L’accueil et le personnel très sympathique. La qualité des équipements!

La fenêtre d’une des deux sale-de-bain donnait vers l’entrée sur la route et il n’y avait pas de rideau ou store pour obstruer la vue , nous étions à la vue de tous dans la salle-de-bain !! Nous avons dû obstruer avec un linge !

Sicuramente il personale è un biglietto da visita perfetto sono meravigliosi e gentili, precise e pronte a dare a mano in tutto per tutto. Sia la ricezione, ed ho trovato molto piacevole anche lo staff che si occupa delle pulizie mi piace la posizione. L’appartamento, devo dire tutto.

L’unica cosa che ho avuto difficoltà è stato che il bagno non si non era riscaldato ed era veramente freddo. Però è andato tutto bene.

Bij de boeking hadden we begrepen dat parkeren gratis was, maar dat gold alleen voor een paar openbare parkeerplaatsen in de buurt. Dus toch een plaats in de parkeergarage moeten kopen voor ruim €16 per nacht.

Totul este la superlativ ! Noi am avut apartament de 3 persoane,dotat cu tot ceea ce ne-a trebuit . Mobilier de calitate,curățenie impecabilă,servicii minunate ! În cadrul resortului există restaurant,zona de joacă pentru copii,zona de wellness,tot ceea ce ai nevoie pentru zilele de relaxare. Resortul este poziționat la cota 1800m ,astfel încât ai priveliști minunate chiar în cadrul cazării. Există posibilitatea de a parca într-o parcare amenajată acoperită la pretul de 15 franci pe zi sau mai ai posibilitatea de a parca la cele 2 parcări gratuite din spatele resortului . Minunat totul ! ❤️

Très déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, mauvaise surprise : l’établissement est encore en travaux et l’ensemble est loin d’être agréable ou accueillant. L’hôtel n’est clairement pas terminé. L’accueil a également été catastrophique. À la réception, mon conjoint a été très mal accueilli par une réceptionniste qui lui a fait comprendre, sur un ton arrogant, qu’il avait « de la chance » car normalement les chambres ne sont disponibles qu’à partir de 16h. En arrivant devant notre chambre, les cartes ne fonctionnaient pas. Lorsque nous sommes retournés à la réception, on nous a répondu que c’était « normal » puisque les chambres ne sont disponibles qu’à 16h, toujours sur un ton très désagréable. Pourtant, une semaine auparavant, une autre réceptionniste m’avait appelée pour savoir à quelle heure nous arriverions. Je lui avais indiqué que nous serions là vers 11h et elle m’avait confirmé que cela ne posait aucun problème. Concernant la chambre, les lits sont de mauvaise qualité et très petits, ce qui n’a pas du tout contribué à rendre le séjour agréable. Entre les travaux, la qualité des équipements et surtout l’accueil qui nous a été réservé, nous sommes extrêmement déçus. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, notamment pour le manque de professionnalisme et la qualité de l’accueil.

Tout, le cadre est sublime, appartement bien équipé, personnel très gentil, les gens très respectueux, c'est calme et reposant.

Very clean , spacious, kids double bed. Sofa bed (pull out) all the cutlery and appliances u need for a kitchen. Anything that wasn’t there we could request for. Just remember to ask because the staff are so lovely’s

Isolation phonique médiocre, nous entendions les voisins éméchés le soir se disputer et d’autres crier dans le couloir. Risque d’être très bruyant l’hiver quand ce sera plein. Amabilité du personnel au desk variable pourtant pas débordé hors saison. Pas de présence au desk après 18h. A l’entre saison , presque tout est fermé dans le village; restaurant italien super mais ouvert à partir du jeudi

C'était tout simplement génial ! L’appartement est magnifique, moderne, très confortable et adapté pour 6 personnes. La terrasse est vraiment top ! Gros coup de cœur pour la vue incroyable sur les sommets, un vrai plaisir de se réveiller avec un tel panorama. Bars, restaurants, bains chauds et départ de randonnée à proximité.

