Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Il giorno stesso in cui sarei dovuto arrivare a Isabela, il proprietario mi ha comunicato che avrebbe cancellato la prenotazione perchè, per un problema idraulico, la sistemazione sarebbe stata inagibile. Dopo una brevissima conversazione in chat (2 messaggi), ha smesso di rispondere.

En la 1ra mañana no pudimos prepararnos el desayuno porque no había encendedor para prender la estufa de gas... Pero nos comunicamos y nos resolvieron el problema. A la mañana siguiente pudimos preparar nuestro desayuno...

Reviewed May 14, 2026No breakfast, only coffee. A good kitchen space with all the appliances to have a good stay. I recommend to offer some snacks: cookies or typical candies.
The bathroom cleaning needs improvement. The floor was very wet, wich is dangerorus. (We need to dry the floor.) We also need more toilet paper.

Reviewed May 2, 2026the apartment is comfortable and easy to access. there is a field with occasional cows and lots of birds next door. it was very private. a good bakery is nearby on the main road. the apartment has a small kitchen and big tv
i would have liked a microwave. the wild birds can be very noisy which we loved but others may not like.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Waking up to the sounds of roosters and cows was the best. The host was great! answered questions and brought us extra towels when we needed. It was our first time in Isabela and we will definitely go back!
The only thing that I didn't like was that there is a very nice backyard with patio furniture. However, it wasn't clean and we weren't able to use it.

I especially loved where it was situated because it gave me quick access to explore the town of Isabela and spend time at Jobos Beach. It was the ideal spot for both convenience and enjoying the area.

Muy Limpio, cocina y comedor espacioso la atención excepcional, solicitamos entrega tardía, y fueron muy considerados y accesibles. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar para una estadía, y obviamente regreso para quedarme mas días.
Todo me gusto, los patios interiores estaban bien, solo un poco faltos de mantenimiento pero se podían utilizar. la orientación a los demás huéspedes para el estacionamiento es importante para evitar inconvenientes.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Está muy bien ubicado. Las instalaciones son grandes y la cama es cómoda. Tiene buen aire acondicionado. Se aparca bien. Hay un gato muy simpático. Entrada flexible y flexibilidad a la hora de realizar el pago. Buena comunicación.
Había gran cantidad de cucarachas en toda la cocina. Se encontraban en las encimeras, en los enchufes, en la pared, en los armarios, en los cajones de los cubiertos, platos y otros utensilios. Por razones de salubridad no pudimos utilizar la cocina y perdimos el dinero de toda la compra de comida que hicimos para cocinarnos ahí, afectando a nuestra comodidad y presupuesto. Cuando contactamos con los propietarios para informarles de la situación, nos dijeron que le pasaramos fotos y vídeos de las cucarachas, lo hicimos y nos respondieron con un simple “Lo siento”, lo que nos decepcionó enormemente. Además, dijeron que no sabían que había esa plaga pero nos dimos cuenta de que había un líquido spray Anti Cucarachas medio vacío, así que suponemos que sí lo sabían y nos lo ocultaron. No nos ofrecieron ninguna solución ni aplicaron ningún descuento por el perjuicio.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable for my taste(personal preference). The shower stream was every erratic and it sprayed all over. Since the shower didn’t have door or something to contain in place the water it splashed outside the shower, wetting the rug and the floor of the bathroom. That makes the floor very slippery. I almost fell

The place is located in a quiet and safe area, with everything you need to stay comfortable. Clean and with all kind of facilities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Good parking facilities.

Sujeily is great she keeps us updated she is nice. The location is great if you like the quiet the beach is not far. The bed is big is cozy comfortable. Will stay again. Thank you so much.

The shower- floor gets wet! We had to use a dirty white towel that we found in closet, so we can put on edge of shower to prevent floor getting all wet and us slipping and falling. The water heater- did not heat up the water. The Bed- Not as pictured, the linen and comforter were stained and they had iron burns. Towels- Not as pictured, they only had two towels available in bathroom. Also, no cleaning towel in kitchen nor paper towels. Check out day- they turned off the water at 9:30 am, check out was at or before 11:00 am. Outside area- Not as pictured, it was dirty! We did not enjoy outside area due to this.

The microwave took a lot of the energy, when we had to use it the other appliances had less power.
