Это фантастический отель, который мне повезло открыть для себя. Я была приятно поражена каждой мелкой деталью, продуманной владельцем отеля Озджан Беем. Здесь все есть для спокойного отдыха: природа, удобства, вкусная свежая еда и конечно же люди, которые создают все это для нас. Этот отель уникальный, такого потрясающего отношения к гостям я не встречала нигде. Хочется сюда вернуться мнлго раз.

Very clean, comfortable, delicious dinner, very responsive staff. The owner Mr. Zeydan was a role model to all staff; he was serving food and clearing the plates, he even took us by the buggy to our room when staff was busy. He listened to all our comments and responded promptly Also Ramazan the guy who was driving the buggy went out of his way to help and give appropriate advice

The private beach is very small and tend to be quite crowded. Need to have coolers in the buffet as fruits tend to be unpleasantly warm .

Отель хороший! Море очень близко, буквально минута от отеля. По территории отеля ездят багги (хочется выделить водителя багги Рамазан, очень вежливый и приятный молодой человек!) и возят людей от номера до ресторана и обратно (территория маленькая, поэтому маршрут только такой). Включены только завтраки, они были средними, если честно ожидали больше. Яйца, сыры, колбасы, оливки, каждый день одно и то же, завтраки скромные. Обед и ужин мы заказывали в номер или вечером ужинали в самом ресторане от отеля. Вечером, сидя в ресторане приходилось ждать очень долго свой заказ минут 40-50, это минус. Официанты летают в облаках, не подходят принимать заказ, не очень доброжелательны. Еда нормальная, что то было вкусно, что то не совсем. Очень удивило, что воду нужно было ПОКУПАТЬ, каждую бутылку. Мы были очень удивлены, потому что думали, что хотя бы воду будут давать бесплатно, но нет. Мы ходили в супермаркет и покупали воду там. Пляж маленький, но уютный, мест всегда хватало. Вода ледяная, будьте готовы, так как вокруг горы (мы были в конце июля ). Мы брали два номера, одну виллу с бассейном и видом на море (она шикарная, виды завораживают) и маленькую виллу ( тоже было достаточно комфортно). Маленькие виллы ближе всего к ресторану и морю, большие виллы чуть подальше, но опять же мы ездили на багги, поэтому до моря добираться было очень легко и быстро. Также удивило, что если захотите, чтобы у вас убрали в номере, нужно просить отдельно, писать в чат. Это тоже напрягало. В большой вилле на веранде было очень грязно, мы попросили веник и в итоге сами подметали каждый день, так как ее никто не убирал. Даже туалетную бумагу нужно было запрашивать отдельно, чтобы принесли. Хочется отметить красоту самого места, пейзажи очень красивые. Очень уединенное место, номеров не так много и людей мало. Цена не соответствует качеству, нам показалось, что стоимость сильно завышена. В конце июля цены были высокие. В таком уровне отеля мы ожидали другой уровень сервиса.

The restaurant. Everything was fine but for a place and location and a price we are paying I would have expected much better quality of taste.

L’unico difetto ma davvero l’unico è la mancanza della possibilità di oscurare la porta di ingresso visto che i bimbi dormivano nella zona giorno e la mattina il sole dava un po’ fastidio

Can’t fault Z-Villas. We had the advantage of staying both in the family villa and a Tiny house and both were exceptional. The view from out Tiny House was spectator and rooms very comfortable. The resort is right in the town and I loved my morning walk ending with a sea swim. I loved that the pool was near the beach as some if our family prefer the pool and we were always close by. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Loved this place and will definitely return.

Wonderful location offering a quiet private beach, luxury pool and amazing views over the bay (we have villa no 16). Restaurant services excellent local and international dishes. All the staff very professional and friendly. Nothing was a problem for them to help or sort out. The best place to stay in Turunc !

Sehr familiäres, sauberes Hotel in einer tollen Anlage. Die Villas sind grosszügig gestaltet, der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Das Personal lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Auf die Sauberkeit wird sehr gut geschaut. Die Villas liegen etwas oberhalb, dafür gibt es einen Buggyservice der hoch- und runterfährt. Das Restaurant bietet extrem gutes Essen. Jeden Abend gab es Live-Musik international und türkisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt hier.

