Amazing fisherman cabin in the heart of Lofoten

The name of the cabin gives it justice. It is amazing!!!! Love how the light comes into the property. Beautifully decorated. Communication with the company that manages it was great no problems checking in. Spacious, clean, great view. The terrace was beautiful. Great price for what you get. Great beds! Great kitchen! It had everything you need for cooking meals. The water pressure for the shower was great and good hot water. Washing machine, no dryer, but with everything else you get with this property it’s not an issue. Someone wrote on a review that the pots and pans needed a little update and I agree. Maybe stainless steal for the pots since the teflon is coming apart and for the pans if you do teflon change them as soon as the teflon comes apart. You have electric car stations on the property which was very convenient. You could come from a long day of hiking hook up the car and while it charged you could shower and prepare meals. Otherwise depending on where you are you would have to sit in the car and wait.

Probably the guest before us cooked a lot of fish so the property smelled A LOT like fish. But nothing that opening doors and windows could not fix.

Hubo un problema con la maneta de la puerta de salida a la terraza y quedó bloqueada. No podíamos salir directamente a la terraza y hacía mucho calor. Por otro lado, dos días antes de alojarnos en la Fisherman Cabin, tuve que aceptar el bloqueo de 4000NOK. Nadie me había advertido de ello.

Die Lage und Aussicht ist wunderschön, das Haus ist modern und hat viel Platz. Lademöglich für E Auto, großer Parkplatz. Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Leider kann die superschöne Sauna auf dem Gelände nicht genutzt werden. Dunstabzug und Regal in Küche klebrig, beschichtete Pfannen stark verkratzt, Es gibt nur 1x Handtücher. Möchte man frische, muss nachgekauft werden. Es wäre schön, wenn eine Liege für die Terrasse da wäre.

- Smoke detector alarms every 1 minute as the battery is run out , so annoyed our stay . - The proper need to maintenance. - All Curtain motors do not work , you to climb up to do manual . - Lighting at front balcony cannot turn on . - No cloth hanger , the property have only hook. - Mirror only in bathroom - TV located on second floor. - They provide coffee maker but the coffee capsul provide difference type .

Yes I liked the location and size is also decent compared to the European standards.

There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner for taking a shower. These are basic amenities that should be provided in a place that’s charging so much money for stay

a lovely rorbuer in a small village of rorbuer. the view from the apartment was incredible and it was a quiet and relaxing place. the apartment is very furnished, also of all it is necessary for cooking. We found there also some card games!

the position is a bit out of the way, in particular you need the car to move around and do the shopping. Leknes is far 10 minute by car.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely terrace stretching out over the sea. From here, I can watch the sunrise — it’s truly breathtaking. Just a short walk to the right of the house, there’s a small hill . I saw the Northern Lights from the top, and it was one of the most unforgettable moments of my trip. Staff respond quickly .Thank you 🥰

I wish the washing machine were larger and had a drying function. It would also be nice to have an instruction booklet available, since the usage can vary between different models.

La cabaña es asombrosa realmente y la ubicación es inmejorable. Está súper equipada.

Nice and spacious interior, good location (near to the Leknes and the airport)

This is a private cabin house in the Lofoten Base Camp accomdation, but this house is not a part of it. I would have liked a more secluded accommodation.

Gefallen hat uns der viele Platz und die gute Ausstattung. In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht.

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. In der Küche gab es klebrige Stellen. Und eine benutzte Schüssel stand herum.

We didn't have time for the breakfast and didn't know it was included.

We're only sorry we were unable to book the sauna.

Beautiful view and convenient location.

We stayed at several places throughout our trip, and were always given just 1 bath towel and one hand towel per person. No toiletries, coffee, salt, pepper, paper towels, etc. but I guess that’s the norm.

Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom unit. Great area upstairs with lounge and TV. Lovely deck which offered peaceful beautiful view. Outdoor table and chairs enabled meals to be taken on the deck. Hosts were extremely pleasant and prompt with any questions. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.

Maybe just a couple of fans especially for the bedrooms as was a little warm.

The location of the cabin was excellent and central. The cabin had a spectacular view and was very clean. There was no included breakfast that we were aware of.

The furniture could have been more comfortable--the couches that is. The beds were not that comfortable either but they were ok.

We have been in Lofoten islands for four days and we booked this cabin. It was definitively an excellent choise. The accommodation was great, very new, clean and comfortable, with a very large terrace literally on the water and a spectaculare view. We appreciated very much also the location because it is well positioned to reach many other places in the Lofoten by car. A special mention for Matias who was always truly kind and help us for everything. Also the communication was really effective.

Wonderful View

The cabin looks brand new, very well maintained, looks high end quality of finishes. Has all necessary needs and beyond. We travel to Lofoten for sightseeing so haven’t spend much time at the cabin itself. But the location is really nice with amazing views from 1st and 2nd floor with big terrace. Kitchen equipped with all needs and has all basic food supplies. The host communicated promptly before the check in. Self check in was easy and smooth, navigation brought us exactly to the location. Would definitely recommend to stay here specifically if you are big group of 4-6 people.

The place was new and in great condition, just as shown in the photos. Right on the water. Easy, enjoyable stay.