Il peut être compliqué de se repérer pour accéder au parking et à l'entrée de son bâtiment.

Appartement correspond à tout point aux photos sur le site: Neuf, joliment aménagé, propre et très bien équipé. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable. Les différents rabais accordés dont ceux pour les entrées aux bains, sont très bienvenus.

Le complexe que swisspeak forme avec l’hôtel Eringer est un labyrinthe (pas du tout fonctionnel: parking extrêmement étroit, accès compliqué et via parking pour trouver enfin la réception de l’hôtel). De plus le complexe est partiellement en chantier (finitions pas terminées). Ainsi la vue depuis l’appartement était horrible: vue sur le mur de soutènement pas terminé. Les bains sont très bien, mais trop trop chers pour ce que c’est (sans rabais: 50.-/adulte). Il y a 4 restaurants en tout, mais les prix dans les 4 sont exorbitants (exemples croque monsieur à 26.- et petit hamburger à 34.-) et le choix est restreint et il n’y a pas de menu enfant. Le temps d’attente était aussi interminable dans la pizzeria la Tavoleta. Les serveurs étaient sympathiques mais très mal organisés.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments war sehr gut. Alles war vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Super dass es ein Spielzimmer gibt.

Das Spielzimmer war etwas leer. Ich hoffe es werden noch mehr Spielsachen wie Bauklötze oder eine Spielküche hinzugefügt. Ich hätte es auch sehr begrüsst, wenn an der Rezeption jemand Deutsch gesprochen hätte und die Rezeption sollte die Gäste unbedingt darauf aufmerksam machen, dass im Restaurant reserviert werden muss. In der Bar neben an, waren wir zwei mal, wir wurden allerdings nicht bedient.

The resort is very new and equipped with a few amenities on site. The room has a lot of kitchenware set up which is nice. Staff was friendly.

Resort seemed to be a good family friendly option at first but its equipped with very little set up. For example, The kid room mainly has a ball pit and a very few toys. The pool has additional charge to use per person (50 CH for adult and 25 for kids a day) I wish they could have accounted all of the overhead cost in the room fees. The mattresses in the room are very uncomfortable. The bathrooms could use a little more ventilation.

Le calme et le côté familial fait de cet hotel un excellent lieu de séjour. La proximité des bains et la qualité du service était egalement un excellent point. L'appartement était moderne et spacieux, la vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Le prix des petits déjeuners exorbitants... dommage, une formule moins honereuse serait une bonne option. De plus l'hôtel ne semble pas terminé par endroit, comme si des travaux n'avaient pas être terminés ce qui donne un drôle d'aspect au lieu meme si cela n'impacte pas la qualité de l'appartement louer.

المنتجع جميل جدًا يقع في مكان مرتفع و الاطلاله من البلكونه روعه حجزت شقة من ثلاث غرف نوم كنا 6 اشخاص و تشيل 10 بها حمامين و صالة و مطبخ مجهز كامل فيها منطقة العاب للاطفال الصغار و الاطفال الكبار في لهم غرفة بها العاب مناسبة لهم مثل ناينتندو تعاملهم ممتاز فيه غسالة و نشافة بالسرداب تعمل عن طريق كوين تبلغ تكلفتها 2 ونص فرنك متوفرة عند الاستقبال المنتجع مكون من ثلاث مباني الطريق له من منطقة سيون تقريبا 25 دقيقه طريق جبلي صعود فيه تعرجات يصلح للراحة و الاستجمام ليومين ثلاثة في الصيف

لو يكون مكان الجلوس في الصالة اكبر يكون افضل

La qualité des équipements, les matériaux et le soin du détail! Bravo

Passablement de finitions à faire ou refaire, mais c’est compréhensible vu l’envergure du complexe. Dans les points à améliorer mais déjà cités dans les autre commentaires: Prévoir de quoi faire une fondue/raclette dans les appartements Adapter la quantité de capsules à café en fonction du Nb. De jours… dans notre cas: nous sommes 2, nous faisons 3 nuits et avons droit à 4 capsules, m’obligeant ainsi à passer par la réception pour acheter de quoi tenir tout le séjour.

