Chic Hideaway at Azure North Bali Tower

This room was so clean. The lighting was so peaceful. Everything you needed was provided including clean unlimited water.

Nothing

7-11 was good for our necessities… would have been better if there was at least one restaurant in the premises.

None

Upon entering we immediately smelled foul odor, the smell of molds, damp and dust, almost like a dead rat. We airated the tiny studio by opening the window despite the hot weather. Handsoap bottle was empty and was only given handsoap the day after reporting to host who seemed nice. Also requested airspray for the odor but not good enough. Tiny space as compared to the photos. Old bloodstains in one of the pillows and some yellow stains in bedsheet. The window curtain was dusty. Some stuff underneath the bed. A pink furniture was dirty and disgusting. The room was also beside the garbage room which also smells when you approach or exit the studio. We also reported this to the host who's overseas and apparently is not aware of the true state of the studio.

The owner is very concerned and accomodating Superb for our entire 2 nights stay,

None so far, just the space of the room is not big

i like everything.. smooth ang stay namin.

Sana may mga games, para if ever na mag stay lang the whole day ung mag stay, meron silang maging activities. This is a suggestion only. For us, we don't need those, as we have an itinerary in and outside of the resort.

Fully furnished (water, electric, appliances, dinnerware, etc)

The beach pool bottom was getting exposed with abrupt changes in depth, and exposed sharp jagged concrete bottom. Potentially dangerous. Also burlap/sandcloth could be seen dissociating from the bottom.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Chic Hideaway @ Azure North Bali Tower. I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel right at home. The exceptional customer service truly set the tone for our entire stay. The place itself exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, it provided the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether we were lounging in our cozy room or exploring the beautiful surroundings, every moment was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the genuine care and attention to detail shown by Ms. Rochelle. From accommodating our requests with a smile to offering helpful recommendations for local attractions, her dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident at every turn. Overall, our stay at Chic Hideaway @ Azure North Bali Tower was nothing short of fantastic! We departed with fond memories and a longing to return soon. If you're looking for a place with exceptional customer service, a great atmosphere, and a truly enjoyable experience, look no further. We can't recommend it highly enough!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything from Location, Atmosphere, Amenities, Security, Interior design and uniqueness. Everything you might need for short or temporary stay was there! But there's one thing that makes Chic Hideaway different from other unit, it's the HOST "Ms.Rochelle" she's very accomodating, always checking up on me and my parents room (Her other unit). From check-in to Check-out. Hospitality service is way beyond exceptional, I've work in 3 stars hotel in Canada for 3 years, I must say it's way better than our most expensive room, it feels like home. 5 stars rating for Chic Hideaway and Ms.Rochelle!!! Thank you!!!

The owner seems to be fair enough to help us sort our concerns.

Lots of ants, didn’t clean properly which was so disappointing..

I love the design of the unit it feels cozy and very stylish and clean as well, it also make our stay convenient because all we need is available in the unit. The owner is very accomodating and approachable, she always answer immediately, she guide us from the start until we check out, definitely we will come back again!😊

I love the theme of the unit! So chic as its name!

Property owner was very accommodating and friendly. The place was clean, charming and facilities and household items were complete and in good working condition.

The room was super nice and clean with complete appliances and nice utensils too. 😍 We enjoyed our dinner at the balcony with a fantastic pool view. The unit owner was very accommodating and always checked on us during our stay. We will surely come back next month. Thanks very much, it was a short stay but we really had a great time!!!! ❤️

location

can’t think of any

The room was so cozy and clean. Kumpleto ang mga gamit. The WiFi was fast as well. We've enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Great location, close to shopping centers and S&R and lots of restaurants. Great value and great cute space, very comfortable. The host was incredible! She was very easy to communicate with and took great care of us even from a distance. She was always accessible at any time with any questions. Highly recommended

Pity we couldn't stay any longer, would stay here again

The host is very friendly and accommodating. The room is part of a relatively new complex and at walking distance from large shopping malls. The size of the room was just right for two people, and the host provides good amenities. The balcony is a nice add-on.

The bedframe is narrower than the mattress which bends on one side. Cleaning would be a bit better, especially the floor; we found hair stuck on our feet and socks after only a short time in the unit.

the condo unit is clean and has complete appliances. the owner is very accomodating and always asks us if we need something or if we have concerns.
