AC was stopping every 20-30 min and couldn’t restart from the remote (has to restart the switch on the wall!?!) In the room was the chocking smell of fungus. Thanks to the nice lady in the reception I had to change the room at 4 am when I woke up because of unbearable for me heat/humidity. Next room was with the window than there was not smell, but the same electrical problem with the AC (stopped every 20 minutes). I couldn’t rest/sleep after long journey. Please fix this problems.

The hotel had a issue with the water supply system in the morning! First time staying in a hotel that didn't have water in the bathroom! It continued until we left the property. Had to resort to washing our face and brushing our teeth with bottled mineral water. Couldn't even use the toilet.

Please book a GRAB Taxi Tansport App first at JB Sentral in JB; Malaysia as above to travelling there by Payment in by Cash Only In RM Dollars (Malaysia Notes Currency) In JB; Malaysia from your Going there and Going back Both Trips there in JB, Malaysia stated as above. No Others Currency Allowed that in when booking in a GRAB Transport in Malaysia as above. Please use RM Dollars in Malaysia Currency by Only Cash Payment for booking the GRAB Taxi Transport before that you need to download the app to your Phone Iphone or Android App Store First before you booking it your trip there in JB; Malaysia. the payment process surprised me. At first the casher request for cash payment which I'm not ready. I asked if possible paying via card and said the terminal is out of order. She asked to pay via QR code _ I said ok then she response later that is also out of order.. I insist where is your card access terminal which suddenly I saw at the end of the counter and and I told her its seems strange that I will ask Booking.com_ only then she agreed with me paying by card .

Common iron for everyone use is in very bad condition. Pls do not use the iron provided in the second floor as it can ruin your good cloth. Water dispenser nearby the ironing is marked ROSAK 😢
