住宿是海边的公寓楼，整体环境好有保安，有公用泳池。入住需要登记，房主可帮忙。离码头很近。到市中心打突突车方便便宜，每人20P就行了。公寓两室一厅，安静，有烧水壶，微波炉，冰箱，还有餐具。用品新。有WI-FI，洗澡热水挺好

被子有点厚，空调温度打低一点噪音就大。多一条薄毯子就好了。

Comfy property, clean, good value. Owner was responsive.

The pool was not accessible during our stay. Had some issues with the shower and tv not working properly. Owner was helpful though. It is quite a walk into the city, few restaurants near by and tuk tuks very affordable.

There were some issues getting in and the contact numbers supplied weren't answered. There are a number of little maintenance issues that need to be addressed, Bathroom door doesn't close Shelf above was basin needs screwing No hot water from basin tap available Kettle faulty Toilet flush not seating properly Clock in bedroom is very noisy Shower holder not screwed in properly Could do with 2 keys and maybe a toaster.

Host is very accommodating and nice. Very responsive.

Clean. Spacious bathroom. Very accomodating. Perfect place to stay with family. We got to cook and rest well close to everything in the city.

The property has everything you need including things for cooking and cleaning the whole unit.

Good access to the facilities (pool/gym etc). Good entertainment connectivity in the room. Good kitchen setup Plenty of space.

incomplete kitchen utensils (had to bring our own frying pan -- the one provided was too thin); door knobs were a bit loose -> maybe needs reinforcement/replacement

The place looks so nice, neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very near to restaurants.

Lack of a bedside lamp and maybe a rag in the CR.

Complete facilities, clean unit, with complete kitchen utilities and cooking materials. With cleaning materials too including rugs, brooms, trashbags, dishwashing.

Plug for lamp is not working well. Need fix.

The place has comfortable beds and the location is very accessible with a lot of restaurants nearby.

There was no trash can in the bathroom.

Great accomodation with two bedrooms perfect if your traveling with children. Host is well organised, very helpful and accommodating. Thanks Justin :)

This place is really nice, it's only small but very comfortable and clean. Good bathroom, good easy access, good security, and plenty of underground parking. Very close to restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend this place.

Nothing at all

The location is excellent it was central to everything but still not noisy

The rules of the complex don't allow visitors to come in with you unless the owner has signed them in and it was impossible to get a response from the owner. At one point the door closed behind us and locked the keys inside. It took hours to get back in and it was only luck that we managed to ask the right person as the security wouldn't let us in. I don't know if they had a spare key or if policy wouldn't let them. The security where very professional though.

The place was clean and the room configuration is great! There was a little concern with parking but it was VERY quickly organised by the host who was VERY responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend Ezzel’s.

Water pressure in the shower could be better. Other than that, staying at this place was very pleasant. The guards could be a bit off but it’s manageable.

Some of the Security weren’t overly helpful. Only complaint is the property could use a decent knife for cooking other than that it was perfect

The unit have a parking space. The room was big.

There wasnt enough toilet paper. It would be better if they provide Rice Cooker and a fan in the living area.

Probably the best location if you want to explore Dumaguete. Near to everything :) just in front of Cafe Racer. They even have a parking space for 1 car or (2) motorcycles

Everything is perfect, except for the bathroom bidet and the curtains/blind. It’s too bright when the sun’s out hehe

The booking was for my daughter and niece. It was a nice experience for them, and special requests were granted, particularly the late arrival time and extension of an hour for check-out.

The security guard was misled with the information and name of booked clients until it was clarified based on the booking given names of guests. Ultimately, it was settled.

I think the pinned location (attached maps is incorrect). But the address written is perfect.
