Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Homestay berdekatan dengan tempat makan dan pantai-pantai di kawasan Kuala ibai.Ada mesin penapis air coocko dan 3 unit air cond dalam bilik ada 2 dan 1 diruang tamu.
Pintu depan rumah dah pecah bhgn bawahnya sebab kena air hujan dan tidak diperbaiki, ada tahi tikus dalam bilik air, kawasan luar rumah semak tidak dijaga, kepala paip air macam kurang sempurna bila nak digunakan, mesin basuh rosak dan owner seperti tidak menjawab soalan bila ditanya oleh customer.

Simpang masuk yg sedikit sempit dan berdekatan jalan besar..tp jgn risau,mpv besar2 lpas shj masuk simpang cuma perlu perlahan dan berhati2..laluan masuk hanya satu kenderaan yg boleh lalu..

Waktu checkin owner dah bukak aircond utk bilik bagi keselesaan untuk kami nk rehat. Space parking yg besar. -Cuma bahagian toilet sahaja yg xberapa. Sbb toilet sempit muat2 sahaja. Sliding utk toilet xsesuai untuk samar kena letak label bagi xnampak pandangan luar. Bahagian shower ok air slow sikit, baldi yg disediakan kecil. Kawasan sangat best sebab dia mcm center. Dekat dgn marang batu rakit kuala terengganu. Semua nya dalam 15-20 minit saja.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025It is very spacious, comfy to us specially for my special need son.The porch nearer to the house.Many restaurants and foodstall nearby.
There should be some improvement: 1. Need a new broom. 2. Before the guest check in, make sure all the lizard's poop should be cleaned. 3.There's a washing machine which is not working. 4. Check all the lights to make sure its functioning 5.There"s a pan but what for? No stove inside. 6. Should provide extra pillows and blanket. 7. Should provide kitchen soap too.

Host tak mesra, rumah tak berapa bersih, penuh sawang terutama aircond, tv tiada siaran pilihan, wifi pn takde, bilik air 1 dgn tekanan air rendah, dlm bilik takde cermin, plug kurang, bantal satu je setiap katil tu pun bantal lunyai..

The toilet kinda small and not suitable for plus size person. And seriously be careful when you placing your food on the table coz there will be an army of ants gonna attack your food :P

Reviewed Oct 12, 2024Homestay is super clean & comfy! Great facilities provided for guests. New aircond & have cuckoo water machine. Convenient location. Both rooms & living room are spacious so my baby can crawling around.
The rooms & house is not soundproof. This is a serious issue. We heard neighbours talking, walking & etc. The house is near with the main road so we can hear Mat Rempit (illegal street racer) performing their stunt & etc at 1am - 4am @ 5am. Luckily my baby slept except us. We barely slept due to the noise.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2024There are full air conditioners around the house. The location is strategic too, near to the town and beaches. This homestay has potential, the living room, kitchen and rooms have big spaces. The toilet is nice too, but it can be cleaner. The owner is kind enough to reply to our enquiries but he should also be concerned about the house's cleanliness.
The house was indeed not clean. The floors are dirty and full of food crumbs. The bedsheets and towels are smelly, seems like they have not been changed or washed at all. There is a cleaner who's around but she seems to not be cleaning properly. We ended up sweeping the floor ourselves.

The toilet room is too small 😞. The road between the homestay and the main road is too narrow. Other than that, everything is good 👍🏻.
