Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Wir wurden abends herzlich empfangen und konnten sogar noch auf der Terrasse sehr lecker zu Abendessen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren blitzsauber-unser Balkon mit gigantischem Ausblick einfach nur schön. Leider blieben wir nur eine Nacht, da wir auf der Durchreise waren….ABER: wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen um die Unterkunft und die traumhafte Gegend länger zu genießen. Wir können alles uneingeschränkt empfehlen (und wir sind wirklich nicht leicht zufriedenzustellen 🙃).
Ich las in den Bewertungen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Ja, das ist es. Aber es ist ein altes Haus mit sehr viel Charme und da gehört es einfach dazu, dass nicht alles high end schallisoliert ist. Uns hat nix gestört!!!

Bad vom Zimmer getrennt über den Gang, da das Haus aus altem Holz ist, hört man jeden Schritt, sehr dünne Türen und Wände, leider kein Fön vorhanden, das gehört mittlerweile zum Standard

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The room was basic but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We also liked the terrace as the view is just amazing, although we couldn't spend much time there as the restaurant was very busy with dinner guests.
The main downside was the noise. We stayed only one night while passing through and did not have high expectations, but the restaurant activity continued until around 11 p.m., with noise carrying on afterwards. The walls are very thin, and it was possible to hear conversations and movements from neighbouring rooms quite clearly. While some level of noise is understandable in a wooden building, several guests were also quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. They did give earplugs though, so just in case.

The breakfast was overpriced. The pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. The room was extremely noisy; you can hear everything from the restaurant downstairs as well as from neighboring rooms. During my four-night stay, there was no room service or check-in to see if we needed more toilet paper, fresh towels or shampoo. Although the bathroom is private, it is located in the corridor, which offers very little privacy. Not good value for money.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious with a hot shower. Not that far from La Tzoumaz where we were skiing that day. We loved it!

Petite chambre, cosy avec salle de bain privative sur le palier . Personnel, souriant et très gentil… Ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner parce que un des pieds du lit avait un petit souci .

Big thanks to the Team, they were very friendly and helpful :) Dinner was unexpectedly nice and delicious. On top, lots of good hiking trails around, but be ready for some elevation! Overall, If you're looking for a place to stay in Iserables and around, I can definitely recommend!

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025We drove from Verbier over the mountain and the back roads to get here, the drive was absolutely brilliant with superb views, It's a wooden inn and our room had a small balcony overlooking the valley with superb views. The terrace seating outside the bar was great, views again, and we had our evening meal and breakfast there, absolutely no complaints. Did I mention the superb views?
The bathroom for our room was separate down the corridor, though it was for our sole use and we had a key. It's an old building made of wood, so whenever you moved the floor creaked, not a big issue for us but maybe for some.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Nous n'avons pris l'hôtel que pour une nuit. La chambre était propre avec une belle vue, un peu petite. Toilette et douche privative sur le palier, et un lavabo dans la chambre.
La route pour arriver à l'hôtel est assez délicate/étroite et le parking demande de manoeuvrer pour s'y garer. Il ne semble pas qu'il y ait beaucoup de choses à faire là en été.

Nous avons pris le téléphérique et cela a été une excellente expérience. Nous avons eu un petit malentendu concernant la salle de bain, mais la personne qui nous a accueillis a été à l’écoute et a fait un geste très apprécié pour compenser le fait que nous ayons dû la partager avec les personnes qui dormaient au dortoir cette nuit-là. S’il n’y a personne au dortoir, la salle de bain est privative. Et au final, tout s’est bien passé.

Room was nice, basic, had all weathers needed and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was probably the best I've used in any hotel.

Nous étions dans deux chambres assez spartiates avec salles de bain séparées. Pas très bien insonorisé.

L'auberge est très vielle donc il y a beaucoup de grincement et l'insonorisation n'est pas un point fort.

Room was quite cramped, private bathroom across the corridor was a bit awkward and needed to be locked, as we found some people using it in the middle of the night! (not the fault of the establishment).

Je hoort echt alles nu lagen er wel oordoppen voor je klaar maar het was gewoon niet te doen. Kwam ook door de medemens die gewoon niet stil deden om 7 uur ‘s ochtend. Wij kwamen zelf van de camping af en wilde een goede nachtrust hebben en dat zat er gewoon niet in

The only thing we didn't like was the town itself-we didn't check how it looks before booking. Town is just 99% concrete, very tiny, narrow roads, impossible to find a green spot to go with the dog.

The only thing we didn’t expect was that our private bathroom would be located separately, just across the corridor about two metres from our room. Although it was exclusively for our use and we had a key to access it, it still felt slightly inconvenient.
