We were not informed until the day of arrival that it is impossible to reach the property and thus our reservation is canceled. Reason given that we have not paid advance (which was not required since listing says pay at the property). That left us scrambling to look for a different accommodation while boarding a flight to get there.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. The resort felt like home you can tell them anything that you need it will be at your room. Cleanliness for the room was good and it was very spacious.
I think more staff needs to be hired. Less staff leads to lack of basic services like room cleaning & this thing needs to be addressed to manager again and again. So it should be taken as a feedback.

Locks were broken, first day didn't get AC facility, hot water issue, didn't receive complementary drinking water (was only given when asked), for additional 2 hrs for getting fresh on early arrival was charged 1000 extra which was not up to mark. The door key was outside instead of inside. Location was hard to find through the Google map so it needs correction. Facilities were not up to mark.

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The room was not clean and the sheets were extremely dirty. they did not have a card machine or a business UPI so we had to pay cash. They sent pictures of our passports and visas into a group chat which made us three women feel quite unsafe. We left to go to another accomadation very soon after arriving due to the horrible facilities. I didn't get my money back from them but I did not care at that point I just wanted my family and I to get to a cleaner safer space. The route down to the beach was extremely small between two houses and had dog feces so you had to avoid it which was near impossible. DON'T STAY HERE! Especially as a female traveller
