Endroit trés bruyant la nuit dans la rue suite à des rassemblements de jeunes , discussions ,rires ,cris, courses de motos bruyantes jusqu’à 1h du matin voire 2h , aboiement de chiens , remontées mauvaise odeur lavabo dans une salle de bain

L équipe est au petit soin, je remercie particulièrement Fatima Zahra qui m'a bien accueilli tout le long de mon séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésitation 😀

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Rewelacyjnie wyposażone mieszkanie (nowoczesny wystrój) idealne na jedną noc czy też na dłuższy pobyt. Jeśli podróżujesz samochodem to jest to idealne miejsce na nocleg niedaleko Rabatu. Darmowy parking zaraz przy budynku.
Podróżowaliśmy bez internetu (i z WhatsAppa korzystaliśmy tylko przy noclegach z darmowego Wi-Fi) i w tym przypadku nie przeczytaliśmy informacji od gospodarza, że mamy dzwonić na inny numer telefonu niż mielismy zapisane, ale po krótkiej rozmowie telefonicznej wszystko się wyjaśniło i mogliśmy wejść do mieszkania

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025È come stare a casa propria. I proprietari e le persone che lavorano con loro sono adorabili, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta con risposte veramente molto rapide. L' appartamento è super pulito ed accessoriato, televisore smart, letto e cuscini comodissimi. Il bagno offre tutti i comfort che si possono avere in un bagno. Il terrazzo anche se piccolo offre due sedie ed un tavolo dove volendo si può anche mangiare. Ad un minuto da casa hai tutto ciò di cui puoi avere bisogno, tabaccaio, negozi di alimentari, parrucchieri, stazione di polizia, ristoranti, banca e servizio postale. Con 20 minuti di macchina sei in centro a Rabat. Io stesso ho soggiornato piu di una volta qui e continuerò a farlo quando sarò in questa regione. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!

Brakowało dodatkowego małego ręcznika do rąk.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Que estaba limpio. La comunicación con la propiedad aunque solo podía ser en francés o Darija.
No había toallas para dos, solo para uno y es de manos, tampoco amenities (gel o champú), y solo papel higiénico para dos días… mi estancia fue de 6. Está muy mal aislado acústicamente en todos los sentidos, ni ventanas, ni puerta. No tiene armario por lo que estar más de una noche se hace incómodo por no poder guardar la ropa. La puerta del portal da portazos y chirría en todo el edificio. La comunicación con la propiedad nos proporcionó toallas pero nada más. La experiencia ha sido muy mala por los inquilinos que han pasado por los apartamentos que hay en el edificio también de la misma propietaria. Parecía un sitio para trapicheos. La segunda noche hubo discusión con golpes, portazos, gritos y todo hasta las 4am. Las siguientes, el nuevo ocupante bajaba y subía cada 15 o 30 minutos al portal y al volver al apartamento el código de la puerta… fueron noches horribles. Por las mañanas también había muchos golpes de puertas, martillazos en paredes, etc. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto.

Le studio est propre et bien situé dans un quartier populaire. En revanche, il y a énormément de bruit, aussi bien dans l’immeuble notamment tôt le matin que dans la rue, ce qui rend les grasses matinées difficiles, voire impossibles ,Côté équipements c’est assez décevant il n’y avait ni machine à café, ni bouilloire ni même une simple bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée, ce qui est vraiment regrettable , un minimum de confort aurait été apprécié
