The rooftop is nice and spacious, but it would be better if it has a canopy

Reviewed Oct 24, 2024Tha place is really nice and clean specially the kitchen and the kids bedroom, wardrobe on general needs improvement although its functional, toilets are clean and well organised the stuff was really friendly and helpful, the beach is amazing …definitely will not be our last visit
The wardrobes and that the resort have only 1 pool and 1 supermarket

Reviewed Aug 8, 2024The place is beautiful calm and relaxing, lived the view from the terrace and the roof.. its spacious and clean inside , the housekeeping team are very helpful..Mariam the one who followed up with me before i arrive is super helpful and tries to make everything as comfortable as she could.. the beach is relaxing and not rocky.. calm and safe for kids.. the pool is good too.. there is a supermarket is almost everything 2 mins walk from the Chalet

Reviewed Aug 3, 2024The pool and the beach were clean. There is a supermarket which was convenient.
Upon check-in, the chalet smelled really bad and dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned, and the staff came and cleaned the floor only and the balcony. The bed covers were dirty, they were not changed from the previous stay and even when it was changed the covers were stained and looked dirty. No soap, shampoo, tissue, or toilet papers were in the chalet. Towels were provided the second day as they were facing a shortage, and it was hand towel. Electricity and the internet were cut for a day. All in all the chalet needs a bit of care and cleanliness.
