Beautiful one bed with stunning sea view

Good instructions, sent prior to arrival, on finding the property and keybox code. Clean, well equipped apartment with a very comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor seat in front with view of lighthouse. Host messaged to ask if wanted the heating increased, easily contactable. We walked along the coastal path, stunning views. Also took the little car ferry from Passage East and visited Hook Lighthouse.

The view was absolutely lovely. We really liked the apartment as well. Very clean and comfortable. Facilities were also very good, everything that you could need. We would highly recommend this location to anyone wishing to unwind and get away from it all for a few days.

Great location with excellent parking. The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable. Only facilities for simple cooking but lots of nice places to eat nearby. Hosts were really friendly and approachable. Bed was super and apartment was warm despite chilly, rainy weather. Good idea to bring slippers as no carpets.

This was a perfect location. The sea view was lovely. The bed was really comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Mary-Cait and Harry were wonderful hosts and it was so nice to meet them. My only complaint is I wish I had booked it for a longer period!

Absolutely adored our stay in this wonderful part of Ireland. After a very long trip we were grateful to find the accommodation exceeded our expectations. So comfortable, lovely big bed. Quiet, absolutely stunning location and Mary- Cait was so helpful with directions and anything we needed. There are lots of thoughtful extras in the home and I'd recommend highly. The walk from the house around the village and then across the cliffs down to the cove was an absolute highlight of our trip. Don't hesitate to book! We'll definitely be back :-)

The rooms are clean, comfortable, well furnished and well designed. The rooms stand well back from the nearest road, which was never busy while we were there. There are some lovely places nearby, so this is an excellent base for exploring.

The property was fine for us, as we were only staying for a couple of nights. For a longer stay, and depending on your needs, you might prefer somewhere a bit bigger. To emphasise, though, it was perfect for us.

The apartment was in a very good location with views towards the Hook lighthouse. We visited the Hook peninsula and Waterford while staying there. The apartment was spacious and mostly well equipped. It was quiet and comfortable.

We had seen that there was no dining table and no dining chairs. We took our own camping table and chairs so we could sit down to eat comfortably. It would be easy to provide a small table and a couple of folding chairs.

Beautiful apartment. The owner was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, a fabulous stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to the next visit.

The location was lovely although it was a lot futher away from the Fleadh than we had originally booked(booking.com booked this for us as our original was cancelled)

The WiFi was of during the evening, this may have been due to a power cut🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately the house next door was being pressure washed. It was extremely noisy everyday and into the early evenings. Not the owner's fault we realize, but it wasn't peaceful!

The owner Mary-Cait was so attentive and never hesitated to accommodate any extra needs or requests , we even got some delicious home baked flapjacks to make feel even more welcome. We became ill in our holiday and she was so kind and quick to offer any further assistance if we needed it. We loved the space , the views ans the Irish hospitality 💚💛

Good location. Great views. The accommodation was very comfortable it had a compact living area with great views, a roomy bedroom and bathroom with a large comfortable bed. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The area was accessed via a patio door which meant you had your own entrance. .A short drive or walk to the nearest beach.

A very warm welcome. Beautifully decorated apartment with sizeable bedroom and bathroom. Good beds and linen. Spotlessly clean. All on one level. Very quiet. Lovely view to the sea and the coastal path. Within walking distance (20mins) along the lane to Dunmore East with its shops, pubs and restaurants. Very pretty area. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 5 nights. We missed an upright table and two chairs for our meals. (Perhaps we should have noted this when we booked but a table for meals is generally part of the furniture in an apartment). The TV was limited as we do not use subscription channels. Some of the basics for cooking simple meals were missing which was disappointing as we made our own meals most of the time. Accommodation in Ireland is expensive but even so we felt this was overpriced. We would stay again but only for a couple of nights.

The apartment is in an excellent location and has amazing views to the sea. The apartment itself has everything you could need, Mary-Cait and Harry were great hosts. The finish in the apartment is high end we would love to come back.

This 1 bedroom apartment has a beautiful view of the water. It is close to a couple of villages with restaurants, bakeries, and walking areas. The apartment was clean, has a big bathroom, and efficient kitchen. The host was quick to answer questions. There were 2 binders with information about using the apartment and local places to visit. It was close enough to Waterford but also rural and tranquil. The attention to detail for what a guest might need while there was apparent. I would definitely use again if in the area.

The kitchen is well equipped but there is no chair or table to sit at. Only a large coffee table and sofa - a not comfortable set up.

Stunning views from this cozy apartment. I loved the bed as it was super comfortable and big. I could have stayed there all weekend. But the area is too gorgeous not to explore. The host gave amazing and helpful information both for planning the arrival as well as for the stay. She gave us a super warm welcome and made sure we had everything we need but then left us our privacy. Absolutely fab!

I only realized on our second day but there is no (dining) table and chairs. There is a kitchen nook in the same room as the living room. For us it was grand because the space was used for a big couch instead. If I stayed longer than the weekend, I might miss a dining space.