Our stay at Z Mare Beach Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home. This is truly a special place, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. A special thank you to the owner, Özcan Bey, whose professionalism, kindness, and welcoming nature set the standard for the entire hotel. He is always present around the property, taking the time to speak with guests and ensuring everyone is enjoying their stay. His attentiveness and genuine care make such a difference. For my birthday, he surprised us with a private boat trip, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and one of the highlights of our holiday. It created memories that we will cherish forever. Every member of the staff deserves recognition. Their professionalism, kindness, and constant smiles made every interaction a pleasure. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, and it exceeded all of our expectations. It was modern, beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and offered the perfect place to relax. Housekeeping was available upon request, and every clean was completed to an exceptional standard. The setting of Z Mare Beach Hotel is simply breathtaking. Nestled amongst the mountains and surrounded by nature, with its own private beach, it offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and luxury. Waking up each morning to the sounds of birds and chickens, with the warm sunshine filling the valley, was incredibly peaceful. It is clear that the hotel has been thoughtfully designed to preserve and celebrate the natural beauty of its surroundings. The hotel's restaurant is fantastic, offering a delicious variety of dishes, all prepared to a high standard and very reasonably priced. Every meal we had was fresh, flavourful, and enjoyable.

Everything was perfect! I’d be lying if I said there was something we didn’t like! Do yourself a favour and book, you won’t regret it!

Wir haben 15 Nächte in der Z Villa in Turunç verbracht und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft – selten haben wir uns im Urlaub so wohlgefühlt. Die Z Villa liegt in einer wunderschönen, naturbelassenen Umgebung und ist im modernen Boho-Stil gestaltet. Die gesamte Anlage strahlt Ruhe, Entspannung und Gemütlichkeit aus. Wer dem Alltagsstress entfliehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt bewusst keine lauten Animationen oder Hektik. Stattdessen sorgt alle zwei bis drei Tage angenehme Live-Musik am Abend für eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Neben einem abwechslungsreichen Buffet konnten wir jederzeit frisch zubereitete Omeletts und weitere Wünsche direkt am Tisch bestellen. Qualität und Frische waren hervorragend. Das Besondere an der Z Villa ist die familiäre Herzlichkeit. Özcan Bey ist täglich vor Ort, nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Seine Gastfreundschaft und Kundenorientierung machen dieses Hotel zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Ramazan und Mehmet Ali vom Buggy-Service, den Beachboy für die wunderschönen Bootstouren sowie an die lieben Mitarbeiterinnen im Restaurant Z-Mare. Obwohl wir ihre Namen leider nicht kennen, waren sie jeden Tag herzlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich freundlich. Das gesamte Team ist einfach spitze. Der Strand ist wunderschön, das Wasser glasklar und der Einstieg ins Meer sehr angenehm. Kostenlose Kanus und Stand-up-Paddling sowie die Bootsausflüge mit dem hoteleigenen Motorboot waren absolute Highlights. Auch die Villen und die privaten Pools wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt.

Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden. Genau weil das Hotel auf Ruhe und Erholung ausgelegt ist, hat es unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade von Turunç mit den Restaurants und Cafés hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag wie zu Hause gefühlt.

I knew we'd found something special from the moment we drove through the gates. Everything about this resort reflects an unwavering commitment to detail. From the warmth of the service to the quality of the facilities and beautifully appointed accommodation, every element has been thoughtfully considered. It is a sanctuary that blends contemporary luxury with an oasis of calm, surrounded by sensitive landscaping that complements rather than competes with its natural setting. As a hotelier myself, I couldn't help but notice the owner at breakfast on our very first morning. Throughout our stay he was a constant presence, quietly ensuring that every detail met his exacting standards. He doesn't miss a thing. More importantly, he makes every guest feel genuinely welcome, going the extra mile at every opportunity. He manages the resort with the pride, care and attention of someone welcoming you into their own home. One moment perfectly summed up his philosophy. Early one morning I saw him on the beach alongside his team, personally removing rocks from the swimming area so guests wouldn't hurt their feet. Would you ever see that level of hands-on care and meticulous attention to detail in a large global hotel chain? I doubt it. Architecturally, the resort is a masterpiece. The hotel, villas and leisure facilities have been seamlessly woven into the landscape, preserving the area's natural beauty, mature flora and heritage. The easy option would have been to build a 300-room concrete block and maximise short-term returns. Instead, the owner chose the harder path: creating a sustainable, sensitive and truly beautiful destination that enhances its surroundings rather than overwhelms them. For anyone involved in hospitality, this resort is a lesson in how it's done. And for hoteliers and retailers in Turunç, it sets a benchmark that is well worth aspiring to.

