Good location

The property is doing a "bait and switch". They are advertising a larger room with air conditioning but, once you have reserved and arrive at the hotel, that room is only available if you pay 40 percent more

Everything incuding maybe say ,,,,HOTWATER FOR THE SHOWER,,,,

no hot water and wi fi no internet connection

Ms Diana was a great person and the housekeeping staff was right on. Very inexpensive and central location.

WiFi was spotty and the beds were insanely hard

The hotel look like renovate I really Love the third floor, the shower was amazing a lot of pressure nice and clean they rooms very spacious, The TV was good the area is ok I Love it, the staff the ladies are so cute I Love them..... I came from United States Florida I stayed before in other hotels but the Ruby was Amazing, It was quite and no Tobacco smoke around.😉

Well..... my room was on the third floor i have to walk up there but that's a good exercise for the blood system 🤭

Nothing.

I booked for the night through Booking and let them know I'd be arriving around 1am (when my bus arrived to the city). When I arrived, they had cancelled my reservation, and told me because I arrived after midnight. They told me they were full. They had my phone number and Whatsapp and did not warn me of this until l arrived at the hotel.

Free coffee in the hall.

They give just one towel for two people. No elevator (it's a five floor hotel).

They let you park your motorbike inside of the hotel.

We were supposed to get a free upgrade of our room, but that never happened. When we asked the staff why it was not possible they said that all the superior level rooms were booked. That seemed pretty strange since the hotel was not crowded at all and checking on Booking the upgrade offer was still present when we had already made our reservation.

The BEST accommodation in several months in Colombia. Pristine! Think marble and chrome. 2 nights.Central location and just a few metres from local bus to Terminal.

Absolutely fantastic, 2 nights, EXCEPT credit card not accepted even though it was listed as acceptable in the confirmation.

Nothing I didn't stay there in the end the staff were so rude

The staff working there wer prob the rudest and lest helpful I've seen in 20 years of traveling avoid this place I felt like I had just killed there cat.

Easily the BEST in several visits to Colombia: perfect in every way: think marble and stainless steel. Immaculately clean and central location with local buses to terminal a few hundred metres. Double bed private bathroom cheaper than any dormitory.

Perfect in every way EXCEPT cash only as the card facility was not working...oh yeah? for two days??

The price was good and location quite central.

I was staying for 1 week, but the room was cleaned just 1 time. The staff doesn’t ask if I need to change towels. Poor attention.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was kind, the had the room ready for us early.

Location, the bed

Bedroom felt very hot all the time. The fan can’t stay in one position fixed working

Large spacious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was kept very clean.

Someone in the room next to me was smoking, possibly because we were on the top floor of the hotel, and they were too lazy to go outside.

Cheap and good value for a night.

Street noice terrible

No hot water in the shower

Nice appearance of the room. All sufficient for a short sleepover. It was well cleaned. The next day the lady at the reception changed - she was very nice - she accommodated us with a room change. The room was spacious. Accommodation near the center.

Before arrival, it was not possible to contact the accommodation all day - via SMS, Whats up, booking or by phone. They only sent a confirmation message. On arrival the lady was not very nice. The first room does not have the possibility of fresh air supply.. Very noisy place.

Staff made me pay two times more than the price of my reservation. Shower is not that good.

it worked for what we needed for the night -

the room didn’t have any blankets - we had to ask for them - I think it was a simple mistake

they didn’t gave me the room I booked, and unfortunately I had to pay more with room with AC
