La posizione abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia

Al check-in non era presente l’host, ma un suo parente. Fin qui nulla di particolare, se non fosse che, poche ore dopo, questo dettaglio è diventato rilevante. Appena entriamo in camera, veniamo accolti da puzza di muffa e, sul pavimento, troviamo una blatta mezza morta. Decidiamo quindi di provare semplicemente ad aprire la tenda a soffietto per far circolare un po’ d’aria. Nel momento in cui la tenda sale, si stacca il pezzo finale di plastica. Onde evitare malintesi, informiamo l’host mandandole una foto per avvisarla del fatto. La risposta è stata decisamente sgarbata e, soprattutto, ci viene fatto notare che prima la tenda non era così, lasciando di fatto intendere che fossimo stati noi a romperla così come poi per la doccia. Tornati dalla spiaggia, entro in doccia e il miscelatore si rompe in mano, rendendo impossibile chiudere l’acqua e provocando l’allagamento del bagno. Contattiamo l’host per chiedere aiuto, ma la sua prima preoccupazione non appena arrivata è chiederci il pagamento immediato dell’intero soggiorno. Quando diciamo che, senza acqua, saremmo stati costretti ad andare via, ci viene detto che dobbiamo comunque pagare la notte. La situazione degenera in discussioni da parte dei proprietari, nonostante cercassimo di mantenere la calma. Per chiudere la questione paghiamo la notte in contanti. Subito dopo, però, veniamo cacciati dalla struttura: i nostri effetti personali vengono lasciati sui gradini e ci viene detto di “uscire da casa nostra”. In conclusione, abbiamo pagato la notte e siamo stati comunque cacciati via, ritrovandoci di notte, su un’isola, senza un alloggio dove dormire.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia principale e a ristoranti aperti a pranzo e cena. Ci siamo mossi a piedi per 3 giorni.

Doccia poco funzionante, getto molto basso di acqua. Pick up al mattino per aeroporto concordato a un orario e poi anticipato la sera prima, con meno tempo di sonno.

La disponibilité et les conseils de Leonor, pour les tours de Snorkel en bateau et les besoins de transports. La proximité de la plage, d'un minimarket et du taxi (le voisin). La petite cuisine, et le salon sont agréables. La sympathie des habitants de Providencia. La bonne nourriture au restaurant voisin Divino Niño.

Le manque de propreté sur le chemin vers la plage, et la partie proche de la plage encombrée de poteaux. Manque une lampe de chevets :⁠-⁠)

Posizione molto comoda nei pressi della più bella spiaggia dell’isola.

Struttura spartana, ma credo che sia nella normalità dell’isola, così come una presenza fin troppo light dello staff che non è sempre esattamente rapido nel rispondere alle necessità.

Es un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y con excelente ubicación, cerca a una de las mejores playas de la isla. La atención es muy buena, te ayudan con cualquier solicitud que tengas. Definitivamente volveremos a Leonor’s

I was on vacation with dear friends. The island is small, mostly quite and peaceful. The nearby beach is very walkable from Leonora's Guest. The beach itself is long white and beautiful, not overly crowded or developed. However, there are different places on the beach that you can get lunch and dinner. The manager of the property and the folks next door were all very helpful for information, suggestions, taxi rides (to and from the nearby airport), and a tour of the island (all reasonable price). They also did our laundry for all for reasonable fee. Also, there is a bakery that makes wonderful coconut and banana bread as well as a good place for breakfast. Also next door, you could rent scooters and they could make arrangements for renting a four-wheel-drive vehicle the call a "mule". There is also a nearby store, but with a limited selection of fresh produce. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and polite. One of our friends booked a boat snorkel tour of the island. This island is also popular for scuba divining. I would return and stay longer.

The pillows could be better (more stuffing), but this may be difficult to get on an island. Same with the towels. Nevertheless, the place was clean and well maintained.

Loved it! Beautiful room, bright and cozy. Perfect stay with friends because we rented 3 out of the 4 rooms at Leonor's. Our rooms each had a fridge and mine had a coffee pot, and then we shared a larger kitchen with a microwave, sink, etc.

I wish my room had had a standing fan. I didn't like using the AC all the time. Seems wasteful when a fan would've done the trick. Larger issue was that there are no five-gallon bottles of water---or even empty bottles, that can be refilled---at the guesthouse. This is very bad for an island, especially, because my friends and I had to go through a lot of small bottles of water. Unnecessary plastic. And we were not able to obtain the large 5-gallon bottles at the store, due to not being residents or some such.

Location close to the best beach on the island! Very clean, super friendly and can't wait to come back!

Although there is a store up the hill, it was unfortunate that we had to buy so many small bottles of drinking water and such much waste plastic on such a beautiful island. It would have been perfect if the large 5 gallon jugs were provided even if it was an extra cost.

A localização para a South West Bay é excelente, o espaço de convivência é amplo e os quartos tem camas muito gostosas! Amei as redes na área externa e o banho de bica do lado de fora!

El hospedaje está muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa más grande de la isla (Southwest), es bonito, agradable y sobretodo cómodo. Está fue nuestra segunda vez en Providencia y decidimos volver a Leonor's y no nos arrepentimos.

I liked every bits of it!The place is spotless,closed to the best beach on the island,the owners are very helpful and so kind.You can rent motobike from them and they will help you with everything you need or ask.My week there was fantastic,thank you very much

Leonor's guest house is located super close to South West Bay. This beach offers a couple of nice restaurants, as weel as Shark Tank close-by that has nice burgers in the evening, and Lucile's panaderia for amazing banana bread. There is a mini-marrket up the street where you can get the basic stuff needed to cook. The kitchen is shared between the rooms. It is super useful tho as there are not that many restaurants overall on the island. Silvester was a very helpful hoste ! He rented us a scooter (which is close to necessary to get around Providencia) and provided us with all the info we needed. I would recommend staying there :)

Amei a casa, reservem sem medo! Toda completa com itens de cozinha, a recepção foi ótima nos explicaram tudo, os caseiros moram ao lado então deram total suporte, pagamento foi realizado por cartão da wise la mesmo, cama super confortável me senti em casa, mercado pertinho e na casa tem como cozinhar o que ajuda muito. A proprietária muito solicita conversamos por whatssap e foi uma fofa. Sobre localizacao o ideal é alugar mule pois a ilha e grande.

La stanza non aveva la finestra e alla sera era un po umida

Room is basic but comfy with some drawers and hangers and a fridge as well as aircon. Bathroom small but fine and had hot water. Kitchen and living area was great and fully equipped for you to cook. Hammocks and rocking chairs outside which were great. Super close to the beach and the neighbours were friendly!

A window in the bedroom would be nice

The property was great! Very clean, great location but the best was Linda and her husband they were above and beyond… I almost missed my flight and they did everything possible to help me out! Definitely I will come back for the place but also for Linda and her husband. Thank you so much!!!

It was very near to the beach and was so comfortable and quiet. The apartment has all the kitchenware’s.

Lovely clean property, modern apartment. Good working aircon and mini fridge in room. Shared kitchen which was very well equipped. Great location, 5-10min walk to the most beautiful beach on the island. Really friendly hosts.

Nil. No windows in room but didn’t bother us.

Great location close to the best beach South West Bay. Room refresh after 2 days. Helped with getting a scooter. Basic and comfortable room.
