Location- it is in a quite green area. Nice terrace. Easy check in and out. Parking near the house. Quite. You can have a good sleep.

Upper floor is indeed an open floor and no full isolation from the ground floor. All beds are upstairs only. Windows upstairs are not opening- this is strange as you have to let fresh air in after guests..

Hele rustige omgeving en alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Comfortabele bank , prima breed 2 persoons bed, sfeervol ingericht, heel veel privacy en de hond mag mee.

de toilet is boven, dus je moet steeds de trap op.

Malheureusement impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre et par cette canicule …il y a un ventilateur mais personnellement le bruit m’empêche de dormir c’est le seul bémol

We hebben allemaal zeer slecht geslapen omwille van de warmte in de kamer. Het raam in de kamer kon niet open en de chauffage bleef, ondanks dat we die hadden uitgezet, lichtjes warmte afgeven. Het stapelbed is aan vervanging toe : het kraakte enorm! Onze zoon is in de living gaan slapen omdat hij het niet meer kon verdragen. met vriendelijke groeten, Frank

Super studio bien équipé et propre. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Grand lit confortable. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais reviendrons sûrement pour un séjour plus long.

Lit grand et confortable, logement propre, espace vert (jardin et terrasse) dédié, eau chaude, équipement de base suffisant, présence du linge de maison très appréciée (draps, essuies) ainsi que des produits de base (savon, produit de vaisselle, sel, etc).

L'entrée de la douche est étroite et la hauteur de la douche mériterait une poignée afin de pouvoir entrer et sortir plus en sécurité (tapis glissant à l'entrée).Pas de manuel du fonctionnement de la télévision du rdc (résultat : aucune chaîne disponible, seulement un "signal faible"), pas testé la tv de la chambre-pas grave en soi, nous ne venions pas pour regarder la tv. La présence de deux portes entre le logement des propriétaires et l'appartement loué est inconfortable, même si je ne doute pas que les propriétaires respectent bien l'intimité des occupants. La chambre reste ouverte sur la pièce de vie (mezzanine), ce qui peut déranger si des occupants se lèvent avant d'autres.

Heel fijn huisje, mooie ruimte en slaapkamer. Ruime badkamer. Lieve mensen, hond was ook meer dan welkom. Fijn ook, het was winter, extra warme kleedjes Loopafstand naar het centrum

In de winter zijn sloffen aan te raden. Het is een plavuizen vloer die koud aanvoelt.

Cadre parfait et rue calme, habitation 4 façades entourée de jardins C’est une arrière maison et il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, frigo etc.. Décorée avec goût et spacieux

Il faisait plus froid dans les pièces de vie (salon salle à manger) Les parquets et escaliers craquent .. Peut être un manque d’intimité vu que les propriétaires habitent la même maison (séparation par des cloisons)

Goeie ligging, goed uitgerust appartement, een plek voorzien voor de auto en de totaal afgezette tuin was ideaal voor onze hond die mee was.

De temperatuur in het appartement. Voor ons was het te koud in de living maar veel te warm in de slaapkamer. Ook alle verlengkabels vonden we niet zo heel veilig, vooral die in de badkamer.

Light along the walkway to the entrance would be great. Copiale more coffee pods would be great! A parking spot for guests would also be handy.

The location very close with supermarkt if we want to buy food to warm/cook in the property. Not far from centrum. We like the B&b. Not too big and not too small. It's perfect to be around with each other.

The min point from us maybe the air feels like the room not being used too often and they need open the window occasionally to let fresh air come inside, so when we step inside it doesn't smell like old empty room .

Ruim appartement met leuke indeling (beneden een living met keuken en boven een slaapkamer met badkamer). Wij waren hier slechts 1 nacht, maar eigenlijk zou het ook ideaal zijn om hier meerdere dagen te verblijven.

