area, not advisable for a family tour woth young companions since its far on the tourist spot in hk.

The attentiveness and care of the housekeeping. She was really nice and our room was cleaned everyday. We love the designs of the room. Our daughter loved it.

That the pool was close during our stay and there was no option to warm anything like food or milk.

I would recommend to friends with family and kids as the hotel is full of surprises! Hotel lobby’s decor attracts kids attention right away. Each floor has different theme which is never seen and nice idea to stay in a property like this! Me and mu kids stayed in the “penguin room” with bright and nice decor and amenities. Will re-visit again!

It would be great if more than one floor is with penguin theme as my other family couldn’t book into the same type of room with kids due to the popularity of this.

MTR and the shopping mall are nearby, the room is clean, and the staff are friendly especially the housekeeping .
