Lorsque l'on rentre dans ce logement on a l'imt de rentrer sur le pont d'un bateau; c'est juste génial ! Chaque détail y est ! La décoration maritime est fantastique ! Au delà de cela: - le propriétaire est hyper réactif, très présent et même à vos petits soins - L'appartement est à deux pas à pieds d'une magnifique plage de sable où il est si bon de se balader après le dîner, seuls sur cette longue étendue... La cerise sur le gâteau : la vue mer de l'appartement !

Alles. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich bemüht um ihre Gäste. Das heißt, dass wir sehr freundlich persönlich begrüßt und auch verabschiedet wurden. Dass wir deutlich später als geplant ankamen, war überhaupt kein Problem. Jay hatte sofort einige Empfehlungen zur Hand, da es in den Pubs nichts mehr zu essen gab und gab uns auch Hinweise zu lohnenswerten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Hit war aber auch die Wohnung an sich. Alles hat ein wirklich aussergewöhnliches maritimes Flair und einen Wohlfühlfaktor, der uns komplett geflasht hat. Hier alle Details aufzulisten ist schlicht unmöglich. Egal ob Bilder, Deko, Kamine, ein Segelschiffmodell, Globus, Steuerrad, Holzfassbar … alles war mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt außerdem einen netten kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Atlantik und auch eine Sauna. Küche, Bad und die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Gutes WLAN, ausreichend Steckdosen. Alle haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen, da die Betten sehr bequem waren. Es gibt ein nettes Pub die Straße runter, wo man den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Alles in allem: sensationell und wirklich empfehlenswert!

The sea views from apartment was beautiful. The apartment was v clean and comfortable. Our host Jay met us on arrival. He was very pleasant and helpful.

The property was very dirty and unhygienic. The entrance to the apartment smelt mouldy and damp with carpet on the stairs that wasn’t secured. There were cobwebs, dust and dirt everywhere and worst of all we found mouse droppings in the kitchen cupboards! We had to wash everything before use and we reported it to our hosts. They were apologetic and gave us a 50% refund

Fabulous apartment with amazing views. Had everything we needed, plenty of space, and very comfortable. Within walking distance to the town centre and Perks which was ideal for us. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

The accommodation was excellent, very good value. Beautiful view, close to all facilities. Beside the beach, lovely boardwalk and close to bars and restaurants. Jay and Colman were responsive and very helpful.

Nothing really, but I had my 84 Yr old dad with me and we did have a lot of stairs to climb, but that was more my fault than that of the renters.

We enjoyed the location with the view of Youghal Bay. The size of the apartment is amazing and it is very well equipped in the kitchen, comfortable seating in the living room and lovely dining room table and chairs. The apartment is nicely decorated and the balcony is a good additional feature. Jay is an excellent host and always available to answer questions and offer suggestions for meals or sightseeing. And the sauna was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Jay.

The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very helpful in finding the property. The location was excellent, with places to eat and drink close by. The property itself was quirky, comfortable and clean.

It was well equipped, nothing stands out as something we didn't like

The apartment had views of the sea which was nice.

The entrance to the building was dark and smelt damp, the apartment was ok , bedrooms small but adequate . The kitchen was unclean, damp smell , dirt on the kitchen tops, top of cooker had food and crumbs on it. Fridge unclean and food in freezer from previews guests. All utensils and delph had to be cleaned before use. Bathroom ok but shower area needed cleaning.

Myself and my mam and my 2 kids absolutely loved this apartment so cozy and quirky and so spacious the balcony with the view of youghal bay really made it for us. And just 2 mins away for the beach and clancys was perfect the owners are so nice and kept a parking space right outside for us which we were delighted about 😀we can’t wait to come back again

Hosts were very friendly. The property is very quirky and was a great experience in and of itself. Location was great for what we wanted and parking is easy and just outside the property. The guys left a cone for us so we could park right outside. Shop and bar nearby and right beside the beach. Great living space with good TV for watching the Euros and chilling out with a beer. Towels provided and the apartment was very clean.

A minor gripe but the double rooms are quite small. Fine for an individual but tight for a couple of adults. Very clean though and lots of character so this is a minor point.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Great character and so unique. Great host and gave fantastic advice of things to not miss seeing in the area. Next time we’ll make sure it is a week long stay

Love everything about it

Absolutely loved our stay at this property, the hosts were so lovely and Friendly and very welcoming I would 100% stay at here again. The apartment was stunning with beautiful views of the beach the location was excellent with it only being a 10 minute walk into the town and with a stunning bar and restaurant across the street. I would highly recommend this property to friends and families and anyone interested in staying in youghal.

Great place, great layout, friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful hosts. I loved the interior design of the property, quirky but very well done and lots of small little touches. If you are travelling with a group, the living areas were very spacious with plenty of natural light in the daytime, and sofas were cosy to relax in for the evenings. The balcony is lovely too and I really enjoyed sitting out to enjoy a morning coffee soaking in the sea view.

Views of the bay were lovely.

The house was so damp and smelled terribly. The kitchen was filthy, I had to wash everything prior to use. Oven was filthy, fridge had other people's food left in it. The house has so much potential, but it is not a nice place to stay. If we had not paid for it we would have most certainly gone elsewhere. Parking was not available in the close vicinity until late at night. This meant we had to lug suitcases a long way, and then up a lot of stairs. Not ideal for the older people in our group. It really felt like a bachelor pad for fresh out-of-home kids that they rent out to pay the bills. I would not recommend this property at all. It was difficult to find. At least the shower was not an over-bath shower.

The views of the ocean from the house are amazing. The owners of the house were friendly and very accommodating. The house was generously stocked with essential items. The apartment is roomy and nicely decorated, it has a lovely balcony where you can sit out and look at the ocean. The location is amazing, a stones throw from a beautiful beach. There is free parking on the road outside. Its a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Would recommend this accommodation.

Very tastefully restored hotel corridor and rooms into a quirky and delightful living space with great view of the sea. Colman and Jay has parking space kept for our bikes outside the front door. Great pub and restaurant across the street but do book if you want to eat on arrival .

Can't think of anything as we loved our stay. Next time I'll try the sauna.

The place was not best we were only there 20 min and I got a asthma attack had to leave pd 470 and not one cent returned .for me and my partner it wasn't a gd experience that's not to say someone else would like it but I wouldn't
