Everything is ok with my staying 1night. I cant explore much there, but i can see the shop the restaurant and the beach looks nice. As i see early in the morning, people go around by the sea.

This place is a scam. Checking in was a hassle because you have to go to the hotel basement to get your keys, and there's no one to watch your bags. The pictures on the booking site are totally misleading. When we got to the room, the AC was leaking, the TV was broken, and the pillows smelled like old spit.

La foto es mentira, había cucarachas y hormigas. La piscina no disponible y la playa con medusas, no te puedes bañar. Y tres gotas de pis en la taza del wc al entrar.

The price is cheap, and there's a beach where u can visit for free so u dont have to drive to other beaches to enjoy the scene. There's convenient shop and massage at lower level, pickleball and gym at upper level.

parking rate is expensive, and not worth the money. this area has many traffic lights, annoying if u want to travel many places by car. the building looks old and can see obvious wear and tear. Balcony not clean.

The location is highly strategic and near the shopping mall.

The entire house is very clean, tidy, and dust-free.

The view was amazing. The long balcony facing the sea was awesome. You could hear the waves throughout the night. The owner gave detailed information on how to get the access key etc. Would want to visit again

Not much cooking utensils. Not even to make a simple instant noodles. One of the bathroom was dimly lit.

全体的に老朽化は、していましたが、補修がなされていて問題は全くありませんでした。

Location is convenient enough.

Staff were rude and it is not stated that parking fees are applicable when making the booking. The parking fee waa expensive! Could have stayed at a hotel instead with free parking. Also, the lifts were old and service seems like it was going to breakdown. The one pillow provided was uncomfortable. For aomeone who is not a regular on booking.com, it is not obvious that this version was a apartment and not a hotel.

The place is clean and just besides the beach, and i didn't really stuck in traffic that much to come back to the hotel.

The parking fee should be reimbursed or claimable. Or just make a parking card for people who stays there. The parking fee is too expensive.

The view and the location of the hotel were superb.

It was away from the city center . There were many ants in the kitchen counter .

The property is quite dated and signs of age from lobby to elevators to corridor to rooms.

I can only say the view is amazing. Love to wakeup every morning with the beautiful view and the sound of the ocean.

Parking is chargeable every hour, for 3 days stay, expensive (it stated in the description). As we entered the floor, smell of carpet odour at the walkway. Wifi was not connected (it stated no wifi but the host give us user ID and password but can’t be connected, user ID was not even listed in wifi available network even after restart the modem). Swimming pool is closed throughout our stay and we purposely chose this property to swim. 1 of the toilet lighting is dim. ironing board surface is uneven due to a bent end. No mirror in 1 of the room.

The room, bathroom and balcony were very clean and comfortable. Part of the room, where the bed is was carpeted. The amenities were complete. Air-conditioning is cold. The air freshener smells nice and light. The iron is heavy making it easy to iron clothes. My kid really enjoyed herself at the pool as well as the beach. Excellent location with many restaurants options nearby.

The corridors and common areas in the building needs lots of love and attention.
