Steep hill to get to the property. The walk down to the garden was a bit hazardous. Needs a proper path/steps. It would have been nice if the lawn had been mowed- it was a bit overgrown.

Great location and view over the valley. Comfortable and clean. Great facilities, very easy to feel at home during our stay. Really easy to get into the town centre by foot. Very useful having on-site parking. Host was very friendly.

Access is a little tricky down the gravel drive and grass slope, and the building work next door meant the outside area wasn’t really useable.

Muy grande. Especialmente el salón. (Más de lo que parece en las fotos), con unas vistas excelentes y muy cómodo. Con plaza de garaje gratuita. Comunicación fluida con el anfitrión.

Al ser tan grande la casa podría tener dos baños perfectamente porque caben de sobra. Especialmente necesarios si va mucha gente.

Aucun chemin nous indiquait l’entrée nous avons sonné chez deux voisins se trouvant à l’avant de la maison par où on arrive mais un des voisins nous a dit je crois qu’il y a une entrée derrière j’ai vu quelqu’un aujourd’hui y aller. Il faut donc descendre sur le côté de la maison pour y découvrir un autre appartement celui que nous avions loué. Aucune indication du propriétaire nous indiquant cela encore moins que la clé se trouvait sur la table de la cuisine . Il n’y avait qu’un couteau alors que nous étions 3. 1 cuillère à soupe et une à café 4-5 fourchette aucune passoire pour les pâtes pas de papier ménage ni de linge de cuisine des capsules à café mais pas de machine une machine à café avec filtre mais pas de filtre une machine à laver le linge mais pas de produits du tt un appartement dans lequel votre voisin du dessus semble etre avec vous tellement vous entendez tout les pas dans l’appartement franchement pas top. On en a loué des appartements mais comme celui-ci c’est la première fois payer ce prix alors que pour manger y a même pas de couverts je comprends pas!

花园因长年疏于打理，四处杂草丛生，略显荒芜。恰逢雨天，整片区域潮湿泥泞。由斜坡通往房间的路段没有防滑设施，雨水浸润后路面格外湿滑，行走存在不小隐患，上下通行需要格外小心，整体户外空间亟待修整改造。

Le jardin devant la maison, accessible pour cet appartemt situé en bas, est agréable. Le logement est bien arrangé.

L'appartement est propre mais les équipements ne sont pas vérifiés (la moitié des lampes ne fonctionnaient pas dans le salon, vaisselle non rangée...) L'annonce n'indique pas que le logement est en partie en sous-sol, ce qui le rend peu lumineux.

Blízko do města, prostorné, terasa s výhledem, velmi dobře vybavena kuchyň.

Spodní koupelna trochu smrdí, závěs velmi kazí dojem z jinak hezké koupelny. Přístup ke spodnímu apartmánu by mohl byt lépe řešeny nebo alespoň udržovaný.

L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort e servizi necessari per un soggiorno di più giorni. Noi eravamo due famiglie con bambini di 2 anni che avevano lo spazio sufficiente per giocare. Cucina ben attrezzata con forno e forno a microonde.

E' stato un pò complicato arrivare alla struttura con valigie e passeggini al seguito in quanto ci sono delle salite anche sterrate da percorrere. Non sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto con i proprietari prima dell'arrivo quindi siamo arrivati davanti l'appartamento senza poter entrare. Ho dovuto contattare telefonicamente il proprietario che in 10 min è arrivato. Inoltre la pulizia dell'appartamento lasciava a desiderare... abbiamo pulito la doccia dai capelli e passato l'aspirapolvere.

Great central location, stunning views, very well equipped. Owner very welcoming and responsive.

2 of the bedrooms had no heating and as a result were very cold. Main living area and 3rd bedroom were very warm however. Would have been nice to have some festive decorations up as we were staying for Christmas.

The balcony was great, and the house was very big and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped

Some of the kitchenware was not cleaned well. The dishwasher had food in it. The path to the house was rough

The location was great! The apartment was spacious. Kitchen had the basics we needed for a weekend stay. Host was waiting for us, explained everything and gave us the key.

I was not aware it was a basement apartment. The announcement is for the whole villa, which consists of I assume 2 or 3 apartments. Pictures on the announcement are from the whole villa, all apartments, and so are the reviews. So basically, there was no hint we were getting the basement. The other problem was that when the people were walking on the top floor, we could hear them clearly. I was awaken at 5:56 AM on Saturday and 5:30 AM on Sunday. So if you are light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend. Cleaness not the best, but ok. I have astma and had some helath struggles while being there.

Great views and very comfortable bedding.

Access to the apartment is very shady. you need to go back behind the home to enter and was very difficult to drag the baggage uphill in unpaved area.

Flott og godt tilgjengelig romløsning. Praktisk for 4 arbeidskarer som hadde behov for overnatting.

Uteområdene var ikke akkurat attraktive, men nå var det ikke derfor vi valgte Villa Solberg heller.

Le canapé est un peu petit. Nous n’avons pas réussi à regarder la TV. Les abords de la maison sont moyens, l’accès un peu compliqué en voiture.

Prima huis en mooi uitzicht. Goeie uitvalsbasis om het dorp en de omgeving te verkennen. Parkeren voor de deur.

Kon schoner. Zo was de koelkast vies en een aantal laatjes niet schoon.

No podria destacar nada en concreto.

Creo q faltaba limpieza en general, no querría entrar en muchos detalles pero tanto a nivel de apartamento como de menaje la limpieza era insuficiente.

Amazing Location, beautiful view, but close to town. The house is cozy.

The shower was flooded and not clean at all. The communication with the owner was hard and slow. The kitchen is weird to operate. Every movment on the top floor can be heard like it's in my room.

Great size, washing machine, two bathrooms!!

Someone parked in our space the whole time, not the property owners fault

We were upgraded to the bigger apartment further up the road, which was very roomy and comfortable and perfect for a family. So impressed with Svein who really looked after us, including pickups as we were abit further from town. Highly recommended!

The surrounding area is very dirty, the entrance of the villa slippery not safe for elderly people.

Host met us at the Station with keys and gave us a lift to the property Photos do not do the property justice , its much nicer than these!

The apartment's location is great, and walk to the downtown area a few minutes. Sitting in backyard is a pleasant experience. Extremely appreciated for the staff helping us to pay traffice fine.

It's a basement of the apartment, then a little bit humid. The parking is not directly connected to the door, need to carry luggage walk by a side path.

- Large space, great interior decor, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. - Great views. - Host came to show us the apartment and tell us everything we needed to know. He also responded promptly and provided more supplies when we ran out of hand soap and trash bags.

- Host does not monitor/is not savvy with the booking.com platform, so we did not receive any check-in instructions. When we called the host on arrival in Voss, we arranged a time to meet at the apartment. Suggest you text the host on the number provided on booking.com if you have any queries. - Street parking is free but there's no proper parking lot; you slot your car into a narrow space by the side of the road. - Have to walk down a steep gravel path from the street level to the apartment. The wheels of our luggage didn't work on the gravel and we had to carry our luggage up and down the path.

Apartment is lovely decorated and spacious, with very comfortable beds. Situated close to town with stunning views. Owner was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
