I like the space is very clean and comfortable. Looks welcoming. The decor is nice. Water heater, washing machine, aircond and fridge function well. They also provide hanging rack, hairdryer and steam iron. Nice pool view and very secure area. I like there are a lot of convenience store nearby, including family mart, 7E, mamak stall and restaurants. There are also nearby laundry shop.

I would like to suggest they provide simple vanity table (make-up space) in each room. The key retrival and return is kind of tedious.

A clean and safe house in a strategic location with a beautiful view.

1) the children’s bed is attractive, but the safety net is torn and detached. It may pose a safety risk if children are left unsupervised. 2) The deposit is surprisingly high, even more expensive than a 2-day stay. 3) The toilet was generally fine; however, more attention to detail is needed during cleaning, as there were some yellow stains and dust present

First of all, the host was not efficient in handling the check-in process. The check-in information was provided very late, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and made it difficult to plan accordingly. The cleanliness of the property was also far below expectations. There was visible dirt in the bathroom, unpleasant odors from one of the room and hair could be seen in multiple areas. This was particularly disappointing considering that a cleaning fee was charged. The most frustrating part, however, was the deposit refund process. The deposit could be paid instantly via online transfer, yet the refund takes between 7 to 14 days to be processed. This is unnecessarily long and highly inconvenient for guests. In addition, the host repeatedly sent reminders about the 11:00 AM check-out time. While a reminder is understandable, the frequency felt excessive and unnecessary. Guests are generally aware of the check-out requirements.

The location - near to Gamuda Luge.

Low quality furnishing such as bed, mattress, sofa, dining tables & chairs. Many tiny ants inside one of the master bedroom. The standard of cleaning need to be improved.

Location is near a 7/11 and there are many restaurants nearby

There were cockroaches and ants in the toilet & kitchen.

Nice stay. Clean and comfortable for a medium size family. Great swimming pool. Definitely come again in the future.

The toilet in the main room has a window that is facing outside. It is really uncomfortable to take a shower and I need to cover it with a towel.

bed was not ready when i arrived at 5pm. Toilet got mold stain and not clean.

Everything is good , the host also friendly . The apartment also safe n good . Value for money . Will come again later . But u need to spend a bit extra for booking fee (( will get your money back after checkout))

Mybe need to do “ deep cleaning “ once a week ? There is alot of hair under the table . Mybe from guest before this? I dont know

Strategic location, facilities & security.

High securit deposit & quite long time for the return

Contacted host a day earlier to get the check in details but host insisted to share by 2.50pm the next day. I informed that I will be driving that time unable to check phone and request to share earlier. Host still insisted not to share. The check in time is 3pm, the host did not want to share the parking and check in details even it is 2.50pm. I and my family has no clue where to wait. I have to park the car outside the guardhouse and wait for the host and no idea what time he/ she will share the details. Host only shared after 3pm which did not follow the rules. Based on the information, the parking details should have shared a day earlier, there is nothing confidential. At least, I and my kids can wait in parking lot instead of at road side. But when it comes to check out, the host seems lost the memory still asking to check out on time. I have no intention to stay any longer but the host should have aware the check in was late. The toilet need to be maintained.

Not much but they didnt put kettle in the unit. So we cant have any hot water for hot drinks

Very complicated every place to use a key card. The host is inconsiderate and unhelpful (kindly please check to your plan destination on google maps | dah 11 lebih. minta check out sekarang ) among the sentences that are not pleasant to hear from the host😔

it was rather a very short stay so i don't have much to complain aside from: - bidet don't have proper place to be hung. - quite a number of procedures to go through to get access card.

Kawasan yg tenang jauh dari bandar sesuai untuk bersantai bersama keluarga, harga pun berbaloi .. staff bernama Hana sgt bagus.. cara untuk berurusan pun sangat senang.. apartment yg sgt selesa bersih .. paling best pool dia bersih .. ada washing machine and dryer sekali !! akan datang lagi di sini ..

Single key for 2 adults, unclean bathroom with mould, curtains that don't stop light, stained couch, ant infestation, rudeness when those things were brought up with staff, pictures that weren't accurate, uncomfortable bed, not enough towels, unairconditioned lifts and lobby.

Selesa & dekat dengan tempat yg saya nk pergi

Sedikit susah untuk yg kurang faham dengan bahasa inggeris. Saya sendiri agak celaru. Tp owner tetap membantu.

I only like the location near to clinic, restaurants, amusement parks, and groceries.

The host force me to follow the rules, check out very early at 11.00am, the floor was oily, house is very small.
