Reviewed Nov 4, 2025The kitchen dining and lounge area was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was great - we got to see a faint aurora! The downstairs bathroom was also spacious, as were the two bedrooms upstairs. Appreciated having laundry powder supplied! Hosts were friendly. Location was handy for access to the airport - about five minutes drive. It was about fifteen minutes drive to the town centre. There was a bus stop close by also, and a supermarket within walking distance.
One bedroom downstairs was tiny - it only just fit a single bed. The toilet upstairs hadn't been cleaned, and it looked like one of the upstairs bedrooms could have done with a bit more of a vacuum.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025It’s a lovely house, has everything you need, shops were close by . We sat out at night on the balcony watching the snow fall .The owner was easily contacted through booking. My daughter loved it and said she misses the Norway house.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2025The property has a wonderful scenic beauty. It is also very spacious and clean. There is a grocery store just 5 mins away and it was very easy to buy bread, milk, etc. City center for 25 mins by bus 28. The bus stop was just 5 mins walk from the house. Landlord was very helpful. We had an issue with the key and he immediately helped us.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2024Big house, Clean, washing mashine. Sweet host ready us Christmas soda and ginger bread. A surprise! Thats a snow shovels to remove the thick snows at front door. It's so important in the winter time.
1) Has not enough hot water for shower on Day 1 for 6 person. Was told very common in Norway by host. It should informed during check in. 2) No hanger in the room and restroom. 3) half of the lights in the living room are broken. It's a bit dark.
