Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Konumu, manzarası ve sakinliği muhteşemdi. Ev sahibi Valtteri çok sıcakkanlıydı oraya gittiğimizde bizi karşılayıp evi ve çevrede ihtiyacımız olabilecek şeyleri tanıttı. Bulutlu olmasına rağmen Kuzey ışıklarını görme şansımız da oldu. Her şey muhteşemdi.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Wat een prachtige appartement met alle comfort wat je kan wensen. We voelde ons direct thuis. Het uitzicht is prachtig, we hebben ook heerlijk aan het water gezeten. De sauna en de fijne douche maakte het helemaal af. We kregen goede informatie hoe alles werkte en tips waar we heen konden gaan. Heel fijn!!! Dankjewel !!!

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Wir haben drei großartige Tage in diesem sehr gemütlichen Appartment verbracht. Valtteri empfängt einen persönlich, trotz vorhandener Schlüsselbox, und führt in alle wichtigen Dinge rund ums Haus ein, einschließlich der Sauna. Es fehlt an nichts. Ganz im Gegenteil, sogar Duschmittel, Shampoo, etc. sind vorhanden. Hinter dem Haus fließt der Ivalojoki und es gibt eine Badestelle. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ruhig, und dank einer installierten Mückenfalle wird man auf der Terrasse kaum von Mücken belästigt.

The squirrel running on the roof was your alarm in the morning, watching wildlife from the sofa was awesome. Worth every €. Cant wait to come back

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026We felt right at home in the house. There is a lot of space, the sauna is great and the position near the lake is dreamy. We saw a deer walking past the windows and many Northern Lights. We had a rental car, so it was very simple to go to the supermarket or activities around Ivalo.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2025The apartment was amazing. Spacious and quiet. A good distance away from the city: 50min walk to the supermarket in Ivalo. Also we were lucky enough to see the northern lights right over the house like in photos shown. The host was fantastic as well very friendly and helpful. The apartment is supplied with everything you need and check in/out was very easy. We couldn't recommend this place enough.

Nothing really. Maybe that it is a little bit out the way, you have to drive 15 min before you get to the closest restaurant or bar, but that is also its charm. So no complaint :)

Reviewed Mar 17, 2024The host is kind and wait for us at the house although we went to the house late than our schedule. The host introduced his house very clearly and nice. And he helped us to find the day, time and the location to see the northern light. We were very luckily to see the northern light near the river of his house during the stay. The house is big and comfortable. It was very big, clean and equipped with washing laundry machine, refrigerator and cooking and eating tools. The house was equipped with sauna room that we loved very much.
