Alyxia 1 Bedroom Apartment in Central Seminyak

Helpful, friendly staff and so professional. Safe accommodation with security monitoring 24/7. Super close to Bintang Market for day to day day needs, so convenient and surprisingly quiet for its location.!

Not staying long enough!

Spacious and clean room. Excellent location, right in the center. Staff was exectional.

Staff very supportive...make you feel welcome...providing great service...location excellent....clean..all that you need rooms

Super Service auch bei Extrawünschen. Habe sofort ungefragt ein ebenerdiges Zimmer erhalten, als mein Problem mit der Treppe bemerkt wurde.

Duschen etwas wärmer, Bett etwas härter.

Wonderful stay! Great location! Nice and spacious room, filtered water available.

Hot water lasted about 5 minutes in the shower before it went cold.

Perfect location, staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Apartment is spotless, so comfortable. Everything is brand new, kept very well and lovely to stay in.

Nothing - unable to fault.

The Apartment was very clean and affordable and I loved the towel Swan that was on the bed. Check in and out was very easy and the staff lovely, welcoming and helpful

Excellent centre of town good area near the beach & restaurants.

Every thing is good 👍

Good location good staff.

The shower was not watertight so bathroom would flood.

Stayed at the Alyxia apartments in Seminyak for 12 nights. The apartments were really well equipped and very clean. Check in was very quick and the staff have been amazing quickly responding to our requests as and when they occurred. Security staff were fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments. Excellent location. Really close to the beach and 2 mins walk from bintang supermarket.

Simply wow. A really beautiful apartment that is so central and feel so peaceful. Just in a back street of the main road it feel quite and like a nice place to come home to. Restaurants and a great supermarket are close, the beach is not far away. The owners and staff are very nice, too. We would gladly come back without hesitation!

Excelent

Its pretty comfortable with a very nice pool.

The floor is kinda dirty but its okay if you wear sandals or shoes around the room

The staff were really lovely and the room very comfortable

很乾凈整潔，位子好，一進門就有冷氣！有吹風機、沐浴乳洗髮精、毛巾2條，非常棒的體驗

門很難鎖，需要一點技巧

This is my 3rd time staying at Alyxia by Sunnyside. Always spotless, modern and clean. Staff are always cheerful, professional and friendly. Special thankyou to Kim who works so hard. He's always helpful at getting things done. Its very central and just 2 minute walk to Bintang Supermarket. I will return.

Nothing

Easy access great staff, close to many shops

Fully equipped kitchen, even has a microwave, so convenient. And in the heart of seminyak, easy to go anywhere. The huge department store Bintang just 3mins walk.

Soundproof doesn’t good, I can hear next door chatting and shower in middle of the night.

Great location

The whole experience

Nothing it was perfect

Posizione centrale

Nulla

Cleanliness and location to shops and other sought out services

None

Very good location Clean and convenient room Very helpful staff

Nothing

I liked how easy it was to contact the hosts, how clean the place was, that there was security on the premises. I liked the size of the room and the staff was friendly. I would stay again, thank you for having me.

I honestly have no complaints- good value for money. This place was in a great location. I do have to say- if you're confused about the location just put The Seminyak Suite- Private Villa (the next door villas) into the map.

This was like my home they treated me like friends. The whole staff was great. I became friends with security house keeping Kim the manger

the rooster next door

Great little apartments in a fantastic location, just next to the Bintang supermarket. Accommodation was clean and well presented. The studio apartment style room was a good size with large bed, dining area for 2 and small kitchen with 1 electric burner to cook on. Fridge/ freezer and water filter in room. Smart tv in each room. Nice shared outdoor seating spaces for rooms without balconies. Easy to find and a great base in Seminyak.

Pool is big and looks inviting but there is nowhere to sit around it. One of our rooms had a small single balcony but no furniture. It would benefit from having a chair outside to sit on. Bathrooms are very small, with no room to out a toiletry bag; a larger body would struggle to dress in there. These are just little preferences though and wouldn’t stop me booking here again.

Krasne miesto, cisty a upratany priestor, velmi prijemny personal. Bazen bol prijemnym bonusom, super poloha, blizko do mesta.

Nemam co vytknut.

The room that was given to me didn't match the room that I booked for on Booking.com

I had a good time at Alyxia, location is good and convenient for eating out in restaurants and grocery shopping at a nearby large supermarket, the place is quiet, it has all the amenities I could think of, decent swimming pool, friendly staff.

Wifi had issues with stability (speed was good).

Nice and clean

Location

Close everywhere

Nothing all good

Cleanliness, towels even smell nice unlike some other places. You feel comfortable to sleep in a bed knowing its clean. Spacious, you can watch Netflix on TV, they can do your washing and clean your room. Aircon isn’t directed at the bed so its very pleasant and lowers chances of getting sick.

Nothing

The location of the apartment is excellent- right in the city center, on the main street and very close to many restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops, yet still quiet and peaceful. I loved the hotel-style vibe! The room was very clean and cozy, and the staff were extremely helpful, keeping in touch a day in advance. The pool was great for a relaxing dip. 10/10!

The property was very clean

The apartments could be noisy at times from other guests and wildlife in the surrounding buildings. However, this can’t always be controlled. The stay was perfect nonetheless.
