Pool was next to shopping centre mall so very overlooked and therefore not used And apartment in need of a deep clean.

The pool was advertised as “private pool “, however the pool is accessible for any person entering the estate, whether or not being a resident. Our main interest was to explore Tangiers in the first place and therefore, we weren’t all that interested in using the pool. But there might be families with young children who naturally want to use the advertised pool, especially during hot weather, and will then find it almost overcrowded with people

Problèmes majeurs d’hygiène – séjour très décevant Contrairement aux avis précédents, le niveau d’hygiène de cet appartement est inacceptable. Bien que l’emplacement soit bon, l’appartement est très mal entretenu. La salle de bain présentait de la moisissure ainsi que des résidus d’enduit sur le carrelage. Les draps et matelas étaient tachés et usés. Des traces de nettoyage non abouti étaient visibles sur la table basse. Le parquet, présent dans tout l’appartement, est sale et mal entretenu. Les parties communes sont catastrophiques : odeur persistante d’urine de chats, croquettes pour chats à même le sol, donnant une impression générale d’insalubrité. La localisation fournie est imprécise. À notre arrivée, nous avons attendu environ 15 minutes dehors sous la pluie sans indication claire. Cet appartement pourrait être correct avec un entretien sérieux, mais en l’état actuel, il ne répond pas aux standards minimaux de propreté attendus pour une location via Booking. Augezeischnete Lage mit Meeres Blick, Hafen, Stadtmitte. Sehr geräumiges Aartments mit guten Ausstattung, Küche, Betten, Toiletten, Starken WLAN, Sauberkeit, Terrasse, Aufzug, Parkplatz Wir kommen wieder. Es war Ruhig und Gemütlich.

La ubicación privilegiada , Mohammed un encanto, solicite la entrada antes de la hora del check in la acepto sin problema, se nos retrasó el vuelo dos horas y solo sabe dar soluciones, la.piscina espectacular , la ubicación inmejorable , ambiente familiar, las vistas increíbles , para tomar algo en el balcón con la puesta de sol, mercado justo de bajo., para poder hacer compra, AA tiro de piedra del Zoco. Apartamento super equipado . Recibimiento con botellitas de agua que se agradecieron , ya que no teníamos nada. Hubo una diferencia de dinero que se la pagamos 3 días después (cambio de moneda etc) y el diciendo que no había problema. Sinceramente un 10! Nos fuimos muy contentos . Muchas gracias Mohammed y Familia por todo. 🤩

Very spacious apartment with good facilities although we couldn’t work out how to get Netflix on the tv and only managed to get YouTube on it. The balcony had nice views of the sea/marina in the distance. It was peaceful and comfy.

The swimming pool was closed and in the shade so that was a shame. It was a bit stressful finding the property and when I did call the owner communication was difficult due to language barrier but the security guy was excellent who spoke to the owner for us in their language to communicate we were there and needed a key etc

We had an amazing stay in this apartment! The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the port and the sea from the large windows. The modern design, cozy furniture, and well-maintained interior made it a comfortable and stylish space to relax in. The bathroom was also a standout feature, with a very modern shower cabin that made it feel luxurious. The lighting and decor create a warm atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located close to key attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious experience! Very good communication and very helpful and quick ! Definitely recommend it and we'll save this for the next time ! Thank you!
