Family friendly Villa with sauna in the nature

Het verblijf was heerlijk ruim en bood de kinderen volop gelegenheid om veilig buiten te spelen. Er was tevens voldoende speelgoed aanwezig. De locatie in het bos zorgde voor een aangename rust.

The wood for the Saunaoven was to long. Not possible to fit. But it was ok.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in den Wäldern nahe Borås. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und abgelegen – perfekt, um abzuschalten und die Natur zu genießen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Borås und Göteborg. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Ausstattung mit Sauna und BBQ sowie die vorhandenen Streaming-Dienste und das stabile, kostenlose Internet. Auch Kaffee war vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und jederzeit gut erreichbar, sowohl über Booking als auch via WhatsApp. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Insgesamt ein toller Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einziges Manko, war die Heizung, welche deutlich hörbare Geräusche von sich gegeben hat, was sich auch durch die geschlossene Tür hörbar war. Vermieter würde informiert und will sich nach unserer Abreise drum kümmern. Auch hier war die Kommunikation sehr gut.

Det var ett mycket välstädad och trevligt hus i ett plan. Omgivningen var lugn och vi gick på ”stjärnskådarpromenad” på kvällarna. Eftersom vår son är beroende av rullstol så kollade vi efter ett tillgängligt hus för hela familjen, allt fungerade bra men eftersom badrummet var vackert inrett med en fin duschvägg begränsade det möjligheten att använda hans duschstol, vi fixade det ändå genom att sitta på golvet. Två glada katter ville gärna komma in men våra hundar tyckte annat.

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Ferienhauses sind gut. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Möbel sind gepflegt und praktisch, und auch die Küche bietet ausreichend Utensilien zum Kochen. Insgesamt hat man hier alles, um sich wohlzufühlen und entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Zudem befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler macht.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht zu 100 % zufriedenstellend, hier könnte vor der Anreise neuer Gäste gründlicher gereinigt werden. Die Zuwegung zum Haus besteht aus einer Schotterstraße und ist nicht asphaltiert, was besonders bei Regenwetter unpraktisch ist und die Anfahrt erschweren kann. Für tiefere oder tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge kann die Zufahrt problematisch sein, da die Straße uneben ist. Außerdem waren viele persönliche Kleidungsstücke und Lebensmittel der Gastgeber im Haus vorhanden, was den Eindruck vermittelt hat, als würde man in eine noch bewohnte Unterkunft einziehen. Das kann für manche Gäste weniger angenehm sein, da es an einem neutralen „Ferienhaus-Gefühl“ fehlt.

Gute Ausstattung, war alles da was man brauchte , tolle Lage mitten im Wald umgeben von der Natur . Wir konnten am Anreisetag sogar 3 std vorher ins Haus, da wir morgens mit der Stenaline angereist waren . Man ist in 12 Minuten in Borås Stadt , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur 10 min entfernt .

Fehlende Kommunikation am letzten Tag, da hätte ich mir eine Antwort gewünscht .

Beliggenheden var fantastisk til en masse vandreture. Huset var hyggeligt og bekvemt, med både redte senge, håndklæder samt tandbørster såfremt man havde glemt sin egen. Kæmpe hit var kaffemaskinen.

Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide. Det kunne have været fedt med et vildmarksbad, i de skønne omgivelser, men det er jo bare en luksus

Es ist ein mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus, was alles hat, was man braucht und noch mehr. Man fühlt sich wohl! Die Lage für Naturliebhaber ist toll. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer ist sehr herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed.

Fantastic house and location. Very quiet in beautiful surroundings, close to the lake and only 10mins to Borås. Highly recommend for families, lots of outdoor space with a trampoline and play area. Hopefully it will be available on our next trip to Sweden!

Really nice and comfortable house. It has everything you need and the location is very peacefull. You can walk in the forest or within a few minutes your in the city

The quality of the property is outstanding. It is a large property with garden, terrace, sauna, playground. The facilities inside are also really great. We have had an excellent time. Göteborg is close enough to visit and enjoy the friendliness of Sweden. We were allowed to use the EV charger of the owner which did make life really easy. A large shopping center is only 10 minutes drive away. Be prepared that your car can become dirty because the last 3km is over dirt road.

Most of the cupboards in the bedrooms were used to store children's toys and left little space for your own clothes. The rain shower reduces volume after only a few minutes.

The house is very comfortable, clean and nice. There is everything what you need for a nice stay.

The surroundings are beautiful, the lake is close but the motorway is not that far away either.

Great outdoor space, many facilities for kids, wonderful surroundings, proximity to the lake. The house is very nice, fully equipped and the host is always available and helpful. On our trip the weather wasn't very good but summer must be a bliss there with all those nice exterior spaces to enjoy.

The house is more suitable for a family with kids, than for 2 or more couples. The master bedroom is wonderful but the other three bedrooms all have single beds.
