Reception staff members went out of their way to accommodate our odd arrival and check out times.

Some rooms are non AC but on the app every room is AC. The wifi is very poor.

The AC was not working properly in the rooms we were in room number 311 & 314 There was no proper breakfast served

Only 5 feet bed with small AC

We enjoyed our stay. Value for money. Excellent service and cooperation of smiling staff . Good ambience. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Very well located hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is very efficient and courteous. Our dinner in their vegetarian restaurant was very good; a wide variety of tasty dishes are on offer at reasonable rates.

The washroom attached to the room can be cleaner. The walls were grimy and needed to be scrubbed.

Room was not kept ready, even when I check in very late. I have to call several time for basic amenities like towel, soap.

The hotel is very clean and neat.
