Villa Mayu Jasri

El sitio es precioso, con mucho gusto y cuidado al detalle. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y pudimos elegir cada día diferentes zumos de frutas. La amabilidad del propietario y el personal fue espectacular, nos sentimos en casa. Muy recomendable para visitar la zona y alrededores y ahorrarse horas de coche desde otras zonas. Por la noche oyes el río que está pegado y se duerme muy bien.

Se oía un poco de ruido por las mañanas de la carretera pero no es muy importante ya que hay que levantarse pronto para aprovechar el día

We verbleven drie dagen bij Villa Mayu in Jasri. De binnentuin is een heerlijke plek om te relaxen. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De huisjes waren schoon en de bedden lagen lekker.

De kamers liggen dicht aan de weg en zijn erg gehorig. Ik hoorde het verkeer en om 03.00 in de nacht kraaien er al banen. Het ontbijt was niet inbegrepen, wat op de meeste andere plekken wel zo is. De keuze bij ontbijt was ook erg beperkt. Er zijn weinig warungs in de buurt waar je als toerist “veilig” even iets kunt eten. In huisje 1 kun je nauwelijks normaal douchen doordat de toilet dan kletsnat wordt.

A super host and very friendly people overall. The house was really nice. The host even drove us to a few nice sightseeing points and to our next apartment! We had a really nice stay and a really nice day😊

The distance to a supermarket a restaurants are a little far away. It’s walkable but not really close

Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin ! La Villa Mayu Jasri est un lieu incroyable, d'une beauté et d'une sérénité rares. Les chambres sont magnifiques et d'une propreté irréprochable, avec une mention spéciale pour la literie d'un confort exceptionnel qui nous a permis de passer des nuits royales. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Ce séjour nous a rappelé à quel point les Balinais ont le cœur sur la main : leur sourire, leur bienveillance et leur attention de chaque instant nous ont profondément touchés. Un immense merci tout particulier au directeur de l'établissement. Il nous a littéralement bichonnés du début à la fin ! Il a pris le temps de nous accompagner partout avec sa voiture, rendant nos déplacements simples et enrichissants grâce à ses conseils. On s'est sentis comme à la maison, mais en mieux. Si vous hésitez encore à réserver, foncez les yeux fermés. C'est notre coup de cœur absolu à Bali et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute ! Merci pour ces souvenirs inoubliables.

Dit kleine paradijsje is met hart en ziel gecreëerd. Over alles is nagedacht en Made vertelt je alles over de betekenis ervan. Hij wil heel graag zijn cultuur met je delen. We mochten mee naar een ceremonie in zijn tempel. Dat was ontzettend bijzonder. Made kent alle mooie en vaak nog niet toeristische plekjes in de omgeving en deelt die met liefde met je. Zijn staf is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, het is brandschoon en je eigen terras is een fijne plek om buiten te zitten. Er is drinken te koop en mocht je iets missen dan zal het geregeld worden. Wij aten een paar keer bij Oka Sunset café, met prachtig uitzicht op de Mount Agung. Dit verblijf gaan we nooit vergeten!!

It's even better in person than on the pictures. Everything was very clean, tidy and it smelled nice. There is nice, clean pool and greenery is very tidy. Air conditioning works nicely, there are black-out curtains and also windows are tinted for additional privacy. Right below accomodation is shallow river and you can take the stairs and sit right next to the river and enjoy the nature.

It didn't bother us personaly but it's important to not: - it's somewhat dark inside due to tinted windows and lights are not enough to brighten the interior. - you can hear the road noise as if you left the window open, but it didn't wake us up. - Staff is very kind and helpful, but there is some language barier, however they are very patient and apologetic about it so google translate does the work just fine. - it's somewhat sketchy to walk to the accomodation at night because there are no lights and no sidewalk and road is very active

The nicest owner and place ever, he offered to give me a ride to the beach and back, he organized my dinner delivery from his cousins kitchen. Scooter for rent at the place, massages organized also at the property. Everything very professional but so friendly at the same time, beautiful breakfast of your choice every day with delicious coffee and freshly made fruit juice. Lovely place worth visiting!

Exceeded expectations! The bed was huge and comfortable with fresh, new cotton sheets and it was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious and the skylight made it lovely and bright. Loved the botanical toiletries, they smelt luxurious and the towels were new and clean. The windows are tinted so the bedroom is private. The garden is pretty and extends down to the river. It was a lot quieter than staying in Candidasa. The staff organized takeaways for us one evening from and Indo Chinese menu, it also exceeded our expectations.

