The apartment wasn’t clean, not luxuriously furnished per the description. It lacked bare minimum amenities like toilet paper, soap, bed covers, and towels. The host wasn’t transparent about beach policies and access at Marassi. This needs to be clearly addressed in the description as 90%+ or anyone who’d book this property needs beach access. The only thing mentioned was the $200 fee to access the beach which we paid but we weren’t able to access the beach our stay due to Marassi regulations with beach access to renters during public holidays. Also, there was not WiFi, it magically was conveniently connected and the password was shared once we complained to bookings