I'm struggling to find fault, the arrival, the food, the service, the breakfast, the facilities, location are second to none. This is a place which punches high above the local standards and the owner is a credit to the 'independent' hospitality industry proving with foresight and investment you can deliver something truly special.

Ein Inhaber geführtes Hotel und hier wurde sehr viel investiert -vor allem viel Liebe im Detail. Lage, Zimmer (und ich hatte die Option mir einige anzusehen) von Frühstück bis Abendessen, alles super. Die Bar mit ihren guten Cocktails. Abends gab es mal einen DJ oder aber Live Musik. Nicht aufdringlich. Das Hotel hat mit seiner Musik und Kulinarik nicht nur Gäste angezogen. Was ich aber auch hervorheben muss - Özcan Bey als Inhaber, hat sich nicht nur um die Belange der Gäste als auch Anlage gekümmert. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht mit ihm über das eine oder andere zu plaudern. Hier bekommt der Ausdruck personal care nochmal eine andere Bedeutung. Danke euch allen Özcan Bey und Team - von Rezeption bis runter an den Strand.

Отличное расположение в тихой и уединенной бухте при этом на окраине не большого городка. Жил в хорошо спланированной вилле, с собственным бассейном и прекрасным видом на море. Персонал внимателен и отзывчив, обязательно вернусь!

Отель потрясающий! Рекомендую для семей, которые ищут спокойный отдых. Раньше были в Турции «все включено», нашей семье это не подходит-очень шумно и эти жуткие шведские столы вызывают только плохие воспоминания. Здесь же- рай. Так тихо, неторопливо, отличный пляж- чистый с узкой береговой линией, что очень удобно с детьми. Улыбчивый и отмечу очень отзывчивый персонал. Нам все время что- то надо было и каждый раз нам помогали по всем вопросам. Спасибо всем сотрудникам за отзывчивость! Отдельно хочется написать про хозяина отеля. Какой же радушный человек! Каждому гостю время уделит, с улыбкой и сердечностью. Еще сделал для нашей семьи очень приятный подарок- прогулка на катере по бухтам. Красота и лазурь эгейского моря невероятна! Спасибо всем и каждому причастному к отелю за отличный отдых! Думала, что в Турцию никогда не приеду, но в этом году рискнули и не пожалели. Это совсем другая Турция, сюда хочется вернуться…

Понравилось всё, но не хватило микроволновки в номере. Мы готовили сами, адаптируя питание под детей. Целая проблема их накормить.

I’ve never loved a hotel stay more. The food was exceptional and the pricing was extremely fair. I’ve never met a better team of staff that are so in tune with the guests needs. The villa was so clean and was brand new and not a single thing was out of place. The fresh water private pool was exceptional and comfortably accommodated my family of 5. The private beach was amazing with extremely clean water, gorgeous seating area with both options of beach chairs and umbrellas or a cabana which was regularly available to all guests as well as a range of water based activities including a jumping platform, canoes, paddle boards, etc. The pool side service was exceptional and all of the staff is absolutely amazing. The owner Zayden was amazing and regularly checked up on us to make sure everything was how we hoped. The staff were incredible as a whole but a special mention to Ramazan who was always there whenever we needed anything no matter what. He would drive the buggies, deliver room service and we’d even see him helping at breakfast. Everyone was amazing and I can’t wait to come back.

To magiczne miejsce! Klimatyczne domki wśród drzew i śpiewu ptaków. W dole morze, prywatna piekna plaża. Cudowna przestrzeń całego kompleksu. Exkluzywnie a zarazem swobodnie. Wspaniała obsługa z przesympatycznym gospodarzem. Doskonale śniadania. Czuliśmy się tam doskonale!! Byliśmy już w wielu miejscach ale w to chcemy wrócić!!! To jest raj na ziemi🤩☀️

The restaurant food & setting were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was also wonderful. Staff made us feel like family . Did special things for us. Took us out on there boat and did special things for our wedding anniversary

Everything was perfect! All the staff were so lovely, friendly and welcoming, we miss them all! The atmosphere and surroundings are beautiful. It's such a pretty place and lovely to have the beach right in front of the hotel. They had lots of live music in the evenings which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was so so good. We really wish we could have stayed longer. It's the best place we have ever stayed in. We had a late return flight and we were very kindly accommodated for a very late check out at no extra cost. The shower was very good and loved the balcony of our villa with the most amazing view. Most of all it was all the lovely people that work there who made it the best experience for us. Thank you all. I hope we will return very soon! Xxx

Nothing. Well I guess maybe more space to put our clothes and cases would be useful but not sure how that could work. I think I did bring too much luggage though. We stayed in the small villa which was really nice.

