O'Sullivan's Cottage

Tutto perfetto! Appena usciti dal cottage ne sentivamo già la mancanza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Appena arrivati abbiano trovato un cesto di benvenuto, con pane, caffè, te e cioccolata calda. La casa era piena di indicazioni che ci hanno reso facilissimo orientarci. L'arredamento è squisito. Il giardino incantevole, c'è anche un piccolo scivolo. Ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa trovare giochi per la bambina e qualche libretto per bambini in libreria.

L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stato andare via 🥹

Location. Welcome pack exceptional as everything included for first day. Communication from hosts was excellent. Pre warned about the stairs but still chose to use the upstairs bedroom

Stairs were quirky. Didn’t realise just how steep they were until we arrived.

This is a lovely traditional Irish cottage with many retained characteristics. It had everything we needed and even the things we didn’t know we needed.

Close to the main road but it’s mostly a quiet road now, the stairs took a little bit of getting used to.

What an incredible stay at O'Sullivan's Cottage! The cottage is beautifully restored, immaculately presented, and full of character, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. A huge shout-out to Sam and Helen, who have done an absolutely amazing job bringing this old beauty back to life. You can see the heart, soul, and countless hours they've poured into every detail of the restoration. Their passion and dedication shine through in every corner of the cottage. Beds super comfy and warm. If you're looking for a unique, comfortable, and memorable getaway, O'Sullivan's Cottage is an absolute must. We can't wait to come back! ❤️🏡✨

Everything was awesome. The small cottage lifestyle. The gameroom was amazing. But our favorites thing was after a long day of exploring sitting next to the fireplace.

Tout était propre, fonctionnel, bien range et bien expliqué

Superleuk en gezellig huisje. Ligt buiten het centrum dus je hebt wel een wagen nodig om er te geraken.. Toffe verwelkoming met verrassingsmand. Alles is heel goed uitgelegd in een map. Enkel goede kookpotten ontbraken maar daar is ondertussen al iets aan gedaan na onze tip . Heel goede communicatie met de eigenaars

Steile trap is wat moeilijk, Valiezen hebben we dan ook beneden laten staan is de speelkamer wat op zich geen probleem is want de badkamer is ook beneden

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay in O’Sullivan cottage , great communication from Helen & Sam . The cottage was spotless & had such a welcoming vibe. Lovely surprises when we arrived with milk, orange juice & cold beers in the fridge. Plenty of towels in each room. The games room was such a bonus with the pool table , dart board & bar stools other games if you had a rainy day or wanted to chill with a few drinks for the evening. Only 45 mins from Dunmore East , fab Mountain View Market on Sunday . And the perfect pint in Andy’s bar only 5 mins walk from cottage ( FYI this is a cash only bar & no ATM in the village) The back garden with an abundance of wild flowers & fruit tress was a super evening sun trap to sit out in. Helen & Sam have Done this cottage such justice restoring all the original features. The welcome booklet tells you all you need to know. We are already looking at when we can book another stay. Nothing ! The stairs were initially a challenge with suitcases but it’s all part of the experience in such an old building

We voelden ons welkom met een gevulde tafel en koelkast. De speelkamer met pooltafel en dartbord is fantastisch. Met smaak ingericht huis. Leuk om de vogels te zien eten in huisje aan het raam. Dichtbij Kilkenny, zeker een bezoekje waard.

A great property, spotlessly clean, A lot of little touch’s you don’t get in other stays 10 out of 10 from me
