Fehlende Türen zwischen den Räumen können bei Belegung mit mehreren Personen sehr stören, ja sogar den Schlaf unmöglich machen.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Lovely street in centre of old Ystad. Living area was spacious with a great tv. Fridge and kitchen utensils etc were handy. Really enjoyed the balcony too it was a lovely apartment.
Only tap was in the bathroom which wasn’t ideal for water. No freezer or proper cooking facilities. Steps up to apartment and huge step into shower.

W mieszkaniu czuć ducha przeszłości, Ale nowoczesne dodatki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i ogromny telewizor w zupełności wystarczają, by poczuć się, że XXI wiek Cię nie opuścił. Ale największe wrażenie robi po prostu to cudne, kolorowe, zabytkowe miasteczko i spokój oraz to, że każdy zakątek jest dopieszczony w każdym detalu.
Hmmm… nie wiem- może przy dłuższym wypadzie przydałaby się jakaś pojemniejsza szafa, Ale w sumie czy to jakiś problem duży, nie sądzę.

Kök saknades, vilket inte nog tydligt framgick av beskrivningen. Finns ingen spis, ugn eller diskho. Finns en hel del bestick och tallrikar mm men inte möjlighet att tillreda mat mer än Micro och sen ingen möjlighet att diska förutom i handfat.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Great location in city center, very calm neighborhood, grocery store 5 minutes walking distance. Large 3-room appartment with balcony facing little garden in the inner block.
The apparment has no kitchen / kitchen corner but you can make tea, coffee and toasts. Parking is possible in adjacent streets but make sure you understand all the limitations and exceptions ... e.g. no parking in the morning of the 1st Monday of the month, or else you WILL get the fine. Apps like EasyPark will not warn you about these exceptions. Make sure you understand all the swedish text on small plates under the main parking sign.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025The apartment was supposed to be 45sqm, but it felt way bigger with two proper bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a very big living area. The location is in the very centre of Ystad. Literally 30s walk from the Salluhall and the Sankta Maria church. Beds are comfy, the TV is probably the biggest I’ve seen in a touristic apartment, and the building has some charm. Coffee and all basic utensils for breakfast and light meals are there. Instructions for the arrival were precise, short, and timely.
There is no kitchen as such, but some small appliances and accessories in the living area. If you want to do the dishes, you will need to use the bathroom. Also, the shower is big and apparently it is a jacuzzi, but it only works as regular shower and the accessibility with the narrow door is really not optimal if you are travelling with elder people or kids.

Saknade balkongbord. Ett pentry hade varit bra, åtminstone vattenkran och kokplatta. Det hade varit bra med information och bilder på just den lägenhet vi bokade.

Free parking one street away Close to shopping, restaurants etc Go to MALTES Sandwiches for amazing Sandwiches and coffee! Really good priced! It's like a couple of stores after Subway. All in all YSTAD is an amazing place and this condo really was great and so much character in the heart of the city :) We had a view of the water and great big Windows around the apt so just lovely!
I wish the queen size bed had more than 2 pillows because they weren't very comfortable. Maybe ask for this if you like to sleep on more pillows. For some reason the church Bells kept ringning every hour until midnight and started up at 8 am. . I was told it's not normal so not sure why it was happening. I don't mind it to be honest but thought it's good to let ppl know.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2024The apartment was spacious and clean, the check-in and all the information provided was easy and clear, and the location of the apartment is really close to the interesting places. It is really nice that the windows are on both sides of the building, it wasn't hot even when it was hot outside. The beds were very comfy. The blinds on the windows were really helpful since it was quite bright outside.
There's no kitchen sink or stove (as was stated in the description, however, it is still a minus), and no proper cups for hot beverages (however there were glasses which somewhat worked).
