Schönes Haus am Wald, abseits von Lärm und Trubel. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und an den Einkaufszentren. Da die Blaubeeren gerade reif waren, haben wir die Gelegenheit natürlich umfangreich genutzt.

Das wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten.

Mellan Stockbäcken 1 is a lovely place to stay near Nykoping. It has been lovingly decorated, clean and has everything you need for a your holiday. The covered outdoor terrace is a superb addon.

Rauhallinen sijainti, mutta kuitenkin lyhyen matkan päässä isosta tiestä. Kotoisa, kuin olisi mennyt jollekin kylään.

Ett eget litet toppfräscht hus, med kök, badrum, inglasad veranda och trevlig värdinna. Middag och frukost får man ordna själv. (15 min. bilresa finns McDonald).

Etwas runtergekommen und es hätte sauberer sein können. Hohe Ansprüche der Vermieterin bzgl. Sauberkeit beim Verlassen der Unterkunft dafür, dass es bei Ankunft nicht so vorgefunden wurde. Wintergarten ist schön, aber die Stuhlpolster sind leider voll mit Katzenhaaren. Für Allergiker nicht so geeignet.

Location and silence :) Also, the size of the place is great, plus you have a nice terrace outside full covered from all sides with glass.

The heat pump (air conditioning) is not usable at all. It makes such noise and is also so dirty inside that basically it is a biohazard instead of a useful feature. Big no go (for me at least) — you need to clean up the cottage before leaving—the whole place. This is the check-out message I got from the host: — You take out the sheets and towels and put them in the black laundry bin in the bathroom. You clean up by dusting and vacuuming the cabin. Things are in the kitchen, large cupboards and in the bathroom. Clean the bathroom such as the shower cubicle and sink as well as the toilet. Clean out the fridge and wipe down all the counters, clean the oven and stove and take out the dishwasher. Wipe the table and throw away the garbage. let me know if something breaks or doesn't work. — So, basically, this is a no-go for me, but I didn't know that in advance as this information is not shown anywhere in the booking information. As I was unable to cancel and refund the booking and find a new one, I slept there, but the experience was terrible as I was trying to keep the place as clean as possible (by not touching anything, basically). After a 5-6 hour drive, the last thing I would like to do is clean the whole cottage — which in my case is 2-3 hours a work if you want to do it good. Also the shower is not clean and the light in bathroom is rather strange — pointing up, thus the whole room is darker. The last thing—cats on the terrace. There are cat hairs everywhere, so if you are allergic, you are out of luck.

Nice and cosy place close to airport with parking and all facilities for living and rest. Easy check in. Fast communication with owner. Comfortable bed. Very quiet place. Clean house. Air conditioner and heater. Big veranda.