The hotel is in a beautiful natural setting, with villa-style rooms surrounded by lush greenery that make you feel part of nature. Everything is very clean, the staff are professional and provide excellent service, and the food is delicious at reasonable prices. The landscaping and restaurant area are especially beautiful. The only thing we missed was filter coffee. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Die Villas sind modern, super sauber und bieten dank des privaten Pools und des genialen Meerblicks pure Erholung. Das gesamte Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight und der private Strandabschnitt ist wunderschön. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die einen entspannten Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus suchen eingebettet in der schönen Natur.

I also want to specially thank the owner, who gives great attention to the guests and makes you feel at home. He will help with any questions or requests you may have. I felt like I was staying with friends! The staff were very kind and polite, so thanks to them as well. The breakfasts were delicious, varied, and tasty (especially the soups 😋). The hotel also has kayaks and boats that guests can use to enjoy the beautiful views of the open sea 🤩 Great restaurant, live music… Highly recommend!!!

Когда-то мне сказал мудрый человек: " Выбирай товар и аренду жилья только у хороших приятных людей". Мы нашли самого приятного хозяина вилл в Турции господина Zeydana. Это потрясающий, харизматичный, гостеприимный человек. Он с утра во время завтрака лично угощает гостей своих вилл вкусными оладьями. Он сам раскладывает в тарелки эти угощения и от этого становится на сердце очень тепло, очень приятный жест, который мы нигде не встречали. Виллы не просто хороши, они потрясающие. Мы жили в них 4 ночи, и как только вошли, поняли, что наш экскурсионный план исполнен не будет, никуда с нашей виллы мы уезжать не хотим, даже на пару часов. Так и просидели на крылечке все 4 дня, любуясь великолепным пейзажем, который менялся каждую минуту. Виллы отлично оборудованы, чистые невероятно, новая мебель, сантехника, матрас, бельё, полотенца, посуда. Мы разбили один винный бокал, о чём очень сожалеем, прости нас, Zeydan! Вид, открывающийся с крыльца, потрясает воображение городского жителя. Прекрасный пляж с душем и лежаками. Прекрасный персонал. Все люди настолько приветливы и улыбчивы, что чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. На нашем крыльце все 4 дня жила кошка Mixi. От этого вилла стала не просто арендованным жильём, а нашим настоящим домом. Тёплым, уютным, любимым домом. Кошка очень умная, я звала ее войти внутрь, но она ни разу так и не пересекла порог. Воспитанная киса. У меня очень много эмоций и много добрых слов по поводу этого отеля. Но обычно, очень длинные тексты люди не читают. Поэтому, хочу сказать, что в этой вилле мы были абсолютно счастливы. И если вы ищите отдых и уголок для счастья, вам сюда! Мечтаем сюда вернуться, и теперь не сделаем ошибки - если приедем, то не на 4 ночи а гораздо больше. Дорогой Zeydan , Mixi и все сотрудники вилл, вы в нашем сердце! Спасибо за вашу работу, вы волшебники.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, sogar immer noch neben dem "Rührei"auch noch türkische Spezialitäten an den Tisch serviert! Seeehr freundliches Personal und vor allem Zedan hat uns das Gefühl gegeben zu Hause zu sein ...

Недавно построенные, комфортабельные виллы с невероятными видами. Очень красивая зона лаунжа с островком посредине бассейна и уютной подсветкой ночью. Прекрасное меню в ресторане и самое главное - невероятное гостеприимство персонала во главе с прекрасным владельцем этого резорта - Зейданом

Beautiful setting - it was clear that a lot of time, effort and love has been put into establishing and maintaining the site. Walking down to the restaurant/pool area on the first night was stunning with all of the fairy lights, olive trees and fire pits. The facilities were excellent - we enjoyed spending time on the beach, making use of the free paddleboards and canoes and lounging around the pool. Our speedboat trip to Marmaris was a real highlight of the holiday. The villa itself was clean and comfortable with a lovely mountain view and a private pool. There was a very steep walk up to the villa but the buggy service made this much more manageable - there were always staff on hand to give us a lift up the hill. Breakfast was lovely - buffet style with lots of options including fresh eggs cooked to your preference and local offerings (which were invariably delicious!) The restaurant food and drinks were also excellent and reasonably priced (especially given the exceptional views and setting). Finally, but perhaps most importantly, the staff were lovely and went above and beyond to look after us and make us feel welcome.

