Saunan kiukaassa oli liian vähän kiviä, että siihen vain kiveä lisää niin tulee pehmeät löylyt 👍

The apartment was spacious - would be very ok for more than 4 people. A lot of room also in the kitchen which was very well equipped (inc. big spacious freezer and fridge!). The sauna option was a total bliss after long winter hikes. Although the apartment building is on the "vintage" side, everything functions nicely. Also, the owner has put together a visitor-friendly "user manual" that clearly states how to use appliances and gives some general information about Rovaniemi.

Owner Jaska is simply wonderful. He met us at the airport and showed us around the house. The house is very well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is amazing. Thank you, Jaska!

Spacious apartment. Conveniently located next to a supermarket. Host was very responsive. Check in and check out instructions were clear. We stayed December 2025, family of 4 with a hire car. A nice base for a few days in Rovaniemi.

heaters didn't work for 2 nights.

Request for refund as at minus 20 degree outside one room heaters didn't work for 2 nights.

Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte mit dem Auto alles gut erreichen. Außerdem war die Unterkunft sehr groß und auch recht sauber. Die Sauna war das Highlight.

Die Unterkunft war leider nicht gut ausgestattet, beispielsweise gab es nicht ausreichend große Töpfe oder Pfannen. Auch waren die Möbel nicht wirklich modern und gepflegt. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, es lagen noch sehr viele Haare in der Duschkabine.

Jaska was very helpful, the location was close to the city centre( 30-40 min walk we like walking). There is a supermarket very close to the house. All in all it was an amazing visit in Rovaniemi and this house made it perfect

Großes und sauberes Apartment, wie auf Booking beschrieben. Unproblematisch von der Buchung und einchecken. Wir waren hier zu viert auf Durchreise. Ach prima der Supermarkt gleich neben an. Vielen Dank. 😃

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation, and we highly recommend it to everyone! The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and stylishly decorated – it truly felt like living as a local but with royal comfort. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Everything worked flawlessly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Awesome, large apartment with everything you could need. The sauna was definitely a huge perk. The host is very kind and helpful.

Its quite far from the centre, but the walks were pleasant and the apartment definitely made it worth.

The apartment is in a pleasant, calm and quiet environment, ideal for families! Fully equipped. Jaska is very helpful! The road leads directly to the city center, a pleasant 30 minute walk. Bus stop (to the center and Santa Claus village) and grocery store a few meters away. AFTER A COOL, HIKING DAY, THE SAUNA IS FANTASTIC!! Hairdryer provided! (this may be important for ladies...)

Comfortable apartment- comfortable beds, nice sized with all needed amenities. Sauna and having a supermarket steps away was a lovely bonus. Our 4 year old daughter was thrilled to use the sled that was left too. Thank you!

Maybe a bit of a deep clean (shower/ fridge) but otherwise felt clean and well maintained.

This flat is perfect for a family with kids! It’s spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay, including a sauna. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommended for a memorable holiday experience!
