Lovely house with a beautiful view in Jokkmokk

Een prachtige ligging met uitzicht op het meer. Vanuit het huis kun je direct mooie wandelingen maken. Het huisje is sfeervol ingericht, comfortabel en we hebben er enorm naar onze zin gehad. Kleine mankementen werden door de eigenaar snel opgelost.

De keuken verdient wat extra aandacht. Enkele messen en andere keukenattributen zijn ruimschoots aan vervanging toe en de keuken kan een goede schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken.

Spacious place with comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom with a nice warm floor. Managed to see the northern lights from the backyard too!

Prostorný, pohodlný a velmi dobře vybavený dům. Jokkmokk jako takový nás velmi mile překvapil, lokalita domu u jezera je fantastická. Skvělé místo pro vycházky v okolí i blízko do parku Muddus. Doporučili bychom rozhodně i k delšímu pobytu.

Jen opravit tu pračku a je to perfektní. :-)

Lage, Lage, Lage: Die Lage am Talvatissee ist einzigartig schön. Das Haus mit seiner Split-Level Bauweiseist sehr geräumig.

Der Zustand des Hauses, Oberflächig ist alles ok, aber beim genaueren Hinsehen wackelt und quietscht der Esstisch, im Badezimmer leuchtet nur eine funzlige Birne, der Türgriff zur Terassentür ist lose, ebenso der Schließmechanismus am Fenster. Stromkabel hängen mehr oder weniger isoliert aus der Wand. Im Kühlschrank und im TK-Schrank befinden sich Lebensmittel - hat diese der Vormieter vergessen oder gehören sie dem Eigentümer? Nach Auskunft der Nachbarn steht das Haus zum Verkauf, dies erklärt dann auch die nicht mehr behobenen Mängel im Haus. Für eine Woche haben wir uns aber den Urlaub nicht vermiesen lassen.

Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch, es liegt direkt am Wasser , modern eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht . Sehr gute Betten. Man kann auch sehr gut um den See spazieren gehen und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos . Sehr schnelle Antworten bekommen . Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Certains ustensiles de cuisine très abîmés ou manquants ( la poêle inutilisable car rouillée ainsi que la bouilloire , passoire à nouilles en mauvais état ). Absence de torchon. des éponges pas très propres.mais ce n est qu’ une petite amélioration à prévoir pour que tout soit parfait!

Jó az elhelyezkedése és gyalog minden elérhető a településen.

Az ágynemű és a törölközők büdösek voltak, a ház nem volt tiszta. Az egyik szobában a radiátort pillanatszorító tartotta, a fürdőszobában pedig le volt szerelve. A lenti szinten hideg volt, mert csak az egyik radiátor működött. A WC-deszka törött/sérült volt. A hűtőszekrény tele volt maradékokkal és a világítás sem működött benne.

Tilavuus, sisääntulo kodinhoitohuoneeseen oli erinomainen juttu meidän metsästysretkeämme varten. Sai jättää kaikki tarvikkeet ja ulkovaatteet heti siihen.

Saunaa jäimme kaipaamaan.

Ett helt underbart boende. Saknade någon handduk, men sms och värden sa var vi kunde hämta en till. Väldigt hjälpsam. Vi hade släktträff på altanen och vi fick lätt plats.

Det enda vi saknade var en grill 😍

Die stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung hat eine wirklich wunderbare Lage mit Blick auf den See - und insgesamt alles, was man braucht. Die Küche war sogar mit Basic-Vorräten zum Kochen (Essig, Öl, Gewürze) ausgestattet! Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, die Freizeit zu verbringen, sogar ohne Auto. Am See gibt es einen Outdoor-Fitnesspark, der Wald zum Wandern, Beeren und Pilze sammeln ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt... alles Wichtige im Ort (Supermärkte, Läden, Restaurants, das sehr sehenswerte Museum...) kann man ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Gastgeber war total freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut kontaktierbar. Bei einem Problem wurde sehr schnell Hilfe geleistet. Check-in und Check-out liefen unkompliziert per Schlüssel-Safe. Ich habe den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen und mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alloggio molto grande e super funzionale (ha anche lavatrice e asciugatrice). Vista pazzesca con veranda sul lago immersa nella quiete e nella natura. Host super gentile, reattivo e disponibile.

Het huisje ligt geweldig aan het meer, je loopt zo naar het strandje toe. Verder is het een ruim huis met veel comfort en maar liefst 3 slaapkamers en een tv ruimte. Ook is alles in Jokkmokk gemakkelijk te lopen. Kortom een huisje wat een aanrader is! Communicatie met de host verliep soepel en snel.

Het huisje was minder schoon dan verwacht, dat is jammer, hierdoor is de score lager dan dat het had kunnen zijn. Dit huisje had beter verdiend.

A very comfortable apartment with everything that you could want for a vacation. Comfortable bed, excellent fully equipped kitchen and an amazing view of the lake right on the doorstep.

Only a small point, but the door out onto the deck with the lake view was broken.

Best place to stay in Jokkmokk. Beautifully decorated home with everything you need. Good bed, nice view towards the lake and great, peaceful location nearby center.

We left our heart in this breathtaking property, located just in front of the very special lake in the town of Jokkmokk. The house is a gem, beautifully decorated and furnished, we immediately felt at home and wished we could stay longer. We will never forget our stay there, and hope to be back one day...

The light in the main bathroom

This house was everything we hoped for and more! It's right on the edge of town on the lakeside, which means everything like shops and hikes is within walking distance but still there's this amazing views from the house! It's fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend for a longer stay as well!

The only thing we missed were trays or plates for the oven

A beautiful house next to the lake on Jokkmokk. About 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of town and it's 2 supermarkets. The house was very warm and cozy, and the view from the lounge, dining room, kitchen, and 1 bedroom over the lakeside was amazing. Facilities were superb with enough cutlery, crockery, and pots and pans in the kitchen.

Only 1 towel was provided. The television, which was, I think, advertised as being Smart, had no analogue or digital channels and had to be used via Chromecast although, to be fair, I was not there to watch television.

A very pleasant and friendly owner of the house. We found welcome drinks in the refrigerator, the house was very clean, and there was a beautiful view of the lake from the window. 5 minutes walk to the center

The photographs of the property on the booking page are made in such a way that it is not clear that the house actually has three floors and each time you need to go up to room or down the stairs to the kitchen . But this is not a problem for those couples who are looking for a house with different floors.

We stayed there for a four days and the location was just perfect for us. The goal was a relaxing vacation to unwind, read, talk and go for walks. And for this the location was just perfect. We were three friends traveling together and everyone was very happy with it. Upon our arrival was the smoke detector was asking for new batteries and Magnus came by faster than expected to fix it. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, the house was clean and the beds very comfy. The supermarket and other POI in Jokkmokk are super close. And we were lucky enough to see some faint northern lights one evening.

One of the best places I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. The house is RIGHT BESIDE the lake, so it can not get better for views and aurora sightings (they turn off the street lamps after 10pm ish). Very comfy bed. Great TV. Great Wi-Fi speed. Kitchen has everything you could need and washing machine. I could do laundry with washer and dryer when I was there. Loved it, felt so comfortable there.

Only thing I couldn’t find was a hairdryer! But didn’t bother me much.

Toilets need a good refurbishment as they are quite old and no socket outlets on one side of the bed.

The house is very nice and confortable. Everything works perfect! The location is incredible, near the Sami museum and in front of a lake. The perfect place to enjoy stairs and aurora at night.
