The building in which the room is located is well-designed, with a beautiful view and a rooftop pool. 4. The hotel reception staff speak English.

1. Far from the beach (25-minute walk). 2. The building/condo/hotel is generally quite dirty. 3. Services are charged separately, since they belong to the hotel and not to the condo where the room is rented. Even the pool and gym require an extra fee. 4. The structure is frequented almost exclusively by Vietnamese or Chinese guests. This wouldn’t be a problem if Vietnamese clients didn’t react by leaving — visibly shocked — when they see a non-Vietnamese woman wearing a bikini at the pool (it’s 2025 and you’re not religious extremists… wake up!). 5. The hotel reception staff, who also sell services to non-hotel guests, tend to prioritize Vietnamese customers and treat foreign tourists superficially.

Room rates were high due to the holiday period (double price than usual), but the cleaning service was not provided daily — only once every two days. I stayed for four nights and the room was cleaned only once. In addition, the lobby was crowded, the hotel had poor soundproofing, and the bedding was not clean. There were also too few elevators, resulting in long wait times

The room was very dirty as someone lives in there for a long time without cleaning anything. On the bed sheets there was hair and the pillows stink badly of sweats. The couch was dirty and also smells bad. There was a thick layer of dust on the stove's surface. The bathtub was very dirty! There were presence of hair everywhere on the floor, the toiled was stained with pee's drops and the towels were very dirty and smelled very bad ! I called for cleaning but only the bed sheets were changed, the floor cleaned and the toilet seat. The rest remained dirty and i could not use the towels.

Despite being in the city center, the hotel was very quiet. It was a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

It is actually different apartments in the same building. So you can’t find the apartment name in G Maps. Someone will contact you after the booking. OK to go for it if highly discounted. The guy who managed us to the apartment is not friendly and behaves like a ruffian.

1 The bathtub alone deserves a 5-star rating. Nothing beats a luxurious soak after a long day of exploring.

Clean rooms and quiet

Great apartment with beautiful views over the area, they owner was very helpful and great at communicating with us. They also were able to provide scooters at a reasonable price for the stay.

Cheap accommodation, close to a mall with some nice shops

Wasn’t part of the hotel so did not have access to the amenities or cleaning service, had to pay extra to access the pool and gym, no toilet paper provided, TV didn’t work, issues with getting hot water for the shower. Asked for a later check out and was charged a full extra night

the additional charge of an early check in & that that wasnt listed properly on the booking site. especially since they have listed that check in is possible at any time. i think that is a pretty bold and misleading move.

Brand new hotel/condo building. Tower 1 hotel, tower 2 condos, sharing same (great) amenities. My condo landlord was easy to communicate with. No problems. Clean, functional, quiet room.

Check out description on booking.com is a bit misleading, needs correcting by owner. But I was eventually given more time than the regular 12 pm. So all good. Room is a bit smaller than expected. 15 sqm max I would estimate. Still good enough for one person. Please note that pools/gym are to be paid separately (daily/weekly tix available).

The address was wrong, had to take two taxis. When I complaint about it they were very rude and absolutely not nice. They blamed booking.com. Then they were harassing me for the payment cause they don’t accept cards and payment shall be done in cash and I had to go and change extra money just for this.