Honestly, I liked nothing. The location worth nothing to me. On a cliff of a mountain that has nothing to offer but hiking tracks which you can find much better tracks in an easier to access places. The value for the amount I paid wasn’t there.

The location is a disappointment. They renting out the place while it was still under construction. It was completely uncomfortable. The rules are ridiculous. We have to take off the bed linen, clean the garbage, clean the kitchen wear, dry them and put them back where they were. We did almost all the house keeping for them and still charge us the full amount. Completely not worth the money I paid.

Les extérieurs sont en travaux

Zcela nový apartmánový komplex na úpatí Thyonu v nadmořské výšce cca 1700 m.n.m. S neskutečnými výhledem a krásnou lokalitou, dostupným parkováním, prostorným ubytování (ložnice, kuchyň, obývaček). S dostatečným vybavením v kuchyni, dostupným kávovarem, toastovačem a myčkou. Pobyt jsme absolovali mimo sezónu, ovšem kvalita služeb byla nad míru nad očekáváním! Zcela dohromady se jednalo o krásný pobyt. Blízko do Arolly, Grande Dixence, hodinku a čtvrt cesty ke Glacier De Moiry, Zermattu. Skvělé místo na letní dovolenou.

Velikost postele a hlavně matrace se nám zdála velmi nepohodlná, stejně tak malinkatý gauč. Určitě by šlo vymyslet lépe!

Es gibt eine große Baustelle direkt neben dem Resort. Der Lärm an sich hat uns nicht besonders gestört, sondern eher die beschwerliche Parkingeinfahrt. Auch fanden wir es schade, dass es nicht möglich war, eine Eintrittskarte für das Schwimmbecken einzeln zu kaufen. Durch den für uns zu hohen Preis der "Grands Bains" von Hérémence haben wir den Swimmingpool nicht getestet. Sah aber von außen atemberaubend aus.

Die Wohnung war sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Umgebung und die Terrasse waren nicht fertig gestellt, eine Baustelle. Die Betten und das Sofa waren sehr hart. Die Wohnung schien noch nicht ganz fertig zu sein und es roch in den Zimmern stark nach Holzstaub. Die Bewohner der Nachbarsuite konnte vor allen Fenster der Wohnung direkt durchgehen und hineinschauen. Dies wahr sehr unangenehm, da es keine Abgrenzung des Balkons gab.

Die Personen an der Rezeption sprechen Französisch und Englisch.

Deutsch wird nicht gut gesprochen

Stunning views, cozy stay – just a few things to be aware of The location is absolutely beautiful – the view is breathtaking! The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.

super location , very quiet ,apartment very well appointed , staff very helpful but discrete , good access , walks straight-out to the mountains. The Alpine Flowers and some early butterflies , many bird species at this time of year were just fantastic , a few local shops etc . A week was just right for me very relaxing .

This apartment is amazing! We have been going to Swisspeak Hotels at other locations for quite a few years now, but this one is brand new and had the best facilities inside the apartment. It is so beautifully designed, that I wished we had the same beds and so many drawers and closets at our own home. The beds are a bit on the firm side, but we still slept well. The showers are very modern and have good water pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the best part – if you’re traveling with children – there is a big gaming room and a playroom, so even in the evenings there’s plenty of fun for the kids. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Very friendly & helpful staff! Theytaz ski shop within complex! lockers for gear, raclette & fondue sets loaned, easy to ski off slopes at end of day. good doublebed & sofabed. comfortable & well designed & equipped apt. And Right next to hotspring!

Really huge uncomfortable pillows! complex navigation to get around the hotel. Getting on slopes directly requires a good skiing level esp late in the season.

Returning to ski again in March 2025 after first time visit in Jan. Location is convenient with a short (steep) walk up to the red slope and bus outside to the blue slope. The ski shop is on ground floor. Apartments are new and very very warm.
