1. No staff on site is presented as an advantage, but it is actually the opposite. The guest ends up doing the work that should normally be handled by hotel staff. When I arrived, I tried to contact them to ask how to access the property, but unfortunately, I received no response when I needed assistance. 2. Pets are allowed in the accommodation. You can imagine how uncomfortable it is to wonder whether a dog or cat may have slept on the same bed before you. This should be clearly highlighted to guests before booking. 3. There are no insect screens on the windows. This leaves you with two choices: keep the windows closed and tolerate the heat, or open them and invite insects into the apartment. 4. The lack of flexibility regarding the cancellation of one night was disappointing. I explained my circumstances and the reason I had to leave earlier, yet there was no cooperation. In the end, I had to leave the property and still pay for the entire unused night. 5. The excessive number of emails before arrival was unnecessary and misleading. I received several messages explaining how to access the property and open the doors, creating the impression of a highly organized and professional system. However, upon arrival, much of this information was unnecessary, and I still had to print and handle things myself that would normally be taken care of by reception. In short, this is not really a hotel in the traditional sense. It is more like basic self-service accommodation for someone who simply needs a place to stay. If you are looking for proper hotel service, staff assistance, and a comfortable experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Parking is available and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Check in was very easy.

Everything was excellent. The property was very clean, comfortable, safe, and well maintained. I truly felt at home during my stay. The location is perfect and close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and other services. Parking was also easy and there were plenty of spaces available. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to families and anyone visiting the area. I will definitely stay here again next year.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

ان دخول المستأجرين يتم عن طريق التطبيق وهذا حسن لكن يتوجب وجود شخص في الاستقبال للمساعدة

الشقة جداً نضيفة ومرتبة منظر الجبال والقرية من الشرفة جميل. المطبخ مكتمل. الحمام نظيف وواسع المكان هادى وممتاز للاسترخاء يوجد موقف للسيارات واسع ومجاني. وجود سونا في كل الشقق. وشكر خاص للسيد سايمون حيث قام بتغيير الشقه بعد توضيحنا له ان حجزنا كان شقة مطله هلى الجيل.

عدم وجود خدمات قريبه يتطلب سياره

نظافة الشقه موقعها المطبخ متكامل من كل شي شراحة البلكونة فيه العاب اطفال تحت ممتازة 👍

اتمنى إضافة شطاف للحمام لو فيه خدمة للغرف نظافة يكون أفضل المكان طبعا بعيد عن الخدمات البطاقة الصيفية التي يعطونها ما استفدت منها لو اضافو الزحليقة القريبة منهم في البطاقة راح تكون نقطة في صالحهم

فندق رااااااائع وعائلي بإمتياز ، نظافة واطلالة جميلة جدًا الجلسة في البلكونة تغنيك عن الخروج ، المطبخ متكامل ومجهز بجميع الاحتياجات ، يوجد غسالة ملابس ، ومنطقة خارجية للاطفال ، بالاضافة الى غرفة العاب داخلية ، سهولة تسجيل الوصول والخروج ( عند الوصول تم تسجيل بيانات الجواز لإستلام كرت الغرفة ) ، المواقف مجانية ، وايضًا بدون وديعة ، .

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is exceptional, especially for those looking for a peaceful and quiet place to relax. Small kids club available and some games need coins € & kids can enjoy the stay. The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. The self check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Just follow the instructions provided, and you can access the apartment easily without any issues. Note: No resturent in this hotel & preferred for thos who like to cook by them self.

Apartment did not have air conditioning. Although hotel will provide fan. The weather was quite hot, which made the apartment a bit uncomfortable, especially during the daytime.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The apartment was spacious and had almost everything you might need during your stay.

The internet was very poor during my stay. The apartment could also use more lighting, as it felt quite dark at night. In addition, there was no safety box in the room. I hope these issues will be improved in the future because I really liked this hotel and enjoyed my stay.

الفندق نظيف نظيف بمعنى الكلمه ومتوفر فيه جميع الاحتياجات ، غير الاطلاله الي كانت فعلاً روعه ، انصح فيه وبشده من اجمل الفنادق الي ممكن تمر عليك The hotel was exceptionally clean in every sense of the word, and all necessities were available. The view was truly amazing as well. I highly recommend it — one of the most beautiful hotels you could ever stay in.

- Preis-Leistung (Anmerkung: Nebensaison) - Ausstattung der FeWo, insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet - gepflegtes Anwesen innen, wie auch außen, es gab ein kleinen Kinderspielplatz - unkomplizierter Check-In/-Out via App - Parken in Garage ohne Aufpreis - die Lage ist an sich recht gut wenn man wandern gehen will, für Städtetrips nach Innsbruck/Salzburg etc. ist es dann doch recht weit mit dem Auto zu fahren

- grundlegende Sauberkeit war gegeben, man durfte aber nicht in kleine Ecken schauen - kein Spülmittel in der Küche, mussten wir selbst kaufen - Schlafcouch musste noch selbst bezogen werden, trotz der Angabe zu drei Schlafgästen, war nur das Bett bezogen - den ganzen Aufenthalt (1Wo) wurden die Handtücher nicht einmal getauscht bzw. konnten auch durch uns auch nicht getauscht werden, da kein Personal auffindbar, ebenso waren zwei Spülmaschinentabs oder eineinhalb Rollen WC-Papier für eine Woche zu wenig. -die Schlafcouch quietscht und knarzt so extrem laut, dass ein erholsamer Schlaf für mich nicht möglich auf ihr war.

