Lägenhet i Kåbdalis nära skidbacke & skoterled

Het was erg ruim

Het bleek niet bekend dat wij kwamen . Moesten de eigenaar bellen om te vragen welke accommodatie, hadden geen codes etc. Moesten buiten wachten op een verlaten plek tot er meer bekend was. Er bleek geen linnen en beddengoed, moest je huren en er zouden schoonmaakkosten zijn als je niet wilde schoonmaken. Heel afgelegen bij een kleine benzine pomp en heel stil.

Fint område lugnt och tyst, trevlig lägenhet väldigt fin.

Finns inget att klaga på.

Moderne, rent og billig.

Ingen tv kanaler. Tv gikk ikke å koble til internett av en eller annen grunn.

Vi kom lite tidigare men det var inga problem att få checka in tidigare. Trevlig värd. Mycket fräsch och välstädad lägenhet, uppfyllde alla våra önskemål!

Kanske hade varit skönt om det var lite närmare skidbacken, men det var en trevlig promenad dit.

Supertrevlig och absolut nyrenoverad lägenhet i fjällstil. Trevligt inredd och hade allt vi behövde. Snabbladdare till elbilen precis utanför och en butik tvärs över gården. Nära också till backarna i Kåbdalis (någon km).

Inget torkskåp eller pjäxtork dock men funkade denna gång. Värmegolvet i badrummet torkade våra blöta handskar.

Priset, välstädat och nytt och fräscht.

Saknade torkskåp. Att ha tvättmaskin istället för torkskåp var en liten miss. Saknade även flera krokar att kunna hänga upp kläder/handdukar i badrummet. Bäddsoffan saknar/behöver en madrass, när 11 åringar tycker den är för knölig å mjuk är jag glad att en vuxen inte sov där. Ett rundt bord där 6st sitter blir väldigt trångt.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ideale Lage für einen Besuch auf dem Wintermarkt in Jokkmokk.

Küche leider nicht gut ausgestattet (zum Beispiel keine Eierbecher, Schalen für Joghurt, Salat u.ä.). Der Geschirrspüler wird angestellt, obwohl noch fast leer, weil man Geschirr, Besteck benötigt.

Alles neu, sauber und die Küche gut eingerichtet. Angenehm grosse Wohnung bis max 4 Personen (Familie). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Waschmaschine gab es sogar Waschmittel. Topp!

Die Eingangstür liess sich mit dem Code nicht einfach öffnen. Wir benötigten Bettwäsche, die auch in einem abgeschlossenen Schrank befand, dieser ging mit dem Code nicht auf. Ich musste mit einer Person Kontakt aufnehmen, zusammen hat es dann geklappt.

Das Kartenlesegerät, bei dem bei Ankunft der Türcode eingegeben werden muss, aktiviert sich erst nachdem es etwas "energisch" berührt wird. Das hat uns Anfangs etwas verunsichert😉

Very nice comfortable apartments. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer :)

The system with entering the code on the door handle is very sensitive (we had to bother the owners to let us in). There is no separate waste collection

Luxury apartment with everything you need. Large, comfortable, clean. Easy check-in with a door code. It is next to a gas station and a convenience store, but there is so little traffic in this remote area that it is a real pleasure to watch through the windows as the occasional customer comes in, sometimes to fill up not a car but a snowmobile. Easy parking next to the apartment. Warm inside. View of the forest through the back window and the lake a few steps away, a great place to watch the Northern Lights.

Soap was missing

We rented 2 apartments as we were a group of 6 friends. The apartments were spacious, the kitchen was big, nice decoration in the living room. Overall, it was a good stay.

We messaged the owner through WhatsApp upon our arrival. Locating the place was straightforward, but we encountered difficulty unlocking the door, as it required a code that proved challenging for us to figure out. Despite repeatedly texting and calling the owner for assistance, we received no response. Eventually, we managed to open the door on our own. Furthermore, upon entering, we noticed there were no towels or sheets on the beds, despite the confirmation message stating there was a fee for them. We attempted to request towels via WhatsApp, but once again, our messages went unanswered. The next day, the owner messaged us, claiming we had failed to clean one of the two apartments and that they would send a payment link for the cleaning. We objected, pointing out that the cleaning fee was not disclosed in either the details or the confirmation message. Additionally, we expressed concerns that if the previous guests had paid for cleaning, it suggested the owner had not cleaned the entire apartment, which was unacceptable. Despite the owner's promise to send the payment link, it never arrived, and we would not have paid for such a service anyway.

Beautiful flat, clean and nicely designed. Very comfortable and well-located.

Hot water ended after one shower, and we were 3 people... Could be occasional, but if not, and it's about a small heater, for instance, it would be good to know and plan ahead...

In light of our circumstances, we cannot fully evaluate the accommodation in terms of its amenities and such. However, what we can assess is the service, and the flexibility and friendliness of the hosts - which is exceptional! We would definitely recommend to book here ! Thx for all

Appartment: A curtain or door between living room and kitchen would be nice for those sleeping in the living room. Location: An open grocery store was really far away.