I usually don’t write long reviews, but this place and the surroundings of Amlapura are truly worth the attention. The host and the whole team were very well organised, kind and attentive. We came with the intention of exploring several places around Amlapura, and it was extremely convenient that the host offered transport services – not only as a driver, but also as a guide. The car was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. We genuinely felt like guests rather than customers – everything was taken care of with great care. The bungalows were comfortable and well equipped, with a small kitchenette, fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom always had hot water, good toiletries and umbrellas, which were useful both during rain and strong sunshine. Rooms were cleaned daily, and it always lifted our mood to find cute towel decorations, different every day. Massage services were very convenient, as the therapists came directly to the bungalow. After arriving tired in the evening, a massage on the terrace was a perfect way to relax, and I also enjoyed starting some mornings with a massage. The pool is small but clean and refreshing. A special highlight is the location next to the river, with easy access for swimming. Across the river there is a small forest and beautiful palm views, and the sound of flowing water softens the town noise. The place is calm, cosy and relaxing. Highly recommended – we would gladly return.

En kötüsü ayrılırken Grab çağırdık 420 000 rupi anlaştık ama şoför son an fiyatı 600 000 e çıkardı ve Grab'i iptal ettirdi. Merkez uzak olduğu için mecburen kabul ettik. Ayrıca Otel de Grab ve benzeri organizasyona karşı.

Chambre très confortable, très propre et calme. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. L’extérieur est très agréable avec une petite terrasse devant chaque bungalow et la piscine. Possibilité de louer un scooter, de prendre le petit-déjeuner, service de taxi, lessive… très pratique !

Peu de choses à faire autour de la villa mais possibilité de louer un scooter pour bouger facilement.

Very cute villa with a well maintained pool and lawn in the front. The villa is located right beside a river and it was so peaceful to sit there on the chair swing. We wanted to extend another night after staying 3 nights but it was booked up (understandably)! The staff are extremely kind and accommodating!! Would definitely recommend!

The wooden villas were clean and cozy. I appreciated the abundance of pillows, both large and small( not large a pillow is a detail I often miss in other accommodations 😄). Everything was well-kept and tidy, with toiletries provided for our convenience. Made, our attentive host, was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in booking a full-day excursion and offered insightful recommendations on places to visit, sharing interesting information about Bali's culture and attractions. In the evenings, we enjoyed a massage at the villa, and I can confidently say that the anti-aging facial I received was the best I had during my three weeks in Bali.

Made and his entire staff took excellent care of us during our stay. Our bed was the most comfortable bed we have had on our entire trip. Breakfast was cooked fresh & reasonably priced. The pool was a relaxing start /end to our day. There was a variety of spa services available and they arranged for them come to the villa on the day/time we picked. He was able to recommend delicious places to eat dinner and even arranged transport for all of the places we wanted to go. Exeptional services, we highly recommend staying.

C'est le logement que nous avons préféré sur tout notre séjour à Bali. Petit "hôtel" vraiment agréable, à taille humaine, un peu cocooning. Les petites villas sont jolies, le jardin est très mignon et tout est bien entretenu. Le lit est super grand et confortable. La douche est très bien. L'accueil a été parfait, le personnel est discret et très serviable, attaché aux traditions. On retiendra la petite offrande sur notre scooter et les serviettes de bain sur le lit, trop mignons.

Si je dois vraiment trouver un point négatif, c'est le lavabo de la salle de bain qui est un peu petit.

L’hôtel est à taille humaine avec seulement 4 bungalows, ce qui est très appréciable ! La piscine donne sur une rivière en contre bas, on a l’impression d’être coupés du monde! Le bungalow est un peu petit mais bien agencé, et très propre. Made est adorable et toujours prêt à rendre service, avec le sourire en prime ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Rien, peut être le déjeuner à diversifier un peu si on reste longtemps, c’est un peu redondant.

Just amazing!! Nice, comfort, peaceful. The pool with the view of the Forest and the sound of the river was regenerating, everywhere there is a romantic atmosfere. Breakfast was good, the staff was excellent and nice. They helped us with the scooter (showing us how to use it)

Location: far from the supermarkets, ATM The responsible of the place tried to help us with the transport but he asked for much more money than locals or grab ask for. Was a bit uncomfortable when our driver from the app picked us up.

Les équipements sont très bien, lit très confortable. Dans la soirée, avons eu un petit souci de clés et ouverture de porte de notre lodge mais nous avons pu contacter quelqu’un qui est rapidement venu nous aider. La piscine est agréable ainsi que le jardin ! Personnel très gentil !

The accommodation was excellent. Beautiful wooden bungalows surrounded by nature, right on the riverbank. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection on the menu. The staff was extremely kind! Highly recommended!

Le jardin est très beau, avec une vue directe sur la rivière et la forêt. Le bungalow est tout neuf et confortable et le personnel très sympathique. L’emplacement est idéal pour être proche du centre ville, du bord de mer ou des activités, sans être dans le bruit du centre.

