I stayed in over a dozen of apartments in different parts of Finland, and this one was, admittedly, the least nice of all. There is absolutely nothing wrong about it, and the price is very good for Oulu. Yet the apartment needs some uplift to get 10 out of 10.

Majoittaja yritti saada meidät peruuttamaan matkan noin kuukausi ennen reissua, remonttiin vedoten, kuitenkin kun pyysin laittamaan syyn peruutukselle bookingin viestinnän kautta, olikin saanut remontin siirrettyä. Aiemmat viestit oli laittanut watsapp viestinä. Asunto oli kyllä remontin tarpeessa, kuvauksessa puhuttiin terassista, ei tässä ollut edes parveketta.

Keittiö ja olohuone kaipaavat kipeästi remonttia. Astioita oli hyvin vähän.

Oli todella epäkohtelias jotka tulivat avasi ovea.kokoajan oli minun perässä että maksakaa minulle vielä extra. Kuinka yritin selittää hänelle ja avasin minun sähköpostiä että katso kaveri minä maksoin silti hän yritti. Oli todella huono kokemusta en ikinä varaa sellainen huonetta...

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Расположение очень удобное, прямо на против автобусной остановки! В номере есть всё необходимое для проживания, помимо комнаты есть маленькая кухня с холодильником, плитой, микроволновкой, чайником, кофейником и посудой. Хозяин всегда на связи, если возникают вопросы.
Не знаю, всё было хорошо.

Asunto oli todella huonokuntoinen ja kalsea. Lattialla epähygienisiä karvamattoja, keittiössä juuri kahvit saattoi keittää, kylppärin lattia kastui kokonaan kun kävi suihkussa. Hieman epäilytti olivatko vuodevaatteet ja pyyhe pestyjä.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Zimmer ohne Vorhänge, für zwei Nächte ist ok. Wir müssten am Abend den Zug nehmen, von Check- out bis zu Zug abfahrt könnten wir im anderen Unterkunft bei Anbieter warten. Das war super und gratis, vielen Dank.
Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle waren nicht sauber. Es waren zu wenig Tassen in der Küche.

Pesuhuoneessa olisi saanut olla kunnon käsisaippua. Nyt oli liikaa laimennettu. Keittiöstä ei löyt5nyt kauhaa eikä vispilää. Henkilökohtainen avainten anto on hyvä asia, mutta se olisi pitänyt kertoa booking.com:in sivulla.

Kylpyhuoneen käsisaippuaa oli ikäänkuin jatkettu vedellä, keittiössä oli parempaa. En löytänyr kauhaa enkä vispilää.

Owner was not really nice. Upon arrival he asked that I open the door in front of him and was visibly frustrated if it wasn’t the way he wanted to (he did not show anything beforehand). When we entered, it was clear that he was chilling there and eating, which was quite uncomfortable. The apartment was a bit run down, especially the kitchen wasn’t clean. Communication was not pleasant. It is more than okay to say no (to for example putting the suitcase in the apartment before check in), but impoliteness wasn’t appreciated. The apartment itself is not really cozy. But it isn’t expensive either. If you are looking for a stay that doesn’t include staying at your room for long periods of time, this might be okay.