Op de slaapkamer piept het stapelbed en kraakt het parket (de vloer). Maar geen groot probleem als iedereen een diepe slaper is, of als je oordopjes meehebt ;-).

Health issue - Internet hardly existing - Tv constantly interrupting due to signal - No mini bar (even though mentioned in the rules and regulations) - General impression: apartment looks old and outdated - Rule book sounds military - More rules than making your guests welcome - Off-putting rules - Apartment had a mould smell when entering, proving that it had not been used for a while - Dust on drawers - Hdmi cable in the tv without being connected - Only 1 coffee pod whereas 2 people booked - Not a very welcoming impression

Très calme et bien conçu.

Het was een ruime accommodatie met een eigen woonkamer, keuken en een slaapkamer met badkamer boven. Voor ons, omdat we op doorreis waren, was het misschien te uitgebreid. Alles was goed geregeld en het is zeker een prettige uitvalsbasis voor een korte vakantie in België, bijvoorbeeld naar de Grotten van Han. De accommodatie ligt in een nette buitenwijk en is de helft van een vrijstaande woning. Er is een afgesloten stuk tuin waar je buiten kunt zitten of barbecuen (dat is ook mogelijk). Binnen is alles voorzien, maar soms wat minder afgewerkt, met veel verlengsnoeren, hoewel het wel effectief is. De slaapkamer heeft een groot tweepersoonsbed en een stapelbed, handig als je kinderen meeneemt. De badkamer is klein, maar voldoet. Er is ook een eigen parkeerruimte voor de deur

Omdat het 1 huis is is het soms toch wat gehorig met alle houten vloeren. Je kunt soms de buren (eigenaren) horen. Niets storend.

Petite remarque, attention à l'installation électrique vétuste , il y a des multiprises partout.

Het huisje is heel compleet, in de keuken is oa zout, afwasmiddel en handzeep aanwezig naast ruime hoeveelheid vaatdoekjes en theedoeken, badhanddoeken en linnengoed voor het 2 persoonsbed. Prima Wifi verbinding. Het is er heel rustig, fijn dat je buiten kunt zitten in afgeschermd stuk. Op loopafstand van de grotten van Lorette de Rochefort, de bossen en weilanden op een gooiende helling.

Bij aankomst was onduidelijk waar we de sleutel konden ophalen. Na vele malen de bel indrukken, op de deur kloppen en toen we om het huis heen liepen kwam de zoon van de eigenaar naar ons toe met de sleutel. Jammer dat Netflix het niet deed. Er is nog wel geprobeerd het te herstellen. Als je iets slechter ter been bent is het een nadeel dat het toilet in de badkamer op de 1e etage is. Verrassend dat de slaapkamer een open verbinding heeft met de woonkamer.

Très joli studio, literie très confortable....bien équipé, emplacement très appréciable et au calme,près du centre ville de Rochefort. Très beau jardin et hote très sympathique. Très bonne adresse, nous y retournerons avec plaisir merci pour tout.

Les meubles de cuisine sont un peu poussiéreux à l'intérieur....mais rien de grave.

Mooie omgeving (Rochefort, Han etc). Rustige wijk/straat (op blaffende honden na). Vriendelijk ontvangst! Klein, maar fijn omheind tuintje! Verschillende supermarkten op korte afstand.

Voorzieningen waren karig (weinig wc papier en handdoeken), niet echt schoon (spinnenwebben, vieze oven), vies kraanwater (ligt dit aan België/regio, of aan het huisje???), keuken en douche vervallen, veel losse kabels en stekkerdozen (ook in badkamer, dus gevaarlijk!) Gastheer sprak minimaal Engels en berichten ook in gebrekkig Engels (verder alleen Frans). €10 per nacht extra cash betalen voor hond (zonder dat er speciale voorzieningen o.i.d. waren en wél strenge voorwaarden).

De locatie en de inrichting. Goed vriesvakje in de koelkast. Koelblok was na 1 nachtje terug volledig bevroren.