We loved our stay - there wasn't anything that we didn't particularly like. Our only suggestion would be to have a towel exchange near the pool/beach area to allow guests to swap for dry towels particularly when the weather is changeable towards the end of the season.

Tolle Außenanlage, mit kreativen Tiny Houses. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal, insbesondere der Chef ist sehr bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Kleiner Hoteleigener Strand mit SUP und Kajak inklusive!

Das Hotel hat eine super Aussicht über Turunc und das Meer. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr gut. Turunc ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort, nahe Marmaris. Es fahren Taxiboote in die nahegelegenen Ortschaften. Auch kann man mit einem Schiff als Tagestrip rüber nach Rhodos für 60,- € pro P.(Hin- und Rückreise) fahren. Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Frühstücksangebot mit vielen lokalen Produkten. An der Zimmerausstattung wurde an vieles gedacht. Der Strandabschnitt ist klein, aber ausreichend. Es ist überwiegend ein Sandstrand mit Kieselsteinen im Meer. Das Wasser ist wunderschön und sauber, wie auch üblich in der ganzen Region. Das Hotel befindet sich am Berghang. Man muss diesen nicht hoch und runter laufen. Die hoteleigenen Buggys fahren zu jeder Zeit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls lecker und hat ein gutes Angebot. Jedoch ist es nicht im Preis inklusive. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht sich alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Leider war das Wasser im eigenen Pool sehr kalt und daher nicht nutzbar.

Es war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns von Anfang an als willkommener Gast und Freund gefühlt. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schönen Tage an Zeydan und sein Team.

Очень уютный, красивый и наполненный заботой о гостях эко-комплекс вилл и номеров. Расположен в маленькой уютной деревне Турунч, где нет курортной суеты, толп туристов, бесконечных лежаков на пляже. Полное погружение в природу: с одной стороны горы, с другой - море, внутри территории сосны, ароматные травы на склоне по дороге к частному очень чистому пляжу. Утром будили петухи и поющие на ветках птицы, а так - полнейшая тишина. Нам, жителям мегаполиса, это было как бальзам на сердце. При наличии машины - все живописные окрестности ваши. Остановившись здесь, ваш ждет очень комфортный спокойный умиротворяющий отдых. В вилле есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Не скажу, что можно готовить кулинарные шедевры, но пасту, суп, стейк при наличии минимально необходимого набора посуды на кухне и супермаркета в 5-7 мин ходьбы- вполне. Очень чистый бассейн, уборку без проблем осуществляют по запросу, room-service отлично организован, стиральная машина с сушилкой, помимо банных есть пляжные полотенца, телевизоры со смарт ТВ с отечественными видеосервисами. То есть никаких нареканий к проживанию в вилле нет. Вкусный завтрак с фермерскими продуктами, отличным кофе, кашей и омлетом под заказ. Заказ по меню в обед и ужины также ни разу не разочаровал. Европейская и турецкая кухня с вкусными блюдами. Отдельно хочу отметить команду персонала. Все сотрудники, начиная от recepcion, официантов, бармена (отличные коктейли!), бич-боев и заканчивая безусловно владельцем очень доброжелательны, предупредительны и объединены одной задачей- создать все условия для комфортного отдыха гостя. И нужно сказать, им это более чем удается. За 9 дней мы отлично отдохнули и перезагрузились, без каких-либо неурядиц. Ozcan, спасибо Вам за столь замечательное место и вашу вовлеченность в него практически 24 часа в сутки! Это все не зря. Поверьте, гости, в том числе и мы, вспоминают ваш комплекс только с ностальгией и безусловным желанием вернуться.

Z villas are a little haven of peace and tranquility. The fantastic location offers beautiful views over the bay and only a short stroll from the buzz of the resort. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful, and the lovely owner Zeydan is always on hand ensuring all is running smoothly and guests are happy! His personal touch makes such a difference and guests feel valued and much more “at home” . The big breakfasts are delicious - kept us going all day! The restaurant is excellent too, expertly run by the manager and his team, great food, and many evenings with live music. Nice touches like a few fire pits when the evenings got a bit cool added to the homely atmosphere.

