Heel goede ligging in de stad, goede fietsenstalling. Propere, comfortabele badkamer.

Uitrusting keuken, slechts 2 pannen die op fornuis pasten, twee vorken, weinig borden. Voor 2 personen oké, maar voor 4 personen te weinig comfortabele zitplaats. Oude, achtergelaten fietsen in de stalling. Gang, entree oogde slordig, niet gepoetst. Er was slechts 1 sleuteltje om de ramen te openen. Een handleiding voor de oven was een meerwaarde geweest.

It is very close to the city center. When ever we contact to the host, they kindly reply in a short time and try to help.There is a parking lot for cars and bikes.

Kitchen facilities can be improved.Windows can't be opened fully so getting fresh air was difficult especially when the weather was 28-30 or cooking inside. We stayed for 15 days and for that long period washing machine and dishwasher capsules was not enough. We had to ask for more.

Totul a fost ok. Am gasit tot ce aveam nevoie. Poate un punct minus e lipsa unui market in apropiere, dar asta nu e vina proprietarului.

Very excellent location and facilities! Only 1 km from the Central Station (trains and buses) and less than half a km from the well stocked Jumbo supermarket and the nearest bus stops. Quite comfortable for 4 adults as advertised (my photos of the property were taken when leaving after we had lived in it for 4 nights) - and being located on the ground floor was most convenient for our son who was on crutches after a recent accident.

The number on the door (12C) was not the address we had been given (10), so in pouring rain at night we had to look around and finally called the host who promptly showed up to take us in! Even in good weather this would be a huge problem and must be informed to all prospective clients. There were also no instructions for the excellent electronic stove, microwave or washing machine. So for one day of our four night stay we had to do without these. Basic instructions would have been most useful for these superb facilities (the friendly cleaning lady who happened to be next door the following day helped)!

El poco menaje de hogar, había 2 platos hondos y éramos 3 , por ejemplo, tuve q comprar estropajo y fairy porque no había nada para limpiar en la cocina, utilicé una pequeña toalla en vez de una bayeta Una de las habitaciones no tenía sitio para una mesilla o algo El precio me pareció alto en comparación con otros muchos sitios donde hemos estado, pues viajamos mucho Y que no tuviera parking privado , nos despertábamos solo para poner el ticket a partir de las 9 de la mañana pues salíamos fuera de Eindhoven todos los días pero unas horas…. Por lo demás, bien…

Nicely clean and comfortable and at a perfect location. Just a few minutes' walk away from the railway station and the city center in a quiet neighbourhood. A very helpful host. We had a great stay here.

Great location, near the city center and all theinteresting places within walking distance. The kitchen has everything we needed including coffe machine with capsules. Late night arrival was no problem due to the coded box with keys system. Communication was good and there was no problem with anything. Thank you!

Watch out for the parking if you come by car. Fortunately I was able to find a private parking spot around the corner for a good price. The walls are a little thin and there were stairs above one of the bedroom, so it could get a little noisy somestimes, but it is understandable due to the location and everthing.

Very central, clean and a cosy space to stay.

It can be a bit noisy at night from surrounding residents and bars.

The owner was responsive and helpful. The location was fantastic, close enough to downtown to walk but not be in the hustle. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The bathroom was clean and large for a European bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again in the future!

I would have liked a hair dyer in the bathroom but that is the only thing I can say.

Good location, nice place, comfortable beds and all you need for comfortable stay… washing machine, iron, tv, microwave. Two seperate bedrooms.

We stayed with 2 people and having 2 sets of keys instead of one would have been handier.

Great location, perfect size for our group with 2 bedrooms and the sofa space.

The apartment was in a pretty good location, only a 10-15 minutes walk from everything important. Bus stops, shops and restaurants nearby. It was really clean and comfortable. Would recommend it for sure!