Toto ubytování mám oblíbené a rád se vracím, lokalita, parkoviště, místo pro lyže, vybavení pokoje( minule jsme měl 202 a vše bylo fantastické), vždy bylo tedy vše ok až na poslední návštěvu

tentokrát hodnotím apartmán 106, nešlo osvětlení kuchyň, větrák v koupelně a lednice začala fungovat až druhý den.., apartmán nebyl připraven - tentokrát pro 4 sedačka složena a povlečení a přikrývky ve skříni. Celkově jsem nebyl spokojen s čistotou tohoto apartmánu, pavučiny, v rozích špína a na některých částech zařízení je již známka opotřebení ( wc sedátko). Ale jinak mi toto ubytování jako celek vyhovuje kromě tohoto apartmánu.., už ne

Velice dobrá lokalita, hotel plně digitalizovaný, pokoje moderní a plně vybavené novým zařízením. V celém hotelu pořádek a čistota. Prostory na uložení lyží a topení pro vysušení lyžařských bot.

Rozkládací gauč nebyl úplně komfortní ani pro dítě, velikost v pořádku, ale při každém pohybu pružiny vrzaly.

Beautiful new apartmants in new building. Our apartmant was clean, warm and comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen with all apliances, bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Nice little dinning place. Big comfortable bed in the sleeping area. Great balcony with amazing view on the mountain, especially in the mornig when the sun hits the mountain tops. Nice new concept of check in and all activities trough the app.

I'm sorry to say that our experience in Das Lenz was diminished by the fact that hotel logo and data was used in the hacker attack and we have lost 900 euros in this fraud. Das Lenz was not guilty for this fraud, their data and information was stolen by hackers, but never the less, it left a bitter taste. Overall, the stay was great, I would recommend Das Lenz to everyone.

De locatie is op 5 min van skigebied, de skibus is een paar min lopen, dit is wel stukje naar beneden lopen. Supermarkt is ook op een paar km afstand. De speelkamer beneden was voor een deel betaald, voor de kleinste is het er wel leuk.

Wspaniały obiekt na wkacje. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, parking pod dachem, indywidualny schowek narciarski z możliwośćią suszenia butów, niezależność w zameldowaniu/wymeldowaniu. Dobra relacja jakość/cena.

Großräumiges Appatment mit Sauna. Super ausgestattet und mit schönem Bergblick. Für Kinder gibt es viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.

الهدوء والإطلالة

Die Wohnung war einfach super. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Ausstattung war sehr gut und am besten war der tolle Ausblick! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Appartement mit zwei Zimmer und zwei grossen Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer/Küche war ebenfalls sehr gross und die Küche war mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattet. Für Skifahrer ist es ebenfalls sehr praktisch, da es zusätzlich auch einen Skidepotraum gibt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Der Druck bei der Duschbrause war nicht sehr stark. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Aus den Fehlern der 1. Jahre gelernt - Skidepots und Keller schön warm. Zimmer nach wie vor gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Eine der wenigen Unterkünfte, die sich nicht völlig strikt an "7 Tage" und/oder nur von "Samstag bis Samstag" klammert - wir können beruflich bedingt NIE Samstag bis Samstag!

Das Licht in der Tiefgarage geht nach 15 oder 20 Sekunden wieder aus und die Sensorik reagiert nur wenn man mittig auslöst - steht man in einer der Ecken, ist das Licht aus, bevor man Zeit hatte sein Auto zu beladen. IM Schrank könnte man auch mal Staub wischen 😉

Das einzige, was besser sein könnte, wäre der Wasserdruck in den Duschen und das Wasser könnte eine Spur wärmer sein

Hervorragende Ausstattung (in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, Utensilien, Küchengeräte, im Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und viel mehr), tolle Lage und Aussicht vom Balkon, kostenlose Parkplätze, alles sehr modern, Highlight ist ein Skidepot und Müllraum!!! Sehr saubere und duftende Bettwäsche und Badetücher, gute Erreichbarkeit von großen Skigebieten, Supermärkte in der Nähe, schöne Dörfer für Ausflüge, Natur. Hilfsbereitschaft vom Serviceteam (Frau Andrea) bei der Lösung eines entstehenden Problems vor Ort, unkompliziertes und schnelles digitales Check-in. Im Großen und Ganzen alles super. Danke

Kurz vor unserer Anreise haben wir eine Mitteilung über einen Datenleck bekommen (das Hotel war Ziel einer Phishing-Attacke), wodurch die personenbezogenen Daten entwendet werden konnten Trotz sofortiger Sicherheitsmaßnahmen seitens des Hotels waren wir natürlich beunruhigt. Bei unserer Ankunft roch es in unserem Zimmer sehr unangenehm und der Kühlschrank war schmutzig, aber innerhalb von 10 Minuten konnten wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das Geschirr war nicht besonders sauber, auf der Pfanne waren Fettreste, auch Gläser waren nicht frisch gespült. Am ersten Abend hatten wir eine Unterbrechung der Warmwasserversorgung, aber nur vorübergehend, weil (wie uns erklärt wurde) viele Gäste gleichzeitig duschten. Die Betten sind sehr weich und die Kissen von schlechter Qualität, aber das ist Geschmackssache und Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

The location was great. The seamless check-in and check out was also really convenient. Staff were helpful when we had questions as they were very responsive on Email. You hardly see any other guests even though all the apartments were full. It was a very quiet location, but yet very central to amenities

Connectivity could have been better in terms of chrome casting or screen mirroring, or have a Netflix button that we are able to login into our own account and logout when we leave. So for this aspect, it was not very convenient for international guests.