Nothing really. Few minor issues around house keeping relating to blankets/sheets/pillows but all resolved very quickly.

Изначально думала снять одну звезду, т.к бронировала домик с видом на море и собственным бассейном (по фото был идеальный вид на море), а нам дали с частичным видом на море. Написала на ресепшен о своем разочаровании. Они ответили что под конец сезона (отдыхали в начале октября), все самые видовые домики уже заняты и что наш домик тоже попадает под категорию «с видом на море». Очень хотели решить мою «проблему», предложили вариант переезда в соседний домик через один день. Но по итогу мы уже обосновались в «нашем» домике, да и вид у соседнего дома был не намного лучше чем в «нашем», поэтому решили ничего не менять. Г-н Зейдан лично руководит отелем, каждое утро на завтраке спрашивал все ли нас устраивает, всегда был открыт к общению и рекомендациям. Хотел чтобы нам было удобно и приятно во время нашего пребывания там. Сами домики очень комфортные, хороший новый матрас на кровати. Чистая стиральная машина, я смогла воспользоваться несколько раз. Ресепшн всегда на связи, принесут все необходимое (написали что даже ночью к ним можно обратиться). Дочь несла мороженое от бара до пляжа на тарелке, креманка с мороженым упала и разбилась. Она очень расстроилась и плакала. Г-н Зейдан подошел, сказал что все в порядке и выдал новое мороженное без оплаты. Вот за это человеческое отношение всей команды я и поставила высшую оценку.

Good location, private pool, two bedrooms - one with en-suite. It was bright, spacious and quite clean.

Slightly smelly drainage in both bathrooms. We kept both windows open and with mosquito screens on the outside this wasn’t a problem. Rear patio door didn’t look properly but we raised this at reception and was fixed quickly.

The cute villas, the privacy, the view, the little private beach with the four post comfortable sunbeds, the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards, the room service, the restaurant, the staff and manager all friendly and welcoming with good WiFi and communication by text, very prompt with great English. Good breakfast and with eggs and Turkish sausage made to order. Only 5 mins stroll to small town with dock with everything you need. Boat trips from the dock and their own speedboat for 15 mins ride to Marmaris! Oh and the restaurant food, we ate here for the 5 days we stayed. Very friendly bar, with games with all the aged beautiful olive trees especially when lit up at night! Live music Tuesdays and Fridays. We had so much fun! Family of 9 with 4 units. Loved the villa with pool and view where we gathered as a family.

The property was absolutely beautiful. I stayed in a bungalow and had a view of the sea. The shared pool was gorgeous and never had too many people. The small private beach was very cute and you can use the umbrellas and loungers or pay a small price ~20 USD to rent a private cabana for the day. Also, there were kayaks and other paddle boards for guest use without charge! The food and drinks were lovely and staff very helpful. They respond instantly to WhatsApp, and even delivered me a blanket after midnight, within just 5 minutes of my message. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

It would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the bungalow since they were somewhat small!

We recently stayed at the Z-Villas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the beach, with plenty of sunbeds to relax and enjoy the sea. Our villa was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view from the porch that made our stay even more special. The beach itself is amazing, and the hotel’s bar offers service directly to the beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful view and wonderful staff. Very friendly. Perfect for our grown up family. We had x2 villas and x1 tiny house x1 economy room. Everyone loved their privacy and accommodations. We ate here every day of our stay as the food was so good. The olive trees were beautiful and very atmospheric at night. Air-con was very effective. And loved the salt water pool.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The location was stunning with a view of turunc. The buggy system worked very well and there was a gate into the town at the bottom. The breakfast was very good and served in lovely surroundings.

My understanding is that the owner has only taken over this year and it is still a work in progress. He has promised that he will be adding new facilities this year such as bedside lights and lamps in the living area but we had to request items like sun loungers and the kitchen needs more equipment so it is quite expensive for what it was.I think going forward that it will be a fantastic place.

Номера с видом на море, бухта, индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю. Узнав, что у нас 40 лет совместной жизни, поздравили и предоставили кабану на пляже бесплатно! Прекрасное место, если возвращаться в данный регион то только сюда!

The location is wonderful, a very picturesque bay and a cozy place. All small bungalows (me and my daughter stayed there) are simple but very brand new, clean and have great sea views. I was very positively impressed by the staff members - they all tried to do a bit more - being food, bookings, attitude. In the evenings they had nice live atmospheric music adding much to your evening meals in the restaurant with tranquil sea views
