Reviewed Aug 6, 2026鳥取駅から徒歩5分と便利な立地。 そして大浴場があると言う点で、こちらのホテルを選びました。観光で疲れた体も足を伸ばしてゆったり浸かれるお風呂で癒されました。 スタッフはとても親切で、施設全体も清潔感がありました。朝食も温かく種類も豊富でとても美味しかったです。
枕から古いにおいがしました。 幸い、各階に貸し出し枕サービスがあるため、低反発枕を利用し、それは洗濯したてのにおいで安心して眠れました。 ふとんのシーツは大丈夫でした。

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026住宿地點很好，離鳥取車站很近，大概5分鐘可以走到，晚上飯店旁商店街的店家幾乎都打烊，想用餐去車站會有比較多選擇，飯店也有停車位，房間不大但床滿好睡的，房間有按摩椅，飯店還有大眾浴池，泡完湯再回房間使用按摩椅，非常舒服，能睡個好覺，非常推薦這間飯店。
隔音有一點點小差，隔壁間開關門，走廊說話可能會聽到，但並不太打擾睡眠

門口前位置只能停大台休旅車，其他車子要停到旁邊停車塔，每天額外收取1000日圓停車費用，不含在住宿費用內。

朝食は味は良かったですが、もう少しアピールするものがあれば、なお良いと思います。

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026The location is the best in Tottori city. Almost everything is a walking distance. Use of public hot bath is a plus after walking all day. Very curtius and professional staff tried to assist us in a special way to ensure our comfortable stay. Mr. ito, Ms. Kawaguchi and other entire staff are superior in their service. This is my 4th year consecutive stay since 2023. That tells something about this hotel. Fantastic value.

Reviewed May 31, 2026駐車場の係員さんがとても親切で優しいですね。出張でよく利用していますが、いつも同じ部屋にしてくれるのもありがたいです。
海外のお客さんが増えてきて、お風呂で一緒でした。 話すのはいいのですが大声で喋っていたので響くので もう少しリラックスしたかったです。

Der hoteleigene Spa-Bereich (Bad und Sauna) ist für tätowierte Menschen nicht zugänglich. Dies wird im Internet allerdings nicht erwähnt, so haben wir es erst am Tag des Check-Ins erfahren. Ausschlaggebend für die Buchung war u.a. der Spa-Bereich. Leider sind die Englischkenntnisse des Personals nicht sehr gut.

ボディタオルがただのスポンジで、びっくりしました。タオルの形状じゃないと背中が洗えません。アメニティにクレンジングがあると助かります。ヘアブラシは、大浴場にしかない？ロビーにあったのかしら？