Het stapelbed voor de kinderen piepte enorm, zelfs als ze maar een beetje bewogen in bed. Zowel boven als onder. Ook de raam in de slaapkamer kon onvoldoende verduisterd worden en de hendel ontbrak waardoor raam niet gesloten kon worden. Een gordijn oid aan de grote raampartij op gelijkvloers mag ook.

Logement très bien entretenu, spacieux, agréable, belle terrasse. Le propriétaire se démène pour rendre le séjour agréable. Literie très propre et très confortable. Le lit parental est très grand. 3 fauteuils relax pour détendre vos jambes après une journée de balade. Proche du centre, on peut y aller à pied dans un cadre très agréable. Logement en plien centre d'un uartier hyper calme. Facilités de parking.

La chambre n'est pas fermée et on entend donc les bruits du salon et de la cuisine. Il faudrait pouvoir séparer les 2 lits enfants du lit parental, ne fût-ce par un rideau ou une tenture. Danger d'électrocution dans la douche : il faut déplacer une lampe et une multiprise. Mais le propriétaire va le faire bientôt.

In principle, it’s a decent apartment. However, there is quite a bit of overdue maintenance, and essential finishing touches are missing. A crucial issue is that the bedroom window cannot be opened because the hinges are broken. As a result, there is a lack of much-needed ventilation at night, and the room becomes uncomfortably warm—even when outside temperatures are still mild. Additionally, there is no outdoor lighting, and the bedroom is not separated from the living room/kitchen due to missing paneling, he blackout curtain in the bedroom was broken. There are a few more points that could be mentioned. On the positive side, the apartment is nicely situated in a quiet area with a matching garden. With a small update and some maintenance, this could truly become a very good place to stay.

Very comfortable and well-equipped. Excellent base camp for walking around Rochefort, complete with some maps and recommendations. Easy checking in and out.

The fireplace was not to be used. It seems to come into use only as additional heating when the weather is freezing. So, if you're looking to use it to create a cosy atmosphere, be sure to discuss this before booking.

It was a peaceful and quiet location

The owner used a side door that has access to the living room of the booked space (which can be locked from his side only). The bedroom is upstairs and has a part of the wall missing, and from there, you can see straight into the living room (because of that, you get cold air from downstairs) I recommend to have a pair of slippers with you.

The location was great, close to the Geopark centre and Caves of Lorette, and ideal for walking over to Han sur Lesse, although we found the steep hill coming up from Rochefort a bit daunting when we first arrived (on foot) with heavy packs! The accommodation was spacious and it was nice to be able to eat outside when the weather was fine. We enjoyed the views of the garden birdlife and occasional red squirrel.

We didn't get to know our hosts, and that felt a bit impersonal. But it was nice to have our privacy respected. We were disconcerted to arrive at 5pm as arranged (they had asked for an exact ETA, although Booking.com only gives one-hour slots) and to find no-one home to let us in. Luckily they arrived ten minutes later which saved some worry about where to sleep that night!

Poorly equipped in the kitchen and poor quality dishes etc .

Very quiet area. Host very friendly. Nice to have a piece of the backyard for the dog. We also tasted some of the beer, which was great!

The staircase to the bedroom was extremely steep and slippery. Bring slip-free socks!

Comfortable bed

I liked the apartment. It was clean and comfortable, but a few things made me feel unwelcome. There was a note in the bathroom asking to leave it clean and use the brush. I found a similar note in the kitchen. I travel regularly and have never seen anything like this. I know how to use a toilet and felt very uncomfortable. Also, the apartment is connected to the owners' apartment by black doors that cannot be locked from the inside. I feel that guests have no privacy or freedom.

Friendly and welcoming hosts, lovely apartment would highly recommend everything you could ask for.

In the morning of departure the guy on the behalf of landlords was rude after seeing us not checked out at 11:15 am (the proprietor said to us that check out is possible up to midday).
