¡Mi última escapada fue fantástica! 🏨 La habitación cumplió con mis expectativas, ¡todo muy acogedor! ✨ Me encantó la atmósfera de los espacios comunes, ideales para relajarse. 😊 Definitivamente, un lugar que recomiendo. 👍 ¡Espero volver pronto para disfrutar más de su encanto!

Que no hacen habitaciones diariamente en las habitaciones.

No estaba actualizada la página para la reserva y cuando escribimos para confirmar la llegada nos enteramos que no había habitaciones disponibles y además no se podía cancelar la reserva

La casa es muy bonita y sus habitaciones se ven bien.

Habitaciones muy oscuras, y encerradas, estuve 6 días y no hubo cambio de sábanas ni toallas. Solo dos veces le hicieron un arreglo a la habitación muy por encima, el baño ni lo miraron, y se desentienden completamente de la persona. Muy amables al ingresar y de ahí en adelante.......

El sector es lindo, el hotel cómodo y muy limpio. La atención fueron muy amables y cordiales

La habitacion que medieron tiene una venta sobre el corredor principal, no es asecuado como habitacion de hotel.

From the very first, the property felt clean and safe. The host was very welcoming, accessible, and eager to offer help in any way. The rooms were compact, but well organized with new furnishings and a shiny new bathroom. After spending a day or two there, I realized what a great location it was, with an easy walk to the metro and plenty of local restaurants, cafés, and other services. The best was it’s proximity to Parque Floresta, a lovely neighborhood park with dogs chasing balls, children playing, folks sitting around greeting their neighbors, a Saturday farmers market, cafés and restaurants, and a terrific fruit vendor.

La estadía superó mis expectativas, el hotel parece de lujo, todas las instalaciones estaban en impecable estado, la ubicación es perfecta para movilizarse en metro u otro medio de transporte.

Me and my fiancé liked how pretty and clean everything was. A pretty basic room with its tv, bed, nice closet and bathroom. They also have a terrace.

We personally did not like that the rooms does not have any type of soundproof (you could make the tiniest noise and it will be heard across the hallway), also our room was the 1st room in the 1st floor close to the kitchen which once again was a little uncomfortable because you cam hear everything because the walls are very thin. Another thing we didn't enjoy very much (this is our fault for not checking properly) but the "hotel" it's LITERALLY a house "transformed" to a "hotel". It feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The place is clean and nice but the information is a little "misleading".

La atención, llegamos muy temprano solo a dejar las maletas y como que al anfitrión le molestó, me prestó el baño pero le vi un mal gesto, me hizo sentir incómoda ami y mi pareja, la verdad no volveria a ir.

Everything was perfect. It was safe and close to the subway station, so it was easy to get around even late at night. There were many good restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and well-maintained. This family-run place felt like home. They were very attentive to everything and responded quickly. I would come back again.

The property is will located. It is a big house that has been adapted to be a hotel with multiple rooms

We picked the hotel because of the location and the pictures and description of the property that promised kitchen, and parking. However all of these is just false advertisements, there is a general kitchen that you have to pay to use and no designated parking, just the street. They don’t do cleaning of the room everyday, they said that every three days, if you want clean towels and sheets you have to pay. Also, the staff was extremely rude about a dirty towel that i have in my room, she basically invaded my privacy and came into my room arguing that if couldn’t whiten the towel I would have to PAY! I believe There is a normal tear and wear of hotel towels. Overall very unsatisfied with the customer service, and they need to change the description of the hotel and amenities and describe the facts. There is no reception, you only see the guy ant the front desk (what used to be the living room of the house) when you checkin to pay and at the time of checking out. They said it is close to poblado and parque Lleras, NOT really. Just a bad experience for someone visiting Medellin especially knowing the kindness and great service of Medellin people

My stay at Patricia’s hotel was exactly what I needed: the matrass was very good, the shower was great and I experienced the hotel (which has less rooms than most hotels) a quite oasis in the city center of Medellin. Metrostation Floresta is at a walking distance and has a beautiful park along the way. As a host and owner Patricia was not only very helpful but also just a great social person to have a conversation with. Many thanks Patricia

Nothing, whenever I will need a quite and comfortable place in Medellin I will for sure return to Casa Hotel La Bonita
