Household pests like spiders caught us off guard but given where you are, it comes with the territory. Other than that everything else was a 10 out of 10

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Long Weekend Stay with an Exceptional Host! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently spent a long weekend here with our family and had an absolutely phenomenal time. The villa itself is beautiful, offering a truly great view that made every morning special. The physical amenities were top-notch; the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep, and the swimming pool was perfectly relaxing—the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the standout highlight of our stay was our host, Kevin. He went above and beyond, providing invaluable help with navigating the local area, especially with his spot-on restaurant recommendations. His local knowledge made our meals out seamless and delicious. This was more than just a nice place to stay; it was a relaxing, comfortable, and highly guided experience. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a great getaway. Thank you, Kevin!

The location and the property is very nice and very near Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. The daily breakfast was good. The housekeeping staff is very responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable for a party of 6. The place is very remote and no other food establishment that I can recommend. I suggest ordering food from the property is best.

The stairs going up to the property is a bit difficult and scary for a group of age 60 friends. It was also raining on both nights. The steps are high and slippery. I recommend putting tint on the bathroom with a big glass wall. For a barkada room, I believe not everyone would like to have a glass bathroom wall even with blinds.

It's homey, bed and breakfast vibe. Very private, spacious, and clean. We got all we need during our 2 nights stay. The beds are comfy, and water is strong. They also provided a fruit basket as a welcome gift on the dining table, which is nice. The rent came with free breakfast, which i appreciate. Toiletries are complete, and the bathroom even has its own aircon. The place has a smart tv, bluetooth speaker and a fastspeed internet too! Nica and staff are all very kind, helpful, and accommodating. They have a mini pool, which is just nice for dipping and relaxation. The place was also near Las Casas de Acuzar, where we intend to go for a day tour. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended for family and group of friends.

There's not much, really. The place exceeded my expectations given that it's in suburb. It is one of the best places I have been to in the province.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is close to Las Casas and eateries. Property is beautiful, our room very spacious, very nice landscaping and the small pool an added bonus.

It was sort of inconvenient that we had to text housekeeper every time we want to go out so the gate can be opened, as well as when returning to the property. Perhaps they can install an automatic door that guests are given code to open & close.

Their display of fruits are great although they said its free you can tell its been there for days...there are things that need not be displayed as it makes the place a bit of a clutter, glasses, plates, candles, placemats cutlery cups, and saucers... particularly not appropriate for the time of check in...the fridge is nearly full of drinks that there's not much room for the guest to place things or our own drinks to cool down... prices are not displayed the staff is placed on hotseat when no price the ffg day... number for night staff in their book not working..place is with instructions like even using hot and cold shower but they forgot to place an instructions on where some switches are... pool is great but the morning after bugs are already floating round it... breakfast isn't served hot... privacy for the shower area is not commendable.. we are 7 and for just one toilet and a shower in just one room not ideal... staff are hospitable but there presence is a bit much... a bit of instructions how to use the tv would have been great esp not all remotes are same.. decor and cleanliness is great but perhaps a middle rail for the stairs would be ideal as visitors doesn't belong to same age group.. internet is great..this place maybe Great for small number guests events but for 7 number or more considering we are y adults one kid we are really cramp in a small space...

Their customer service was very good, the staff were very helpful, they do extra mile. I commend Ivy and Nica for their excellent service. They provided us extra bed, bought food for our dinner and gave us our needs and requests. The view from our room is very nice overlooking the mountain ranges.

Loved the big windows with green foliage as the view Filipino breakfast with a variety of choices. Didn’t feel commercialized. Quality food. Ice was a nice touch. Pool with jets was relaxing, Excellent service from the staff

The ambience was really nice and the property was cozy. The place was also quiet and peaceful regardless of time. The staff were also very accomodating and helpful especially with giving directions to the property. The property has that "vacation home" feel. Theres a well maintained private swimming pool, showers, and indoor and outdoor kitchen. The view from the window also shows greenery which is relaxing to see when looking for an urban escape. The property was also bigger than what it looks like from the photos. Our overall experience is amazing and I would book this property again.

Although it was not a major issue to us, the bathroom had a big window that is visible to the main room. Visibility can be blocked through the curtains on the main room side.

The caretakers were friendly and considerate. Thumbs up to them. The place is very easy to find and the road going the place very nice. The place was clean, modern and very spacious..it has its own parking space. Its highly recommended. Will surely stay here again once we go to bagac again... Thank you so much.

Exceptionally high standard of construction. We were four persons in the house, we had a last moment check-in and the owner and the staff accepted us warmly and kindly. The smart TV is huge although we didn't use it. All the appliances are branded and of the highest quality. The pool is amazing and clean with lights and good ambiance. Everything was extremely clean, neat tidy and complete. The response time was immediate. The house is soundproof. Amazing experience and accommodating.

The Villa was well represented, extremely clean, complete with its own swimming pool and pretty much what it said it was which is definitely not always the case in the Philippines. The Villa owners were real attentive when we engaged them regards local attractions etc, Kevin the American owner going out his way to give us a lift to a local attraction in his 4x4. The fact the Villa is supported by a lovely Maid who is on hand not so far away as required to make life easy and relaxed is a real nice touch. Big thanks to Casa de Simone and everyone involved in making this Villa a real haven of tranquility in the Gapan Hills. We hope in time to return to Casa de Simone and this time stay a bit longer.
