Reviewed Sep 13, 2026ロケーションが最高でした。ビーチヨガ、スーパー、買い物、食事、どれをするにもとても便利です。裏道も歩きやすく、クルマを避けて少し遠くにも行きやすかったです。
シャワーを浴びると、トイレがびしょ濡れになるので、少し気になりました。でもお湯の出はとても良かったです。

Breakfast is not served, but there are many cafes serving breakfast nearby. It is not a problem.

Tyvärr var det ganska dåligt städat. Hittade en tidigare gästs lotion under sängen och badrummet kändes både slitet/gammalt och ganska smutsigt.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Es war groß und sauber. Vor allem fand ich super, dass es einen Kühlschrank samt ,,Kochnische“ gab. Der Innenhof ist super schön gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat definitiv gestimmt!
Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, sauber war es trotzdem. Es liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, sprich man begegnet den ein oder anderen bellenden Straßenhunden. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts und das gehört auf Bali dazu, ist aber nur eine kleine Info am Rande (bin selbst etwas schreckhaft).

I asked them to change the dates as a favor, fully aware the booking was non-refundable, but they simply stuck to the strict terms. I really missed the personal touch and flexibility of non-automated booking systems, as I believe businesses should have the authority to help customers out in these situations.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Great value for money, quiet area, close to great food, easy walking distance to the beach. There is 3 types of room at the Cozy, this stay we went for their basic/budget option, it was comfortable clean and as I mentioned earlier, great value.
The front doors on all of the 5 basic/budget type rooms were sticky which made them hard to open and close, this made it noisy from the slamming of the doors.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026I liked the spacious, light filled studio, its size, the comfortable bed, the big wardrobe, the big fridge/freezer. The bathroom was big enough, with a good shower and toilet and everything worked well. The air con and the fan worked well too. The verandah was spacious, it was a nice place to sit and read or eat. The pool was great to cool off. The WiFi worked well, no issues. Jojo and the rest of the staff are all very helpful, friendly and made sure I felt well looked after. The communication was good. The location in Sanur is good with lots of places to eat very close by. I reckon it only took me 10 minutes to the beach. I hope to be back to Cozy Haven in a few years.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Sehr zentral, drum herum gibt es einige warungs in denen man perfekt essen kann. Zum Strand ist es zu Fuß auch nicht weit, der Nacht Markt ist ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, es waren leider unfassbar viele Mücken im Zimmer (kann die Unterkunft Nix für) leider gab es keine gute Möglichkeit ein Moskito Netz aufzuhängen. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war sehr klein, kann in anderen Zimmern aber anders sein. Personal unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wäsche Service überragend :)
Persönliche Meinung, da tickt jeder anderes. Mich haben die vielen Mücken gestört, das Bad könnte etwas moderner sein..!

Muchísimos mosquitos en el baño y en la habitación. Las sábanas desgastadas y sucias. Nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación el primer día. Pedimos un cambio de habitación o devolución del dinero para poder coger otro hotel para el resto de días, su solución fue cambiarnos cada día de habitación, tres noches y tres cambios de habitación. No lo recomiendo, no creo que la atención al cliente sea la adecuada.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026We had to leave on the day of arrival as there was building works going on next door and it was so loud but the place was very clean but it wasn't suitable for me to work in silence, and we asked to not be next to the pool but sadly they put us next to the pool , we needed peace and chose cozy haven for this reason, they gave us a full refund, and this was not their fault they can not control who builds next door, always check before booking anywhere but in this instant the owner didnt know it was going on.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The location and staff are great , Bumi Ayu is a quiet back lane 5 - 10 minutes walk to the main street , the standard room is a great place for a short stay .
The rooms are starting to show signs of neglect , nothing too major but the room we had there is grout missing in the tiles , the wardrobe door didn't work properly and the kitchenette sink moves because it needs refixing and resealing .

My only issue was the fridge which was difficult to close due to it being in a tight location.

The property has 24/7 security, and the main gate is locked at night, which made me feel very safe. There’s also a beautiful garden area and a small pool.
The design, especially the wall tiles, may not be to everyone’s taste, and I personally wouldn’t choose it for a longer beach vacation, but it works well as a budget-friendly option. The bathroom ventilation could have been better, and privacy on the porch was limited since you could easily see into the neighboring rooms. Short summary:

The staff was really kind and waiteg for us to arrive since our flight landed in the middle of the night and we did not find it immediately with Google maps.

It's just like the photos - everything looked new, modern, and was very clean. Very good value for the price. The wifi was excellent (my husband was very happy). The pool was also nice, with a little sofa area in the shade. There was also a rack for drying your clothes outside which I appreciated as not everywhere we stayed offered this. Walking to everything (shops, beach) was easy. We also loved the little restaurant just next door - just note they only take cash.