Insonorisation insuffisante la nuit, on entend tout ce qui se passe à la réception dans le premier bungalow. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Está en las afueras, para cenar tuvimos que pedir que nos lo trajeran, ya que no queríamos salir de noche por esas calles tan oscuras. Si tienes moto te apañas bien.

Our host, Made, was absolutely amazing — incredibly dedicated, kind, and professional. He went above and beyond to show us the hidden treasures of East Bali: breathtaking temples, stunning rice terraces, the oldest village on the island, beautiful local beaches, and some of the best authentic restaurants we've ever tried. Lieu paradisiaque de 4 logements autour d'une petite piscine au bord de la rivière. Très bien entretenu. Le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins. Les cottages sont très beaux et parfaitement équipés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le bruit de la route à proximité et des chiens qui aboient la nuit mais une paire de bouchons d'oreilles et le tour est joué.

El alojamiento cumple las funciones básicas de cualquier alojamiento si lo que buscas es una estancia económica. Tiene una pequeña piscina y el staff es amable.

Por un lado, está muy lejos de cualquier servicio que busques (restaurantes, spa, tiendas, etc.). Por otro, carece de algunas cosas básicas para la comodidad de los huéspedes como secador de pelo. Alquilamos una moto en el propio establecimiento y estaba en bastante mal estado, tanto que se quedo totalmente sin freno trasero en una colina muy empinada y el delantero no era suficiente para frenar la moto con tanta pendiente. Creemos que ya ha le ha pasado en otras situaciones, pues cuando llamamos enseguida supo de que freno se trataba sin que dijésemos especificar nada y nos indicó como arreglarlo temporalmente para conseguir bajar. Lejos de mostrar comprensión ante esto, nos querían hacer pagar la moto igualmente (al final pagamos algo menos) alegando que gracias a ella “pudimos llegar a esos templos situados en la montaña”, sin mostrar comprensión ante el peligro al que estuvimos expuestos.

Der Inhaber ist unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er bietet auch selber zusammengestellte Touren an. Total fairer Preis aber wie bei den anderen Touren muss man die Eintrittspreise immer selbst zahlen. Eine sehr zu empfehlende Location!

Ich bin sehr spät angekommen, jedoch wurde ich herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Die Villa ist super. Die ganze Location war ein Traum. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen wollen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte mir in vielen Dingen wie Transport und Fährenbuchungen weiter helfen.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus 4 sehr komfortabel eingerichteten balinesischen Hütten, die jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine eigene Terrasse verfügen. Der liebevoll gestaltete Ort mit Pool, Sitzmöglichkeiten auf mehreren Ebenen, kleinem Restaurant und die angebotenen Massagen laden zum verweilen und entspannen ein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass einem das sanfte Rauschen des nahegelegenen Flusses in den Schlaf wiegt - wunderschön. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr herzlichen, aufmerksamen und sehr netten Betreiber, die diesen Ort zu einer friedlichen Wohlfühloase machen. Im Umkreis von 10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Roller, befindet sich sowohl der wunderschöne Virgin Beach als auch einige sehr sehenswerte Tempelanlagen. Ich kann die „Villa Mayu by Purely“ auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Villa Mayu purely is een kleinschalig domein die doet dromen. Het zit hem in de details, het is vooral de afwerking die boven gemiddeld is. Prachtige geboende vloeren en een lieflijke weelderige tuin die uitkijkt op een riviertje die aan de rand staat van een gemengd bos. Er zijn ook beneden rustplaatsen voorzien. Veel zachte handdoeken en een goed bed geven een gevoel van comfort. Het team is ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles.

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft wie zu Hause gefühlt. Zunächst wurden wir mit einem Welcome-icetea begrüßt, bezogen uns sehr sauberes und liebevoll hergerichtetes Zimmer. Die Betten waren komfortabel und es gab sogar zwei Kissen, ein Standard- und ein Schaumstoffkissen. Es gibt zu jeder Zeit warmes fließendes Wasser und die Steckdosen sind mit einem Multifunktionsadapter versehen. Uns gefiel vorallem die ruhig Lage und die sehr gepflegte, kleine und charmante Anlage mit einem wunderbaren Pool. Die Mitarbeiter, vorallem Kadek machen den Aufenthalt wirklich zu einem Traum. Wir konnten morgens noch spontan Frühstück ordern. Hier hat man die Wahl zwischen Kontinentaler Option und indonesischen Gerichten. Zum Dinner haben wir fußläufig genug Restaurantmöglichkeiten gefunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We couldn’t connect to the WiFi in our room. My partner saw some rats 🐀 When we needed help and reached through customer services or WhatsApp (I.e. for the not working WiFi, and questions about our reservation) often get no response.
