Only thing was reasonable about this place is location. Nothing else.

Dirty beds Dirty rags Dirty bathroom Cockroachs with picture Broken toilet We informed them we arriving at 5pm to check in to the 2 apartments we booked, and were confirmed. We got one on arrival, the second one at 11pm. 6 hours later. I don't understand how they are still in business. I wouldn't recommend thinking about staying at this place. Honestly if I didn't have young kids with me, I rather spend the night on the beach.

Absolutely nothing good except maybe it’s fairly close to the bad areas of downtown

I entered the building, super dirty TONS of garbage the smell is so bad on ground floor ! Went up to the apartment, all paint are shipped,, very old furniture, beds look like never been cleaned before ! They were in the middle of cleaning even though it was booked a week ago and we arrived after 1:35 PM I couldn’t believe how dirty the building and the appartment were! Furniture is really old and not clean looking, i wouldn’t use any couch or bed in there! If you want to charge such money, the property need to be cleaned and modernised a little bit

毕竟我还是实实在在打车到这边看过住宿之后才取消的，我还是很客观的来评价一下吧，避免有更多的人入坑，首先他的房间应该是在最开始的时候拍的照片，所以看起来还比较新，但是实际去的时候水龙头打开是泛黄的水，整个卧室是非常脏的，而且有一股灰尘的味道，而且房东要求线下交，我们没有同意，是因为我们想刷卡，线下他会给你更便宜的价格，然后加你的微信来和你沟通，我觉得这个是不太好的，因为如果当时我们同意了的话，那根本就没有办法取消，这个房间真的是非常的差，也许一开始进去你觉得他还行，阳台也看得到海，但是马特鲁所有的房间没有阳台几乎都是看得到海的！！请千万不要被骗了。尤其是我的同胞们，我已经是一个底线很低的人了。但是这个住宿还是超过了我的底线，真的是清洁度非常差，wifi在客厅也是没有的，水龙头打开发黄。还好我们是在取消时间内到达的看了房子之后还可以取消，很难想象无法取消的人该怎么住下去。如果你想省钱，这个价格你还不如去住干净的青旅。更何况它的位置在马特鲁不算很好。你别看他阳台能看到海，你在往前加个二十块钱，所有的民宿在麦当劳的附近的都是可以看到海的。而且离海要更近，而且看到海的面积是更大，所以千万不要被骗了，我的同胞们。！！

所有方面都需要改进，最重要的，是首先房东应该重视他的房间，并且重视他作为民宿主这一件事情，而不是把他认为是房间能卖出去就卖出，卖不出去就卖不出去就算了，也不能认为他挂的价格可能是比较经济的，所以就不打理，（比如房间里都是灰，还有到处是那种垃圾袋，有一个垃圾袋，我拿到地上把桌子一擦，这个纸上全都是那种发黄的灰，我真是无语了。）我认为这个他是非常不对的，他自己都不爱惜自己的房子，叫别人怎么爱惜呢？另外我觉得果他挂了boo king平台，就应该尊重平台的规则，不应该引导客人线下交易，那如果客人线下交易了，发现他的房子不好，要如何去维权呢？

阳台景观很好，厨房设施齐全。设施够大，位置好。房间够大。

淋浴的热水不太好控制水温，水有点小；洗衣机只会脱水，不会甩干。早上退房的时候突然停水。

The room was extremely unhygienic, and several facilities were not functioning properly. During my stay, there was no Wi-Fi for one entire day, no electricity for one night, and no water for another night. The host was not as described. He couldn't speak English, which made communication very difficult. When problems occurred in the room, he did not provide timely assistance or effective solutions. Although the price is relatively low, it is absolutely not worth your time or money.

I booked an entire apartment, but after check-in other guests were allowed to move in and share the property. This is misleading and does not match the listing. There were also water interruptions and very poor WiFi. I had to contact customer service to get a refund. Not recommended

房东友善，我们夜晚九点多到达，替我们准备了一些食物。很感谢。性价比很高的住宿，便宜，去哪里也方便。

马路太吵，晚上好多摩托车突突突

性价比很高~这价格的海景房还要啥自行车~ 步行12分钟就是本地最大的超市~

环境好，阳台就能看到海，老板人不错

The owner is really wholesome, He made us feel like home frfr He sent a car at 3am to pick us up from the bus station, as soon as we arrived he was awake so we can check in n got us some pizza ahahah

1.房价太可以了 而且有阳台 因为这个阳台可以看到海 所以这两点是支撑我可以住的理由 2.老板也很热情，一直在等着我入住，甚至问我早上需不需要他帮我买早餐 非常热情 3.房间非常香 早上会被香味香醒

非常便宜，里面有6张床，窗户可以看到海

看似很用心的打扫了，但其实没有任何卫生可言，床上全是灰尘和沙子，厨房都是生锈的用品，到处藏污纳垢，房间没有被子，毛毯不知道多久没有清洗，床单和枕头都是脏的。因为就在路边，半夜有秋名山车神在楼下漂移，埃及人半夜在楼下大吼大叫，小狗半夜在楼下聚会……明明窗户就能看到绝美的海景，房东浪费了这个地方

There wasn't a breakfast but owner bought us food. Owner was a great communicator and met us when we got off the shuttle bus. Location seemed to be in a central location. Owner bought us our bus tickets which helped us alot.

The building itself was not great in terms of cleanliness.

I had a great time staying here. The room was clean, and the owner is such a nice person. He provided me with so much help, and I'm really grateful to him!

地理位置超级好，窗外就是海景，下楼之后离市区也很近，基本上走五分钟就是最繁华的来了很多店的地方。 房间真的超级大，两个房间四张床，我跟朋友两个人住很多空间都没用到。 房东人也很好，一直在跟我沟通，问我几点到，有没有什么需要的，我们到楼下的时候，老板就一直坐在那里等我们。

热水不太稳定 我们用的时候一下有热水一下没有热水

风景超级好，赞

阳台和每个房间都可以看到海景，非常好 设施齐全，电梯厨房wifi都有，性价比极高

环境很好，房间很干净，厨房东西很齐全房东人也超级热情，阳台就可以看到大海

酒店位置有点不太好找，转了好久才找。不过房东人很好，一直在楼下等着。酒店有热水，房间够多。床够大。但是楼下太吵了，汽车行驶的声音很响，有点影响睡眠

The owner is super nice! We like him a lot. And the sea view is great, exactly the same with the pictures. The apartment is spacious and clean
